If you're a woman and you need help with the car just to change a bulb or something simple do not come here the guys that work here have no idea what they're doing worst experience ever. I came in for a light beam and I asked if they could please install it for me and they said sure if I'm still around because they were busy and they only had two people then when I was trying to pay they walked me over to another register and left me there and started helping somebody else after 5 minutes another employee asked if I needed help and I said yes I'm paying cash so I had to wait for the original guy who was helping me to come back and take my cash true morons don't come here. And when I asked for a supervisor or manager the same moron said it was him so I asked him who's your boss and he refused to tell me told me to call corporate. It's the AutoZone on Mannheim in Franklin Park.

I can't sing enough praises for this store especially Chris. I had bought a brake kit and it came defective, not only did he have it in store within two days, but he held it because I hadn't gotten around to installing it. The return process was easy and straightforward with Chris, all while he juggled an entire line of customers that came in. Replacement kit was installed with no further issues. This store is not nearby or convenient for me, but I'll go back just for that exceptional customer service.

I bought a part online and I tried to return the part because I didn t need after all and a Mexican fat guy with a rotten tooth was giving me trouble just because I didn t have the box even though I gave him the packing slip with all the information of the part and he still was giving me attitude and problems just because of a simple box, he was arguing that he was gonna have to find another box, apparently that is a big deal for a person who is supposed to be working and giving good customer service he sucks.

I came in and Evan helped me out. It was so nice to see someone so passionate about their job. I had a check engine light on and he used the machine to read it. Then he plugged it into the computer and told me exactly what was wrong and told me it was my gas cap. A new gas cap was $12 I couldn t believe that my gas cap caused that. He explained not to just buy parts I don t need and what I really did need. I think he saved me 100s of dollars that I would have spent at the mechanic. Thank you Evan and Autozone you now have a loyal new customer.

Went to pick up a new battery and asked if they could install it for me. It became a fiasco because of the battery posts, but the associate, Jose Perez was phenomenal. We bought a separate set of posts that did not work and he was able to shimmy something to help get us home. This young man went above and beyond his duties. He didn't say I can't help you sorry, as he knew we had no other way to get home. This young man needs to be praised and noticed. There are not many young people these days that are willing to go above and beyond. AutoZone you need to recognize this young man. A satisfied customer, Carol Ramos

Update: previously gave the location 5 stars, however the former employee Don did not do his job. Now my husband and I are left with no choice but to express our situation to Adrian who was rude and not helpful. I will never go to AutoZone again because of their lack of professionalism and disregard for trying to solve the issue another employee caused.

Very apparent at this location, but also holds true for most car part stores, female customers are treated like "dummies", waiting to be helped much longer than men. Some clerks not very knowledgeable on the parts they sell, going strictly by what the computer screen displays. The corporation is trying to remedy the lack of gender diversity issue by hiring female clerks at some locations, but they are more frustrating than the less than knowledgeable guys. This location is better than others overall, but the company, as a whole, has a long way to go when it comes to proper customer care toward female customers.

This hub is my first choice among AutoZone stores in the area. I like it because the inventory is bigger and it's more likely the part I need will be in stock. The main drawback of this location is it needs more registers and cashiers, as I have had to wait 20+ minutes in a checkout line several times.

On August 13, 2021, Employee Don did a fantastic job in installing a head light bulb that I had just bought. He also had a great customer service oriented attitude. I was driving back to Baltimore and this new bulb may have saved me an accident and/or a traffic ticket. I highly recommend Don and the Mannheim Auto Zone store.

I went there to get help with an issue for my car and I went in the store and waited like 15 mins in line and a young lady told me she would be right outside to help me and I waited outside with my daughter for about another 15 mins and I left. Customer service is not good!

I stopped in today for a lightbulb for my headlight and the associate was extremely nice and replaced it for me. I am horrible with names but it was Tazz I believe. Thank you so much I appreciate your help!

I have been coming to this location for quite some time. Never a disappointment, have always been greeted and thanked from walking in to leaving. I had some issues with my car and didn't know much of part names, yet I was assisted greatly!

Very slow. They skip people in line to take care of people came after. One of the reason, was the cashier couldn't understand the customer. So skip him. Instead of taking the time to try understand. Or call someone else to help. Other staff would help

Plenty of parking, clean, engaging staff, and quick service. Just be sure to signal 100 ft from the entrance if you are heading South. People drive 40+ mph and you can easily get rear ended.

A day before I bought a jack for my BMW from other autozone location, and later I noticed there is no spot underneath the car, I also tried the jack I damaged the body underneath, and the jack has a very small scratch where it lost the blue paint.Long story short no one want to process my return and listen to me demonstrating the situation, everybody ran away and told me to take it to the autozone where you got it from, (one of the employees said"OH! I processed many returns this week"BUT thanks to Nancy, she is very friendly and polite, she's the only one trying to help me finding the best jack that fits my BMW giving me ideas and solutions, processed my item and gave me suggestions, we really need people like that specially when we are in a hard situation,Please autozone people show some care, serve and smile a little bit, it helps a lot
