This place made what could have been a very problematic trip into something easy and stress free.I was traveling into Freeport to spend a few days on an event. The morning of my departure, I all of a sudden got that tell tale grinding noise of brake issues. Surprising to me, since I had not had noise the day before or any other time, but clearly there was an issue. Knowing I couldn't swap out another vehicle, I called FS Farmtown to inquire about bringing my car in for repairs. It was extremely important that the car be down for only one day, as I needed the car to for the weekend as I would be returning home before the location reopened.We discussed the work I think the car needed, and the staff checked and confirmed that they could get the work done, and they would call me the morning I dropped my car off and let me know what they found and get approval for repairs, but were very confident they could get the work done all on Friday.When I dropped the car off Thursday I checked in to verify they could get all the parts, the counter employee took the time to look up each potentially needed part to replace the pads, rotor, and calipers for each side and said there would be no problem and they could get parts within an hour from ordering.Friday morning, around 9am, they called me to discuss what they had found. They stated that it wasn't as bad as I had thought, but the car would need rotors and pads, which I expected. They also noticed the sway bar links were becoming worn, which I knew I needed to do at some point.I asked if they could get everything done in the day, very confidentially they mentioned they could.At 3pm, they called me to let me know my car was done. Not only was the car done in a day, but it was done with still enough open hours for me to go get it while they were still open.Since then, all issues have been fixed. No problems left and the car operates great.Easy peasy! Definitely a place for auto repairs in the Freeport area.

Was willing to try this location for first time. Had a coupon for discounted oil change, lube, and tire rotation. Appointment was scheduled and I stated by phone I possessed and would bring in coupon. Additionally wanted an inspection of my vehicle. Turns out my battery was defective, but no one spoke to me about this. They simply put a new one in without providing any prior estimate of cost! Added in cost of oil change, materials, labor, tax, and was finally informed my bill was in excess of $300!!! And even though coupon clearly stated tire rotation, it was NOT done at all! I was a first time visitor...and last time visitor!!!Will not return!

I had a problem with the tire pressure on my car. I stopped in and Chad was so helpful. He not only checked the pressure in the problem tire he checked them all. Customer service at its finest! Thanks Chad!

The first time I visited, I really liked how friendly and welcoming the Staff was at the store. Truly like how competitive the prices were for lawn care supplies.

DO NOT GO HERE....I went to get an alignment done. They told me i needed work done in the tune of over a thousand dollars. i went to another place that I trust to get a second opinion and they told me everything was fine under my car where these people said I needed the work done. Ladies, Always follow your gut feelings.

I was very pleased with the lady at the desk I don't know her name and also the manager Micheal the customer service and genuine concern was noble of them will be bringing my vehicle back again good people.

Best pricing, professional and extremely help when our truck needed special tires. They were the only place in Freeport that could provide the size. Thank you so much for wonderful service.

Over priced to dismount and turn tires around!!$32.40 for 5 to perhaps 10minutes labor. Shame on me for not asking price first! Shame on me if I ever go Back!! Been there before, never got ripped before.

They over charge when I asked them how much to fix the water pump and thermostat they want $550 so they will never get my business

I arrived a few minutes before a meeting downtown and my car was making a horrible noise. The gentleman who helped me heard me pull in and new from the sound exactly what it was. They repaired the problem in no time and very very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I just took two new lawn mower tires, two wheels, and two brand new tubes into the shop to get mounted. The Mechanic was rude. They punctured a hole in one tube and blamed it on me and so i had to buy a new one. So I get home and the one tire is flat. So i pump it up with a bike pump and it goes flat again. I took it back and they want to charge me again for another tube. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Go to Butitta Brothers. Butitta is friendly and do great quality work.

Great place to get new tires installed, and a quick oil change. Great guys at the counter, and in the service area! Stop in and say hey to john and Jeff, they will fix you up!

I called and talked to Mike over the phone and ordered me 2 tires which came in the next day.When I went in to pick them up i was greeted by a a older gentleman who was very rude and uncooperative to the point I asked for my tires and had them mounted elsewhere

I love it. Great customer service!!! Very nice people that are respectful and not rude. To me that s something I really pay attention to and use as to what stores I go to or not, etc.

Had to return twice after a routine maintance because the did not service it correctly and had to miss work with no pay so it cost me more than it should have because of their mess up and still charged a lot will never return

I really needed to open my hood because my car was in need of oil bad I went to several shops with no luck I stopped in here and they saw that I was distressed and wouldn t stop til they got that hood open for me which was greatly appreciated
