The service team at Bocker are great. They always watch out for what needs to be done and finding best options. Still great 2/2/2022. Still great 5/10/22. New tires are working nicely. Still great 6/29/22. 6/18/23 Body shop is great they made sure we got the correct fit on 2008 truck. Sept 2023 they are still great. Dec 23 the work on my Yukon was excellent. Always friendly service. Blazer EV will be next. April 2024 I got my Blazer EV and it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Brandon and the entire team were helpful and the price and trade in they gave me sealesd the deal.

Today my husband and I purchased a 2014 Buick Encore. We searched on Car Guru and was directed to Bocker Auto Group in Freeport. It was worth the trip.My husband spoke to Hunter and told him about our intention to come look at it. When we arrived we were greeted by Hunter. He was ready for us to do our test drive. After being pleased with the ride we were ready to talk about the transaction. He conducted himself very professionally yet he made us comfortable with casual conversation. He went to Danny, the financial manager to present us the purchase proposal. From that point the process went very well. We were able to complete our purchase without any stress or hassle. We highly recommend this dealership as a business that operates on integrity and values customer satisfaction. Since we've had many car buying experiences we feel this is the best we have experienced. Thank you Hunter and Danny for the pleasant experience.

The Bocker Service Department handled all my concerns on my vehicle in such a timely manner. The customer service from Brad was phenomenal and his communication on every detail of my vehicle was greatly appreciated. He definitely deserves a big raise for all he does. A special thank you to Wayne who also promptly took care of my concerns with great understanding and compassion.

I arrived a little early. I registered at the service desk and a you h women assisted me. She was very polite and attentive. When I mentioned another problem (seatbelt wrapped around the headrest. She continued registering and went to look at the problem. Said she would have someone assist her. I understood approximately 1 1/2 to hours. She assisted me to the seating area. In about an hour she was back advising I was ready. I than mentioned I had another request. It was to remove the kuhns license guard and replace with yours. A CO worker immediately went out and when I was ready to go the plate was changed. Top service department and top work. I recommend you to everyone. Thank you

The crew at Bockers always takes great care of our entire fleet, farm trucks and personal vehicles alike. Quick oil changes with a full check up of the vehicle keeps us coming coming back. Delbert and Brandon have been wonderful to work with when purchasing new vehicles. Both at the time of purchase and checking in from time to time while we own it.

I use Bocker's quick lube for our oil changes. The staff is friendly and thorough with checking things over and adding fluids and air to the tires as needed. I was getting low on washer fluid and they filled it up and added air to two tires.

Bocker changed the oil, rotated the tires, replaced a wheel bearing, and a dashboard sensor. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Their shop is emaculately clean and the staff is friendly and informative. I won't let anyone else take care of Sophie Spark!

The people I dealt with were all A+.. But there loaner cars were less than desirable. I went through 3 loaner cars in my 4 months. I was late to my job twice because of them. My other complaint would be that the office seemed to be unorganized I was told multiple times my car would be done and time after time it wasn t. The only other thing that made me hang my head was I sent the owner a email and got no response, instead I was spammed with emails of cars that they thought I wanted to buy..Overall, the people in the auto body were great, but the service was less than desirable.

The team greatly assisted me in locating and securing the right truck with the right options for a price point I was comfortable with. Couldn t have done better! Definitely the team to work with9-2-23 update. 1st service went well. Team went the extra mile by dropping my truck off to me when completed. Thanks guys!4-1-24 second service went well. I was very pleased with the courtesy of everyone. The lady with blond hair in-service. I wish I could remember her name helped us so much and from scheduling and fixing what we needed and helping us till the car was finished. She even offered to let me drive her personal car while I waited for my car to be fixed.

I've used Bocker for years, cuz my Dad was loyal customer, even sold cars there for several years before he passed away. I was treated so awesome in their service dept. They squeezed me in, got an awesome shuttle ride in a Buick Enclave from Randy, Heather answered all my questions and knew so much about cars, she had my trust instantly about giving warnings about future repairs to save up for etc. Car took less than two hours, and they picked me back up and I was in my merry way. Just an awesome experience, didn't break the bank either! Thanks!

