Josef is a Fabulous Human Being! From broken down on the highway, he confirmed the needed parts were in stock. Also provided a reminder that the clamps may be the difficult style as far as the tool for removal, and some traditional worm gear clamps to replace them.He had checked the capacity and he made that horrific breakdown experience boil down to an inconvenience.Had it honestly not been for him, his knowledge and demeanor, it really would have been a long broken down holiday weekend. So thank you again Sir, sometime soon I'll get back there with a pizza of your choice! And hopefully the bosses will get you a well deserved raise! Thanks man, you saved my day!

I have been here a few times and I always leave happy. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and kind. Even when they don t have the parts I need, they re quick to help me find them elsewhere or order them in. Even though I live in Humboldt Park, I m making my way to this one. Thank you!

I have an account with them under lost souls and go there often and I went to trade in brake pads under the warranty and they refused to trade them in. It s their policy yet I could not do anything even with my receipt and everything. I ve been coming to this location for years and buy all the parts for all my cars here. Looks like it s time to find a new spot. The customer service at this facility is getting worse but to not follow your own policies is crazy! Don t go here

Walked into the O'Reilly's Auto Parts (Franklin Park location) in need of a taillight bulb for my Subaru Forester. The gentleman working there (I believe his name was Fred) not only helped us find the correct bulb, but he even took the time to come out to the parking lot to help us replace the broken taillight. He took care of every need we had and asked for nothing in return. That kind of service is truly hard to come by these days. Fred, thank you once again for your amazing service!

Went to buy some parts and tar removal the clerk would not take my cash. Preferred to lose a sale than take my money. What type of business doesn t take cash. What happens if the system breaks down do you close your doors.

Just bought front brakes. I know I gave 3 twenty dollar bills for my purchase. Went back in moments later for my pickup and wanted to purchase 2 windshield wipers. All I had left was $100 bill, was asked if I had anything smaller cause she said she didn't have any change. Unfortunately I didn't.Blonde girl horrible attitude.. Trying to multi-task by talking on the phone while helping me, didn't do a very good job of multitasking.. Walked out, no purchase.

Stay away from this location they have some ignorant parts people working and all they do is be on their cell phones that don't pay attention to anything that's happening in the stores and when you call the store to ask about parts or this and that they give you attitude and they just hang up on you. O'reillys has gone down hill.

Good advice and friendly service. But staff has hard time holding on things.I ordered an item online.Got email my order was ready for pick up.Went there. They couldn't find it and it was pick up. I didn't pick it up.They gave it to someone with no identification.I really needed this for my buisness. They reordered it been over a week.Still haven't gotten it.

I walked into store cause I had a flat tire and I received excellent service. Even though they don't supply tires or change tires, Roberto Vasquez helped by trying to pump air into tire. He noticed there was a leak and he went out of his way to change my tire. Most places wouldn't have bothered. Thank You Roberto.

The lady was very mean to me for no reason, she's so mean and doesn't deserved to be in cashier, I believe she can do anything except customer service, she looks white girl but with black heart

Called ahead to check if they have a belt in stock, and Marylyn( the store manager) confirmed that they do have it. Arrived there in 10 min and after she checked in the back, she said that she doesn't have it and that she thought that she have it.Also seen other customers sitting to be helped, and the other 2 employees were just ignoring them.DO NOT waste your time going to this place, and better go somewhere else nearby where at least you can be fairly treated.

We ended up finding what we needed, but the guy at register wasn't very helpful, and I got the vibe he was making fun of my friend thinking he knew better after we declined to buy a much more expensive part for the vehicle.

Mixed feelings about this place. Customer service non existent. It will close it in the middle of the day so she can take a relaxing smoke break with no hurry to open up when customers are waiting get in. While they have just as much as the other autoparts stores, the lines are long and slow moving. Glad theres an Autozone nearby.

Custumer service is totally awful.I bought a brake pads on one location. Went to a different location to exchange the pads because they gave me the wrong pads. The manager a this location didn't want to exchange the pads, because I did not bought the brake pads at that location. He told me that. I have to go to the location where I bought the brake pads.O'Reilly you just lost a custumer. I will never came back to do business with you.
