I financed my first truck from silver auto sales.Matt was my sales agent. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He was extremely nice and took time showing me the functions of my truck. The office is quiet and clean. Which eased my mind alot. They are an honest business everything is up front no hidden cost and fees. I love how they explained to me everything before I signed it. I also got a warranty at a great price. I'm so grateful to the entire silver auto team. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Michael helped us tremendously in getting our 2019 Volkswagens Atlas. We needed a new family vehicle to fit our 2 little ones and they absolutely love it. Michael was very transparent throughout our process and made it very easy for us. My husband and I totally would buy from them again & will recommend them to anyone.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from Brian and the team at Silver Auto this weekend. Made the process very easy - were super transparent and felt very comfortable with the entire engagement - from web inquiry to final sale. They are NOT a usual "used car lot" - they took time to get to know my wife and I and were great to work with. Highly recommended and will buy there again when the time comes!

I bought a Chevy Equinox about a month ago. Matt and the team over there were great to work with. Matt was a fantastic salesman and really knew his cars. He was in constant contact with me through text and really worked with us to answer our questions and find the right first car for my new driver. The car is solid and has no issues. They have a lot of great cars to choose from. My son loves his new car! We will be back to buy another when the time comes!

This reviewer offers a one year anniversary review so that readers know what surprises we had after purchase. Bought 2019 Chevy Trax. Except for one minor, inexpensive repair, car has been flawless in stop and go traffic and on hiway. Good mileage. Very happy. Worth the long drive.See pic of dealer s bathroom in 2023 which tells me something about their standards and self-respect. The bathroom was spotless, and well-appointed. Nice to be able to give 5 stars to an honest used car dealer!

100% best car buying experience here! Don't go to those big dealerships that don't value your business or time. We got the test drive on our new van and in less than an hour we had the financing complete, papers signed, and we're on our way. Matt had the van ready for us to test drive at the appt time. He had all the paperwork lined up and ready to go so no time was wasted. There were no surprise price changes/fees or pressure to look at vehicles out of our price range or interest. The financing process was very smooth and Ron respected our decision to not buy a service contract, instead of the incessant pressure that larger dealerships put on you. Matt and Ron and the team at Silver Auto genuinely care about you as a customer and it was the best car buying experience. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from them and we look forward to going back!

I recently purchased my child s first car here and had a really good experience. Salespeople were really nice, patient and not at all pushy. The vehicle is in great condition, very clean, and the best price I found after weeks of searching. Would definitely recommend!

Matt, Chad, and Ron were exceptional to work with. We wanted to test drive several vehicles, so we had Matt running all over the lot and pulling up cars. Matt did all of this with a smile and was very happy to accommodate us. All 3 gentlemen were so nice and very friendly and answered what seemed to be 100 questions that we had. This is a "no running up to you as soon as you get out of your car , no pressure, no following you around the lot" dealership They let you look and test drive as many cars and choose which ones you would like the finance manager, Ron to check and see what he can do to get you approveed. Trust me,he works very hard to get you approved! We drove 17r just to ba car from them because we were approved so fast and the customer service isn't just about selling cars, it is a very personal experience!

Had a great experience at Go Silver Auto. I recently had my car serviced there and it s not easy to find dealers that service German cars. They found the issue quickly and provided fast service when parts are hard to find. Would recommend their service department to anyone.

My wife and I were looking to upgradefrom our suv. Here in Iowa we found d many, too many miles and overpriced. Found one online at Silver Auto in Frankfort IL, 5 hours away. Pictures looked good. Talked to Michael Porco, the best salesman I've ever dealt with!! Answered my questions. Drove over on a Thursday to do a test drive. Oh, we already had approval and a number on our trade in..Long story short they made it worth the 10 hour round trip to purchase from them. Highly recommend them. Also in the finance which was the monthly payment I was looking for and not a long term w a s an aftermarket warranty. Thank you for treating us like people. We live our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.

***3/12/2024***Before I tell you consumers about my experience let me give you a bit of background information so you can best make your decisions.I m currently rebuilding my credit so I ve been searching for a vehicle that s reliable but also inexpensive. For those of you that suffer from bad /low/no credit, you know it s VERY difficult to sometimes find a lender that ll give you a reasonable quote to finance any type of major purchases and for that reason I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Silver Auto.I was able to be approve to purchase the 2014 Infiniti Q50 listed for $7,995 with a small downpayment that I saved (3,900).Prior to this, my experience with other businesses has been horrific, from quotes with high APR s for cars that were unreliable and unkept to the sales person conducting dishonest business ethics.So when I initially found Silver Auto I did have my reservations about them, however EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL from the receptionist desk(shout out to you TAYLOR) to salesman(MICHAEL PORCO) and management(CHAD) were all FRIENDLY, WARM and WELCOMING. They WILL do everything possible to make sure your experience can be smooth and hassle free but you MUST do your homework to help them, help you.MICHAEL has been so amazing to me, he truly puts in the effort to find you a car that you ll love and answer any questions you may have (but you must know what questions to ask, hence why I said do your homework) I LOVE my car and it drives with ease so again I HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE to check out Silver Auto ESPECIALLY to my peoples suffering from credit paralysis.

