Auto Art inc. has not failed me. Twice I have taken my vehicle there for repairs, specifically for paint jobs and man o man, they are just the best and affordable prices. 100% Recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Art! The entire staff was so professional and helpful. They stayed in communication with me the entire time they had my car and provided several updates on the progress. I didn t think I ve ever had my car returned to me in such a nice condition.. inside and out. They did great work and finished with cleaning my car, wiping the interior and shining my tires. I definitely intend on using them again for any future car needs.

I am very HAPPY with how my SUV was repaired after a head on car accident. I did not know what to expect, and Auto Art did not disappoint. When they showed me my car, I was in shock! It looked like a brand new car!! Its as if nothing happened! The car is running great and looks amazing!!! The day I picked up the car, Laura the front desk, was super nice. The owner too made sure I was happy with the car. They were very communicable with the shortages in the car industry and overall the wait was worth it! (I uploaded pictures of before and after- looks brand new!!!).Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Angelo Quintanilla with a 22 Dodge Durango RT, just arrived in their facility, the beginning phone call with receptionist was very professional and patient with all my questions. I will keep this updated as I receive word along with photos of before and after.-3/28/23Solid updates from Auto Art and they are beginning their process now that insurance gave them the go ahead today.-4/10/23Last picture of vehicle on the lift was sent to me by Auto Art explaining they found more damage and informing insurance about further costs.-4/12/23Auto Art called me to tell me my vehicle should be ready by 5/19.-4/24/23Called them on 15th and they said they're shooting for everything to be finished by 26th.-5/15/23Stopped by the shop today to check on progress, seemed to have a perfect job on body work, paint and suspension hadn't been done yet. Picture posted side view half sanded-5/23/23Told me one part had come in wrong so they're hoping for 5/31 due to holiday.-5/25/23Told me car is ready for pickup 5/31/23Picked up and they did an absolutely flawless job. Final 2 pictures.

It took roughly 2 months for my car to get fixed but they did a good job. My insurance paid the majority of the job. The people there were nice.The only con I can think of is that they would say my car would be ready by a certain date and then it wouldn't be. But I expected something like this from a car shop.

This was the best experience by far when dealing with a car repair service. They kept me updated with pictures and dealings with my insurance company. I didn't have to call them at all. And my car is running fantastic. Very professional and courteous.

I have to be honest they went from being my favorite body shop to the worst , my car has been in their shop since January and they gave me the same crap however best advice I can give anyone please Dnt take your car here or you ll be met with the same disrespect I got as met with . First off im disabled marine corps veteran, when I went to their shop I was met with a polish lady who claimed she was the manager only for her to raise her voice to me and tell me that it s not their fault I proceeded to tell the owner why it was taking so long and he said it s not our fault it s your insurances , again they ve had my car over two months I still haven t received it they told me I would be getting it sometime between March 11-15 todays the 14th still no word , I will be contacting not only the BBB but I will also file a formal complaint with the attorney generals office for theft of services , consumers be aware of what these body shops do they will def lie and defraud you at every level please take your business elsewhere don t make the same mistake I made , they truly are not professional to say the least , when I spoke to the owner and told him I would just have a tow truck two my vehicle to another shop he told me that wasn t possible . I ve waited patiently all this time only to be met with the same excuse . I hope this helps anyone out there please Dnt subject yourself to their unfair practices period .

This facility had my car for 5 months claiming they were waiting on parts. Then said it was only one worker who could fix my car so him and the owner worked on it themselves. I would constantly call for updates and they would give me excuses or say the owner was on vacation. They charged me $500 to replace a tire. Made up some other expenses, and told me it would $2,500 to pick the car up after holding it for 5 months. Owners response, is I own a Tesla so I have money . Get my car back only to hear noise when I drive so I had to take it a few days later and they wanted $200 more dollars. Last but not least, the owner drove my car to his home and to a mall 45 minutes away. Fixing my car did NOT require him to drive it home twice !!

