Used to be my body shop choice but they took forever to get me an estimate and they got super expensive I've been quoted 1000 less at two different shops so definitely watch and compare

I was recommended to Bocker and was not disappointed. There was delays, however it was due to unforeseen damage that had occurred from hitting a deer and receiving a part that had damage. They were great at communicating with me. Highly recommend them.

I ventured eastward toward the outer bounds of Freeport to have my mother's vehicle serviced. Bocker was fast and curtious.

Had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bocker today getting my oil changed. From making the call late yesterday and April's warm and welcoming reception in the service center to having the work done this morning by Dan's team in the lube center and Rob managing a last minute request for a tire rotation.I expected the cost at a dealer to be much higher than the random chain lube centers I've used in the past but it was not. It was moreeee than competitive and in a very professional setting. This was my first time using the lube center but definitely not my last.A shout out to the men that did the work. So nice to see a few young folks with a job and actually showing up.Thank you Bocker ... I'll be back!

We had such a good experience. We will definetly be back again. Ben Marten was very knowledgeable and walked us through all of the features and information for the vehicles we were interested in. Mike from financing was great as well. Thank you so much! We love our new car.

We live in another city, but emailed on a vehicle we saw on their website. They responded quickly and then called for follow up questions. Got a great price on new vehicle and trade in. They then delivered it to us!! Great people to work with from sales to financing!

My son was in there 8/4/23 getting oil change after they change oil they said he had a big puddle oil they shouldn't even change the oil

Well you can't just walk out your front door and find a dealership that is kind and considerate to you and your financial situation that you are in the present moment. Bocker Auto group not only helped me find the right truck, but they did not try to shove any other vehicle or vehicles down my throat. Bocker comes very highly recommend by myself and one thing is for certain they don't just deserve stars but they deserve to be given a chance to sell you a car and believe me when I say they will spare no inconvenience to make you the paying consumer happy

I ordered a replacement fob and for $225 got the plastic case with no key. What do I do with that and why wasn't I told that was all I'd be getting? Because I was going to program it myself and save $75, but had to pay another $67 for the metal key. Someone explain to me how this is normal business. Couldn't be happier with the man who sold me my car, but Service and Parts is a ripoff.

This is our shop whenever we have a need! We know the work will be done right and the staff answering the phones is patient whenever I call with my silly questions. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

I have been a customer of Bocker Auto Group for years, decades in fact. I have always been a believer that Bocker's had my back. Today, while in the service department with a truck I purchased new from them 2 years ago, my beliefs and confidence were verified and solidified. This is a dealership that still cares about their customer long-term, not just until the ink is almost dry. They earn your trust. And your business. Go to Bockers.

I've been going here for my last few oil changes and they are always quick, knowledgeable, and tell me up front if there's anything else I need to address with my vehicle and if it can wait or is if it's urgent. Friendly staff

The mechanic that worked on my 2013 Volt really stepped up, and busted his back to get the High voltage coolant radiator replaced, it's really difficult to get access to the fittings and brackets. Plus reprogram the control modules.Thank you for your work.April, service manager kept me updated on the repairs.

After repeated visits to the dealership for what seemed like minor repairs. We just gave up and went with another manufacturer. We enjoyed our vehicle, just not the half hearted attempts to repair it.
