Such a great experience at Southside Collision! I needed both driver side doors repaired after a side collision. I had constant communication from start to finish. Was always updated on the status of the repairs. Not only was the customer service great, so were the repairs. The color match is spot on and even the body lines look great!Thank you Southside Collision for the overall great experience. Such a peace of mind knowing I have found a reliable shop I can trust for any future needs!

GREAT Service!!!!!! Each time the "unfortunate" has happened to any of my vehicles, I come to Southside Collision. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and helpful. They even made sure the car rental process was smooth when dropping off my vehicles for repairs. My vehicles were repaired and restored promptly. I love Southside Collision!! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wow! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I let someone drive my car for the first time ever. They backed into another car and dented the rear fender and scratched the bumper really bad. I reached out and got a quote from Southside and they were more than reasonable for the work. I picked it up yesterday thinking it s not going to be perfect but I was wrong. It is perfect! You can t even tell that anything ever happened. They went above and beyond and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were great! Thank you Southside for your amazing work!

Front office ladies are very nice and good at their job. However, the charges are way too overpriced for a collision/body shop. Went to Naamz auto body in Frankfort and got the same work done for $3,000 LESS.

I recently had the most incredible experience at southside collision! The customer service was absolutely top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the level of assistance I received. From the moment I stepped into the shop, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They patiently listened to all my concerns and provided me with expert advice on the best course of action for my vehicle. Not only was their service exceptional, but the pricing was also incredibly fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their services, especially considering the high quality of their work. Walking into Southside Collision, a female-owned auto body shop, was a refreshing experience. The warm welcome from the office staff immediately put me at ease, and their expertise was evident in the meticulous way they assessed and explained the repairs needed for my car. It was empowering to witness these skilled women confidently navigating the traditionally male-dominated automotive industry. I have been a customer of Southside Collision for over 7 years. I have brought at least 5 different vehicles here for an array of problems ranging from rust spots to extensive front end damage. Southside has always gone above and beyond between their repairs, customer service, and timeliness. They have always kept me up to date on all things occurring with me vehicles. Their work is outstanding and I have never had any sort of issue with their repairs, even years later. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

The staff at Southside Collision were great. They handled my insurance claim without issue. I was sent daily updates on my vehicle and work was done perfectly. I appreciated the reminder about my deductible. It was really nice to be able to leave my rental at their shop. Initially satisfied until parts started falling off my car. Didn t notice the multiple lock guards that were not replaced , As well!!! For the public . Items were stolen out of my vehicle, if you re considering using this garage , I wouldn t trust them , take your business elsewhere, shame on you southside collision,Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This was my first accident and first time dealing with an insurance claim and body shop and I can 100% say that if I am in ever in need of any additional repairs that this is the place I will go to!Not only did Southside Collision do a great job on the repairs in a timely matter, the customer service also gets a 5 star rating from me as well! Riley and Katie were extremely polite and more than willing to explain everything to me and help walk me through the whole repair and insurance process. They kept me well informed with updates on the process of my repairs and they had no problem explaining things to me when asked. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!!

My car was in an accident that required extensive repairs and while the outside of the vehicle looked amazing after the work was done, the faulty parts inside led to my car breaking down a few months later. This shop does not stand behind their work with a warranty but relies soley on warranties from parts used. Therefore, when additional damage was incurred on my engine parts, Southside would only repair their faulty part and not the other parts effected, as well. In the end, another local shop repaired all issues and insurance paid for all of my prior faulty repairs. Need outside repairs? This shop is great, otherwise, go elsewhere.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery

They worked with me and my insurance company to get things done. It was a process but they helped me all the way through. I'm bringing a second car to them now only 2 weeks after.

Very unimpressed. First time I went in they seemed very nice. I told them my issues after being hit and they took pictures.They took 2+ weeks to get it done, only did cosmetic work and didn't fix the actual issue- which was a simple fix of my windshield wiper fluid container needed replaced.Not once did they talk to me about payment- so when I asked and was trhinf to figure it out with insurance- they got extremely sassy and threatened to charge me $110 a DAY to keep it.When I got there to pick it up and we asked about the bill to know what we needed to for insurance- they continued to cut us off and I didn't feel comfortable asking them more.Also- have not had my car back a week and my tire light Is on.In short- save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

The team at Southside are fantastic! They always get my car done faster than expected. And when they quote you a price they stick to it. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have been doing it for years and have the experience and know-how. They shoot you straight. I've taken my car in multiple times and will continue to. And they work with insurance and take care of it all. Highly recommend!

