On 3/10/23, I was driving from Rockford to Freeport when I started experiencing considerable problems with my vehicle. I called Autoclinic to ask if they would look at the vehicle. Their personnel were extremely honest and quick. In a situation where they knew they had me over a barrel, Autoclinic was as honorable and professional as possible. I would encourage anyone in northwest Illinois to go to Autoclinic for all of their automotive needs, big or small.

They have a very honest and friendly staff with unprecedented knowledge. They did 2 jobs on my car so far, replaced the clutch and valve cover gaskets. To say i am impressive them is an understatement. I will only trust my car to them with the knowledge they will fix whats wrong without breaking something else.

I have been using Auto Clinic for several years now for several different makes and models of vehicles and have never had a problem. They provide prompt estimates of costs for labor and parts and stick to them. If there are any changes to the estimated amount they call before doing the work. We've had them perform diagnostic checks on cars we are considering for purchase as well.

They were able to get our vehicle in right away, determine what parts were needed, and then able to get the parts by the next day and put them on...

Had them replace my hood release cable. After they finished hood release cable still didn't work, and now the hood doesn't close properly. When I called and asked them said they noticed it didn't work, yet they didn't fix. Bad customer service, bad workmanship, thus bad rating