Along with Silver Auto Sales being a top notch dealership in the Midwest, they have a top notch employee by the name of Alex Wondaal. Alex showed flexibility to me was I was working to sell my car. He made the process as simple as can be in this market. Needless to say, sell Alex ALL and I mean ALL of your cars. Who cares if you don't need to sell it, just sell it to Alex. He deserves it. I'm so in on this place that I got the name of the company tatted across the inside of my big toe. You think you like this place? You probably haven't met me yet. Cheers.

SCAMMERS. I purchased a Mazda cx-5 in September. I pointed out two issues with the vehicle where the rotors where making noise and the check engine light was on. They said that they would have their mechanic check the engine light. After checking they said it was fine and the mechanic didn't see any issues. And the rotors were making noise due to the rust, but it would stop. Now we're in December 3rd and the radio isn't working which they refused to fix, unless it was out of MY pocket. I had to replace all 4 rotors and break pads. And now I have to do a 1,500 dollar repair on the engine. Please don't waste your money here. They lack integrity, shame on you guys.

Brian, Matt, Eddie and Ron were wonderful to work with. They understood what I was looking for, had plenty of options and were honest and did not pressure me into making any decisions. I'm sure there are other dealerships that treat their customers well but I will continue to give my business to Silver Auto Sales because I felt they treated me like a part of their family!

Love the car buying experience at this establishment, it didn't take too long and we got the car of our choice exactly how we wanted it...n they even went above and beyond for us to be happy with the car purchase by having the car up to standard even after we drove off the lot. Very class act and will b returning to buy my next vehicle here again and would recommend anyone reading this to buy their next vehicle here as well

Polite and upfront. Happy with the car I purchased from there so far. Also very happy with the fact they do not slap their logo all over the entire car. Only bad part was I wish the car had an oil change considering it is just about due for one. 4.5 stars but overall very good.

About 10 years ago, I bought my car from a big-name dealer, and have always gone back there to have any work done on my car. It always took forever, and I felt like I was treated like a " chick " with a car. After my last bad experience there, my husband who bought his car from Silver Auto, said " bring your car to Silver Auto " and I did, and have been now for about 3 years. Everyone there so very, kind, helpful and friendly. When they call to let you know what work needs to be done on your car, they make sure you understand, and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, and I even got a cool Silver Auto loaner for the day. The are fast and they work on your car with care. Every time I get my car back, they do such great work, that I get that new car feeling, which is better than a new car smell feeling, because I don't really like that smell :) If you are looking to have your car repaired, or looking for a great pre-owned car, I highly suggest Silver Auto!!

After having three disastrous experiences in one week at larger dealerships, it was such a refreshing change to find a smaller, family owned dealership who actually listened to us. The staff was courteous and there was no pressure whatsoever. We had a wonderful experience!

Silver Auto is Awesome!!! I recently purchased a used Hummer H3 fr them. The vehicle had really low miles for it being a 2007. They gave me a great deal! I worked with Kevin the sales guy and he was super straight forward (No BS) which made the process quick and stress free. Im glad I made the hour drive out there. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

Buying a car can be a bothersome process with all of the typical Used car salesmen in this world. The bait and switch, the added on fees and hidden costs. This is not the case here at Silver Auto Sales. I was able to locate a car I wanted at a price I liked. I called and spoke to their online internet sales rep Kevin. He was able to send me a detailed mock up sheet with all of the costs for the vehicle I wanted. And......it was really the same numbers as advertised! The finance department lead Ron, was also exceptional! I was in and out in 2 hours with my newly acquired vehicle.Now this place is off the neaten path, but well worth the trip. The dealership is small, but they have an exceptional inventory.If you are looking for a used car, come here and tell them Neil Davis sent you!

A wonderful experience! My dad took me to Silver Auto to buy me my first car at 16, so when I was ready to purchase my first car as an adult, I knew exactly where I wanted to take my husband to start our search. We fell in love with the first car we rest drove and are just thrilled to have our new Mazda. Brian was a complete pleasure to work with. He and the rest of the staff at Silver are friendly, professional, and efficient. I can't recommend Silver Auto enough!
