my family & I had a problem with our truck on our way to our family vacation after driving 8 hours and still had 8 hours still to drive and our truck was towed to Phillips Chevrolet late that night. I went first thing in the morning and met with Mike in the service Dept. He was such a nice guy and assured me they would get the truck at the front of the line and put his best mechanic on it for us. He did just that and they got our vehicle back up and running in a very timely manner. They even have cookies and water for our children ! We really appreciated the level of service and customer service that we got from Phillips Chevrolet. Highly recommend

Was in from out of town truck went down this team got me in and on the road. If your not using this dealership your definitely shorting yourself. Highly recommend and will always use when I'm in the area. Thanks again

I recently brought my new Equinox in for its first oil change. The staff of the service department were very efficIEnt and friendly. I did not have to wait very long for service. I had a concern about something regarding my vehicle, and Dan Kachinsky, the Operations Director, called me the same day and immediately took care of the issue. I highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a new car or SUV.

Scheduled my vehicle for a recall on the ignition cylinder. From scheduling the appointment to getting the car serviced everyone was helpful and courteous. They had it done in a few hours. Very pleased with this dealership!

Take my car here for all my oil changes. Friendly service not a long wait. I usually schedule my appointments. Absolutely love the car wash and the sweet treat that greets me when I get into the car. Today I had Jeremiah take care of me when I pulled in.

My son needed a control arm and new tires. Mike Riordan ( Service manager) and Daniel Walsh ( Service Consultant) were TOTALLY AWESOME. They truly cared about my son driving safely. Most places wouldn't care but they do here at Phillips. I was a Webb girl now I'm a Phillips girl. You guys are TO ME. FOREVER GRATEFUL.

Very nice dealership. We found a great used vehicle and the gentleman closing the deal was knowledgeable. Only thing we did not like was that they literally snuck warranty charges into the contract without asking us first. It was about $3500 in charges, so this prevents me from going up on the stars.

I've been a loyal customer having my Chevy vehicles serviced here for almost 7 years. Service used to be excellent every time and it was worth the premium I'd pay, but more and more the service is hit or miss.I get service reminders for items that have already been performed but my notes on issues I'm having don't seem to get reviewed or solved.My last 3 appointments I've brought up an issue with my radio for them to address. The first 2 appointments I was told they would need me to leave the vehicle instead of having me wait for it. When I made my most recent appointment, I left the car so they could address everything including the radio. They took care of the oil change and check engine light issue and told me the radio was working and I could pick up my Equinox. I arrived and as soon as turned on the car, the radio was complete static. I went back inside and asked about it and was told they would have to double check with the tech in the morning but maybe he didn't completely check it.The advisor never followed up or got back to me and when I received my follow up survey I expressed my disappointment. The only response I received from the service coordinator was she would let her manager know and someone would contact me. It's been almost 3 weeks and not a single person has responded and my radio still has the same issues.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
