The guys in there are outstanding, they've gone above and beyond helping me find odd ball parts that I need. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys and prompt service. Keep up the good work guys!

Had my new battery within 1-day of calling. $30 cheaper than anywhere online. Front desk technician helped me install it and I was in and out within 25 minutes. Good prices and customer service.

Broke down in Dunkin Donuts parking lot on a wicked hot day. Nick went above and beyond let me cool off in the store and came over to help me figure out what was wrong and then by getting my battery started. It lasted just long enough until I got to the CARQUEST parking lot. He then went on to pull & check my battery which was truly gone and got me back on the road with a new battery asap. In this day and time when customer service is almost unheard of, these people were all about helping the customer out. Thanks again!

After having some issues with my car dying At stop lights a few times the past few days and it shaking violently from loss of power while driving every once in a while I thought I had bad gas in my car. But once I put a scan tool on it I found code p0336. My crankshaft sensor was the culprit. I called a few auto part stores and no one had the crankshaft positioning sensor in stock and none could have it the same day except for car quest. Not only that, but car quest was cheaper than the other stores I called. They got the part that morning within an hour. I purchase the part and request to borrow a 10mm socket. Turned out that my wiring was brittle and one wire had all but completely broken off of the plug. So they helped me locate one that could work. When it came in they helped me compare it and identified two problem areas that needed to be filed off to fit. They helped me to file it off and sold me all the things I needed. And they loaned me a few tools that really really helped me a lot. They went out of their way to assist me and allowed my step mom to stay in out of the cold as we waited for the second part and as I installed it. All of it required more expertise than I had but with their assistance/guidance/advice/instruction I got the job completed and to tell you the truth I didn t think I could repair the wiring as there was little space and little slack. But I made it home with all codes cleared and tachometer working and no more sputtering or dying. To tell you the truth I feel it drives a little bit better. I m excited to see if I get any increased fuel economy out of this new sensor. The old one was very worn and could very easily co tributes to my worsening gas mileage the past two years. My car is a 2011 Kia Soul 1.6 liter engine and it is running like brand new again. There is no way I could recommend this place more or be more appreciative. Thank you Zakk Kaeser for your assistance with the electrical portion and for loaning me two of your personal tools that I could not have completed the job without. Thank you David Ihus for located the parts I needed and getting it quickly. Also thank you for helping me find a replacement harness that could replace my old one and for fabricating it to work on my make and model car. It was a perfect fit once you filed down the protruding plastic tabs on the plug!Thank you guys so much for getting on my way again to make my trip back to Texas!