This was my first time getting my oil changed at Bocker. I didn't have an appointment, as one isn't necessary. The workers were friendly and I was in and out in about thirty minutes. They gave me a detailed receipt of all services provided. This is where I will go back next time to get my oil changed. Keep up the good work Bocker!

I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Bocker Auto Group! My sales associate Hunter was amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured into anything. Everyone there was friendly and made it feel like they truly cared about my family and I. From Hunter going over options on vehicles I thought I wanted to Danny in finance working to get me the best rate on the car I loved. Everyone cared and I felt it! Especially when even the owner took time to talk to me about the importance of checking if the car seats fit comfortably in my desired car. They truly are our family car dealer for life!

I couldn't be happier with the service at Bocker. Larry Vinyard was an excellent communicator when trying to see the vehicle I wanted, and always made me.feel like a welcome customer. Justin was great in the finance office, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew all the details to the loan. Also, when Larry was busy working with other customers he made sure that someone was there to help me out when I wanted to just come in, and test drive it. This was the easiest, least pressured car purchase I ever made. They give you the options, and let you decide what's best for you, not them. Incredibly refreshing, 10/10 will return for another vehicle purchase.

Friendly service. Recommend going early if going for an oil change on Saturday morning. Two bays for oil changes, only one open. Took me approximately two hours to get an oil change. Other than that, all was amazing. The staff was amazing and courteous. Will definitely be back.

Diagnostics were done in what seemed like a comprehensive way and arrangements to fix my car were based on my schedule. There was no pressure. Melanie (?) was very professional and sympathetic to my needs. Mr. McCarthy was the epitome of grace and kindness. Every one I came into contact with was very helpful.

Sales dept was good when I bought the truck in 2020. Now it's 2023 truck needs work. Told service depth what code it had they say we can't look at it for 3 weeks. When they final check it out it needs a catalytic converter. Said they have to order it won't hurt to drive it till it gets in. They fail to call after a month so I call them and they say we will check to see if we got it. Then they tell me they tried to call and left a voice mail which they obviously didn't. They give me an appointment for 2 weeks later. Now I am sitting here waiting because God forbid they have any courtesy cars for the service customers getting warranty work done.

I can t say enough great things about Heather with the Bocker Service Center, the technicians & additional staff. I recently purchased a GMC Terrain Denali @ Carvana that had a slight vibration when driving over 55+ mph which I didn t realize until after my purchase. Through The warranty company for Carvana, I was told to take it to my local GMC dealership which I took it to Bocker. It turned out to be an issue with the tires on my AWD. Heather went ABOVE & BEYOND working with the claim adjuster @ the warranty company to prove what the issue was. After sending multiple photos & videos to them they approved the replacement of tires on my newly purchased vehicle. I am always afraid to take a "mystery noise" to a mechanic. I have found Bocker Auto Group to be honest and skilled at both diagnosing and fixing problems. I totally appreciate that I can trust them. Also, I appreciate that coffee is available and great!

Had an emergency breakdown with my 2022 Denali while staying with local friends. I was stranded and Bocker wouldn t even take a look at it to run a diagnostic on my truck for 2 weeks based on their schedule . This is the truck I drive my 4 small kids around in. I am in the community every month and my friends all said Take it to Bocker since they knew the owner! The service center was awful to deal with and unhelpful. They had zero compassion or empathy for my situation Treated me like I was a pain in their neck. Brad the service writer spoke ill of me to the tow truck driver when I sent someone 5 days later to take my car to a competent dealership back home for me. I don t think he counted on the tow truck driver being a friend of mine too. Very unprofessional group of service writers and I wouldn t trust them to fix my bicycle. My local friends were very disappointed to hear of my experience.

The folks at Bocker replaced a shattered moonroof on our car. Everyone we worked with was really responsive (shout out to Brad in service) and they did a nice job with the repair.
