These guys are wonderful! Quick work, always done correctly and with a smile. Hometown service is always the best. Since my husband has become ill, I've been tasked with car maintenance now. These guys are so patient & understanding of my redundant & ignorant questions. Such gentlemen! Very customer service oriented. I love my truck & won't let anybody else care for it. Ever!! The guys continue to care for my truck with general maintenance. Still very pleased.

Had my Durango for a month, would not price fixing the transmission or tie rod ends. Finally had to pick it up and take elsewhere. Will not be back.

This dealership has the most hospitable and compassionate employees. I was traveling by car 500 miles away from home and managed to get two of my tires flat. I did not have a spare tire, it was 6pm and everything around was closing. This dealership was closed too but their office manager Lora miraculously noticed me as she was just about to leave and close all the doors. She called their service manager Justin to help me out. This benevolent and generous man spent several after-work hours of his personal time to find and fix both of my tires absolutely free of charge. I am infinitely thankful to both of these people! They are the reason I was able to safely get home that night.

Honest. Polite. Patient. Had to get an airbag recall repaired. The facility is completely wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms were clean. Waiting area is wonderful, with a childrens' area, TV, and comfortable couch and kitchenette. I'm over 50 miles from them, but I will drive past Jim Hayes in Harrisburg, a dealership with a dishonest service department, every time I need maintenance. Their service was efficient and I could watch them work. I was also able to set up my appointment through email. Will definitely recommend them.

I personally have not dealt with them nor do I have any intention of dealing with them .my sister was there got a vehicle. which she had purchased one from their prior. she didn't have it a week and she started having issues with it bad battery and they have no intention of making it good. she thought this was a respectful and honest place. But proof has it. They will crew with people and rip them off. So if this is how you do business. I will gladly put this out there so others don't go thru this. You should stand behind what you sale always.

Terrible local dealer. I literally drive hours to find a better deal. If you want to pay retail, come here. If you want to sit for 40 minutes after your appointment time before they even touch your vehicle for diagnosis, this is the place to go. I've bought multiple vehicles here when I was younger and had no idea how much they ripped me off. My family has bought dozens of vehicles here, unfortunately. I drove to Michigan to buy a truck because it was $10,000+ cheaper than what they had at Weeks. I had them change the oil in my truck and it was a quart over filled, even after I showed them in the manual they still said I was wrong. They left sweaty streaks all over my doors where they were leaning against the truck and grease on my headliner, dash, and ford panels. They have never been able to "replicate" any issues i've had. I had to have my roof repainted due to factory paint issues and they took 3 weeks and wanted the rental truck they gave me back so they could give it to someone else after the first week. Just a horrible place, I'll never go there again and I recommend you don't either.

Wonderful place! Great, polite and helpful employees. Service department is awesome. We had an emergency while traveling by and they took care of our vehicle quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Our sales assosiate, Michael Oliver was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We bought our first brand new car, a Chrysler Pacifica from here. I never knew I could love a minivan so much! I highly recommend this dealership!

A great place to buy vehicles from they have a good service department and Body Shop too. Friendly sales people informative service department. Have bought the last 10 vehicles from and will buy more good people to deal with.

We stopped in to the shop on the way home from Florida with a leaking tire and the guys did everything they could to help us! They took pity on us poor travellers and helped us get back on the road to home. Thanks for all of your help!

We regret not buying art Durango from Weeks in West Frankfort, Il. Where we got it from, it's a lemon and we have had nothing but problems with it ever since. They don't even know how to work on it. We won't make that same mistake again I'm not putting it out there but they know who they are.