My car took at least four months to get repair when I got it back yesterday. The parts of the car which they told me that were new used parts not recommendable I wouldn t take my car there anymore

This place it is bad I bring my car to estimate and check catalyst converter it was stolen from my car . And I told them I want go inside to take pictures of my car and see what happened to the car. And they sad no you can't go inside for safety reasons . Hhhhhhhhhhhhh bad and worse shop . I never recommend this place to fix my car . Horrible

Did not fix the vehicle correctly, still drives the same as it came in. When I tried pointing it out they just didn t care no good customer service. On top of that the vehicle was driven for 50 miles I don t see any work that was put into it. The owner instead of trying to fix it and come to an agreement he didn t listen, instead he wanted to go to court because he thought I was lying. So I would recommend this place to people I know but only thing is the time framethey took 2 months to fix my car due to parts having a delivery issue my only thing for improvement for this place is the communicate better with your customers but over happy with they job they didI did notice a few minor scarps on the hard plastic but overall good job can t tell my vehicle was in a accident thank youServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here! My poor little car was in such bad shape after being rear ended and the crew at auto art took care of me completely. They fixed my rear bumper which looks absolutely perfect, they also detail your car which I wasn t expecting and was a really pleasant surprise. From intake to pick up every step of the way was painless. I live 40 minutes away and I m so glad i made that drive.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband was in a car accident and I picked out this location to get our car fixed. Since day 1 Mark who took care of us was amazing at explaining everything I was quoted 3-6 weeks wait time and they had my car ready sooner than that which was so awesome!! The worst customer service ever!!! They don t finish the job correctly and blame you for their mistakes!!! I should ve went with my first mind and went somewhere else. They don t even check to make sure the customer is satisfied when picking up the vehicle or make sure everything is in working condition as it should be. And now that they got the insurance company for thousands of dollars they say take the elsewhere!! This shop is a joke!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Even though my vehicle was at auto art longer than expected I am so satisfied with the quality of work. It took 3 months for my truck to get fixed after a car accident. Facility explained it was due to insurance approvals and issues getting the parts for my vehicle. 3 months was a long time but definitely worth the wait. Customer service was almost perfect, there was a women who was very rude when answering my questions but other than that work quality and professionalism gets 10/10 from my part.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I am very happy with the service I received at Auto Art. My Acura RDX was in an accident and they did great job fixing the car including the color which was matched perfectly. Mariusz, the owner was very helpful and he made sure that everything is done well Also the mechanic working there Piotrek is very good in his profession. My car looks like new. Got my car back recently. The work was well done! My car looks brand new. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the few date push backs. It took about 1.5 months for it to be done. The receptionist was super nice and professional every time I called.

I was impressed at the work they performed on my vehicle. It looks like it was never damaged. However, they do not pay attention to detail! They returned my vehicle with other dings and scratches not related to the accident damage they were hired to fix! My vehicle passed a multi point inspection on it's last dealership service but now needs a front end alignment. I will be contacting the attorney handling my case to address this matter!

I had recently purchased a new vehicle. Two months into owning it, someone hit my parked car and fled the scene. I was incredibly stressed as to how I would pay for the repairs out of pocket. I came to Auto Art and they gave me a great price for the repairs. My car was repaired quickly and looked just as great as when I rolled it out of the dealership. I am beyond grateful for the work done here. The relief they were able to provide me with during a stressful time is something I will never forget!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was SO nervous of leaving my brand new Audi with them!! But due to unfortunate timing between insurance companies the company I had at the time Led me to having it restored here, I have absolutely no regrets after seeing their work! The paint was matched PERFECTLY and the blending job was amazing. Multiple people have complimented that you can t even tell my vehicle was ever in an accident. My headlamp assembly was a tad bit off centered but my friend who is a tech fixed it in less then two minutes. Otherwise I m very pleased with the work they did! I was given my vehicle two days after the promised date. I was just happy to have it back, even happier when I saw the quality of work. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I am VERY PICKY! :)

NOT RECOMMENDED ! The management on this place sucks!! At the time of the released of my vehicle i noticed multiple issues, there was some paint dripping on front of bumper, missing clips, my rear bumper was not installed all the way. At the beginning when you deliver your car for service the manager is very friendly because they want your money but if you have issues later after you pick up your car FORGET IT ! They will ignored you and they will make the impossible to reject any adjustment or repairs later . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

At the beginning customer service was delightful. Estimated time for my car to be ready was about 4-5 weeks and my car has been there since December. I understand everyone is understaffed but why lie about car being ready? They changed my date about 5 times. Just got off the phone with the front desk lady and now I feel like I m a bother to them .I been calling everyday for updates since they can t do that but now I feel like I m annoying them but I could care less. First it was last week in the beginning it was going to be ready then last Friday then today and now it s unknown I m seriously disappointed because I was supposed to drive down to my moms wedding and now I missed it due to all this. RIDICULOUS!
