The only reason I didn't give a 5 star (yet anyway) is because I hadn't went there. However a young gentleman named Colby was so helpful in determining my vehicle's issue, remedies and offered a lot of knowledge and help over the phone! I was very surprised and grateful

The service was wonderful and there's people there to actually help you . Friendly staff members , clean and neat store . Easy to get in and out of the parking spots .

I had to tell the guy but Parts I needed but the part number was and if he had a wrench to help us take a while for him to figure it out so I just bought tools I work for O'Reilly's in Laurel Montana I've been there 12 years I've been doing parts for 46 years

Went there for a new battery. I was told they were too busy to install it. I was the ONLY customer in the shop. Ended up getting a jump from them (luckily they had time for that) to go to the Belleville location, which installed my battery waiving the installation cost since the other store hung me out to dry.

I do like the store and I have no problem with their employees. I've been here multiple times for items for our company fleet vehicles. My only issue is that I went here for a wiper blade today because it's downpouring.There are letters on the wiper blades like OE, and there is nothing obvious that tells you what those letters mean. So I just go in there and buy a 22 inch wiper blade not realizing that I'm getting one that's not compatible with my vehicle. So I'm out there in a downpour trying to put on a new wiper blade that's not even compatible with my vehicle. At least I was able to exchange it. I just wish there was a sign or something that said don't buy these unless you know what you're getting into.

In there pretty often, seems like you always need something! A place I can go and ask questions and not feel silly because I'm a female. They put my wiper blades on too. I would need a step ladder and then wouldn't know what to do!lol. I know I'll be back.

Went into the store today and Bryan the store manager talking with his friends while he was helping me and in the process of getting new tail and backup lights for my truck he sold me the lights to his buddies truck which Happens to be the same guy who interrupt me while I was in the process of getting parts! I called Bryan back and told him about the about the parts and he admitted what he did.One thing you never do is ignore a customer! Lose a customer you lose business. Lose business your unemployed!!! Get your head straight!!!

Always have a good experience there. Very knowledgeable. Usually have what you need if not find the closest store. Are get it in within a day or 2.

Focus is on customer who call in, not customers like myself standing at the register trying to buy product and only being half attended to while the phone calls are the priority. Try a different store. Store in Freeburg is horrible.

I go to any O'Reilly store often, but this one in particular has good staff.It's a nice well kept store.

Kids working there have no idea if it is not in the computer. Miss old parts stores. Not impressed with this location.