Danielle Wendy and Mark were wonderful. Great people to deal with and great work. Also repaired truck very quickly. Just like new. 0 stars would be to nice. My car dealer recommended this little shop of horrors to fix my car after an accident. I should have went somewhere else when my initial visit for an estimate lacked good customer service, but I let it go, I just wanted my car fixed properly. After a week of not hearing back I called to inquire about another matter on my vehicle and about my pending drop off date. Staff member who I talked with said he would have someone call back, he was not very knowledgeable on what was going on. Finally a lady who says her name was Katie, (not sure if thats her real name) gave me a drop off date over a month out. I simply asked if it was safe to drive my vehicle for that long due to the bumper being loose. Katie stated that my vehicle only had cosmetic damage. So inquisitively I stated that I thought cosmetic damage was usually paint damage and things of that nature, I then stated that my bumper was shifted. After that Katie became nasty nice and condescending, basically trying to make me feel as if I was stupid and began questioning me, in a condescending tone, asking what do you consider shifted? I explained that my bumper was loose and bowed out on each side of my vehicle, and once again in a condescending tone, Katie told me that my vehicle only had cosmetic damage, alluding that my bumper being loose was was indeed considered cosmetic. My issue is not with whether or not the damage on my vehicle was cosmetic or not, the problem is that Katie's tone became rude and nasty nice once I questioned the drop off date and if my car was safe to drive for another month in its condition. I believe when people like Katie are nasty nice, they think people don't recognize it, and this is why they continue to be rude and condescending and think that people will not say anything. I called her out, and instead of apologizing, Katie was ready to go on and on with me, toe to toe, which shows poor customer service. I asked if there was anyone above her I could speak to she smugly said no. If Katie is indeed the owner, she should know that a little kindness and patience goes a long way when people have questions about a complex process such as getting a car fixed. And if Katie does not have time to answer simple questions, maybe Katie should hire more staff and educate her staff, so that she doesn't have to get snippy with customers when she does not want to answer service questions. Do yourself a favor people, take your business somewhere that is professional, has good customer service and knowledgeable staff. I don't care how good your business may be at fixing cars, if you lack good customer service, and people skills, your business may not be as great as your think it may be, if it was even great in the first place. Sigh....

Huge thank you to Southside Collision located in Frankfort IL. A couple weeks ago we were rear ended at a dead stop. From the the first phone call to set up an estimate, getting a rental ready, to picking up my car today, Southside has had the best customer service I ve ever received. Through out repairing my car, they have kept me updated on the repair process and pictures almost every day since I dropped off my car. My car looks better than it did the day I bought it! With such a quick turn around, I 10/10 recommend everyone to use Southside Collision for any of your vehicle repairs!Service: Body & Trim

They were able to give an estimate very quickly and when we needed services done they completed it quicker than we thought and the car looks great! Their communication was great! The staff was helpful and gave us updates. When we had an issue with another vehicle we brought it to them because of their good service and they examined our car right away. They didn t make us wait or return to get a small item fixed, they just did it right then.Service: Body & Trim

Myself and husband, just recently had work done on our vehicles. My husband s car required very detailed body work that was executed flawlessly. Our intention was to sell his vehicle after the work was completed, however Mark and his team did such a great job we are keeping our car! The vehicle is a 2006 and it now looks BRAND NEW! I was in awe at the beautiful paint job and exterior detail. Mark does a phenomenal job in an appropriate amount of time, and at a reasonable price. I always know that we are in great hands at Southside Collision. Mark has exceeded our expectations multiple times and I would recommend his shop to anyone in need of service or repair. The staff is always professional and courteous. I am a very proud and happy customer. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your craft. It is always a pleasure!

My car was badly damaged in a rear-end collision. I was treated very nicely by the staff, who immediately arranged for a rental vehicle for me and answered all of my questions regarding the repair process. When the repairs were completed, which was much-quicker than I had expected given the nature of the accident, I was amazed how good my car looked -- as if it were brand new. I would highly recommend family-owned Southside Collision to anyone who unexpectedly needs reconstructive surgery on their vehicle.

Great family owned shop that does quality work. Excellent communication during the repairs. Loved that they were even able to handle all the rental processing have them ready for when I dropped off my vehicle. Also as fate would have it the day before I was going to drop off my vehicle I was in another accident and they were able to work with me to get the other repairs done simultaneously. I highly recommend using Southside Collision of Frankfort, IL. If we need another bodywork repairs done I will be sure to use them again.

Wendy and the rest of the shop did wonders on my car! From being like a bumper car with damage to every panel it honestly looks better than it did before. Everyone was so welcoming and really did their best work on my car and worked hard to get it back to me in a timely fashion. I m really happy with my service and the result on my car, what a delightful surprise to get my car detailed and cleaned without asking. They really went above and beyond and my dad wasn t even that mad to write the check after seeing the result.

SouthSideCollision is hands down the best Body shop around to take your car to get fixed. I brought my Jeep Wrangler there and it was not only done in a timely manner but Larry made sure it was done perfect like it came off a show room floor. Give call/text updates daily to keep you in the loop with your vehicle and done on time as promised.
