Phillips Chevy in Frankfort was such a good first experience buying a car from a dealership!! I've always bought from people on Craig's list or fb marketplace. The whole process from looking for a car to driving it as my own took less than 3 days thanks to Joe Luque, who sits at the first desk at the dealership. He answered last minute questions so quickly and worked with the dealership to get me a manageable price and the buying of the car was so efficient when we got there took less than 2 hours signing everything. He offered better options and got me the best deal on the car I wanted. Literally the nicest people and so professional.

I recently had an amazing experience at Phillips Chevrolet while looking for a new car. The staff was super friendly and really took the time to understand what I needed. The dealership was clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease. The test drive was great, and the sales rep knew everything about the car. When it came to purchasing, they were upfront and made the process smooth. They even helped me with financing options. The delivery of my new car was exciting, and they made sure I knew all the cool features. Overall, I couldn t be happier with my purchase. Phillips Chevrolet is a dealership I highly recommend their service and care for customers are top-notch!

Mike Stramaglia 1/27/24Great job handling two trade-ins in the morning.Lease new 2024 Equinox using 2021 Eqinox. Trade up from 175,000+ mile 2018 & purchase 2021 Equinox that only had 27,000 miles. Mike Stamaglia managed all of this in a couple hours and sold more cars in between our signing.Great job Mike! And many thanks to all of thePhillips Chevrolet in Lansing IL Team that assisted.

I Needed a Bulb for My Mother's 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The Young Man Working at the Parts Counter was Extremely Awesome. I was in & out in 5 minutes, Had the Parts I Needed, He took the Time to Show Me on the Diagram how to Solve My Issue & the Cost was Under $20, Best Customer Service if You ask Me

I had the best experience at Phillips Chevrolet Frankfort today with Nicole! I bought a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer. After some bad experiences at other dealerships, I finally have restored faith. The entire process was painless, quick and trustworthy. Every step of the way Nicole listened and offered guidance. I highly recommend going to see her to make your purchase. I also met one of the sales managers, Ryan, who was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend!

Phillips Chevy was extremely easy to work with and were very accommodating. Joe Luque, our salesman, was phenomenal. It s been many years since I bought a car, and this was my first brand NEW car. I was very intimidated by the current market, interest rates, etc. But Joe made the process easy. He helped us reserve our 2023 Traverse in the silver sage color I wanted, and was very flexible with when we could come back and get it. He stayed late after the dealership closed too. I was so impressed with everyone, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly feel I got a great deal. We will definitely be back and will recommend Phillips Chevy and Joe to everyone!

This place is sketchy. I bought a used 2013 Honda Civic in 2022 and I ve been happy with it overall, but no thanks to Phillips Chevy. The constant lies I have been told about this car are really off putting. I was shown an auto report that didn t reflect the true condition and history of the car. I was told no accidents, but it was in fact in one. There was a large sticker on the windshield covering up a chip in the windshield that I had to repair. After talking with the manager he gave me attitude and told me I should just return the car if I was unhappy with it. And on top of that I was shown a list of work performed on the vehicle that as time has gone on has proven to never have been performed. New battery? Really? The battery in this vehicle is from 2013! The original part from Honda! And the only reason I found out is because it died on me and left me stranded. New brakes? They needed to all be redone within a few months costing me over a thousand dollars. The local shop I take my car to is astounded at the poor quality of service from Phillips Chevy. Unacceptable. I have included a picture of the battery that was left in this car, with the date code showing it was manufactured in 2013. Overall I have had to spend thousands in unexpected repairs because they lied about the condition and history of my vehicle. Avoid this place at all costs. They deserve 0 stars and I will never do business here again.

Jordan has been amazing, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles here. The process went quickly and smoothly. Any questions I had about the features of my new Colorado he was able to explain and demonstrate for me so I get the most out of my vehicle.

Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL is THE place to buy a vehicle. Rami (sales), Brian (Sales Mgr), Barth (finance) are all fantastic. Buying a vehicle can be unsettling, but these 3 (and all of the team) really made me feel welcome, valued, and important. I've taken my vehicles here for regular maintenance for several years, and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks, everyone. I love my new Equinox!

My entire family and even the company I work for has worked with Steve Sorensen for the past 8 years buying cars. Sever family members and friends have also had the pleasure of using Steve. None of us have ever left unsatisfied. Steve and Phillips have always had the cars we needed/wanted and were able to get the numbers to where we needed them. Would highly recommend Steve and Phillips Chevy to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Joe Luque was our salesman and he did an incredible job. The dealership was very busy but he made sure to explain everything to my wife and I. He never beat around the bush, he was a straight shooter from the beginning. I drove an hour to come here, and I would do it again when I buy another vehicle.

We purchased a 2024 Trax from Bobby today. What can I say, besides he was absolutely phenomenal. He is fun, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. He listens and spends time to get to know his client and their needs. Overall, I can say it was the best experience I've had purching a car in the past few decades. I'll be back to purchase from Bobby again within the next 6 months. Thank you!!!

We had a fabulous car experience at Phillips Chevrolet and our salesman Chuck was exceptional and gave very impressive customer service even before we actually arrived at the dealership by sending a video of the vehicle we were interested in during a heavy rain. That made us feel appreciated and we brought the car.

Walter Fields & Jarrell took the absolute best care of us! They preferred a brand new 2024 Equinox, in my favorite color blue, made sure we had all of the protection and details we wanted! They were quick, efficient, kind, caring and patient! We absolutely LOVE our new car and their family like customer service! They truly care about you and what you can afford and your safety! We will be life long customers!

By far, it is the best dealership I've ever dealt with!! The staff is amazing and so is the service department. Great vehicle inventory of vehicles and will get you the best deals. Me owning multiple businesses, I frequently trade up vehicles every two years, so I've dealt with a lot of salesmen and different dealerships. But this one is the best!

Glad we was able to get something my daughter liked. Her mind was set on the encore GX but she loves the escape titanium with all the added features the GX didn't have mainly important with AWD Thanks again for your patience and service....a return customer that's very happy.

I d like to send a quick shout out and thank you to Mike and Rami at Phillips Chevrolet. These guys assisted me with the purchase of my new Traverse tonight. They were very patient and helpful throughout the transaction and made me feel as though I was a high priority. I came looking at their inventory to get an idea of what I might want, they have a decent selection. Went up to a salesman to get the ball rolling, ended up not working out due to the lack of respect to me. I felt judged and not taken serious. I am in my mid Twenties, and I was treated as if I was a child. I will be taking my time and money elsewhere. Thank you but no thank you.
