The BEST. I will always come here (and have been for YEARS). They are beyond friendly and honest about what your car needs or doesn t need. reasonable pricing and just simply the best. I have NEVER had an issue with them trying to upsell me or spend more/fix more than what needs to be done. Thank you guys for being awesome!!

Hello,I am new to the area and a small business owner. Recently, I had a negative experience with Tire Tracks. I ve taken multiple vehicles from my fleet for repairs and maintenance. On this particular day, I took in a vehicle that was experiencing some issues. Despite being unable to make repairs due to lack of tools, they still charged a diagnostic fee which I thought was unfair considering that I d have to take it somewhere else and still pay another diagnostic fee. After seeking a second opinion at Ford, it became evident that the diagnosis was incorrect from Tire Tracks. I provided evidence from Ford, yet instead of acknowledging the error, they accused us of tampering with the receipt. I requested a refund for the diagnosis and they declined. I will no longer be using their services.

Tire Tracks has been our local neighborhood go to for all things auto related! They are honest and fair and also, very accommodating. There has been times they simply verified a concern was or was not to be addressed! Our family highly recommends and has been recommending their services!

The guys at Tire Tracks did a great job. I went in for an oil change in my Volvo. The price was very fair. I will go back for all my automotive needs. I love to support a locally-owned business.

They are very Prejudice. They also aren t Consistent with the pricing. One guy gave me one price and we agreed to that amount. When it was time to pick up the car, there was an extra $200 dollars added to the bill. There was no additional work done. When I ask, why was it such a big difference? The guy who was checking me out couldn t explain it. Of course I paid the full amount. The car was already ready, but I felt that it s was wrong as a customer. Women take your brother or your husband with you don t go alone. They will try to get over on you.

Scam artists that once they ve accepted your money you re treated as if you re nothing. Brought my truck here for service the motor was misfiring and causing a pretty bad shake. Was told it was a computer or something that needed to be programmed and it s a service they don t provide however I d still need to pay the diagnostics. First red flag is how are you charging me for a service you won t provide? Ok whatever I took it to ford and I found out it was not actually the pcm but the coil and throttle body causing this issue. So I give tire tracks a call back because at this point I need my money back for the misdiagnosis. I originally called Monday regarding this matter. Yesterday which is Thursday I called back and he basically accused me of lying and doctoring a receipt lol. I pressed him to call ford and verify and I gave him the contact at ford whom I d dealt with. Even after speaking with ford and someone higher up they re still unwilling to refund my money. So here we are. Don t deal with these guys they don t stand behind their diagnosis and charge you for work they can t perform. As mentioned in a previous review I feel as though it was a race thing to some extent. Scroll down and you ll see this isn t the first time.

Tire Tracks is the BEST for an oil change! I was able to make an appointment, get in at the scheduled time and get out promptly . Very thorough; they even rotated the tires!

This place is amazing. Took all my vehicles here for years but just moved away from the area. They are friendly, very honest and informative. They will explain exactly what is going on and help you thru it. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I called early in the morning on my way to work after finding some object in one of my tires. It was time to replace my tires so when I called I inquired about 4 tires. Brian was very helpful and ordered my tires, received and installed the same day. Excellent service and staff. I would highly recommend Tire Tracks.

I wish every place were like this... they actually care about their customers and take pride in their work here. I brought my 2017 Wrangler in here for a set of new tires and a lift kit- the work was outstanding. Half the places I called to do this didn't even call me back- and those that did wanted more than these guys.I will never get my cars fixed anywhere else besides here again. They are the best, hands down.

I contacted Tire Tracks for a quote for a set of four tires. They had to order them and the arrived when they said they would. Brought the car in and was done within an hour. The price was exactly what they quoted me. Upon picking up the vehicle I was told to bring it back at about 150 miles to check the lug nuts and that tire rotation were free. Tire Tracks did an amazing job from start to finish with no surprises.

I ve been there several times over the past years for either tire repairs or replacement and they have always been able to take care of my car when showing up with a flat tire. I was actually shopping for a new set of tires this time and realized that in addition of being a convenient option they are also very competitive with their prices! I ve been recommending this place before and will continue doing so when asked for a good place to have this work done!

Needed to get a tire with recurring low-pressure checked. They offered a time that worked with my schedule. They had the tire repaired and the car back on the road within hours. A big relief as we had a house full of guests in from put of town for a wedding.Service: TiresService: Tires

The staff was friendly and very informative. I was not pressured to buy or fix anything extra which was a HUGE RELIEF and different from the other places I've been to in the past.The waiting room was clean, but the wait for changing 4 tires was much longer than expected. The price was good, so I was happy in the end. I Willgo back if further services are needed.

I called to get new tires for my Travel Trailer. They habe grwat pricing and great service! The lot size was ideal for parking my travel trailer. They made the process very easy every step of the way!!
