This place was absolutely amazing The phone was answered quickly quoted prices stayed the same within the shop. Tire had a screw repaired the tire within 10 minutes. Will definitely be serviced here again!

We had a great experience working with Darcy at Malley's and getting out vehicle fixed under warranty. She went the extra mile to answer questions we had when she was off work and even came in to the shop to meet us to pick up the car on her day off. Great service all around!

There's nothing better than a locally owned Family Business! I had 4 new tires put on my vehicle today and it took an hour while I waited. I was taken care of at my appointment time, they were quick and efficient, and they answered every question I had in detail. It was a breath of fresh air to come in for what I needed and leave with exactly what I wanted, without being pressured to purchase extra items I didn't need. The prices, perks and warranty is great on my new tires and I'm very satisfied. Malley's has been moved up to #1 on my list and I recommend this shop. Support Local, they're the best!

I've been bringing my car to Malley's for a few years and have always had excellent service, particularly from Darcy. She's knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly kind. Worst experience I have ever encountered at a mechanic. I took my car to just have a diagnostic done, regarding a noise.I was informed that nothing would be touched, until I gave them permission. After waiting a whole week and a half. I was informed that I had to pay close to $600 dollars for a starter, when my car never had an issue with the starter. I took my car in working and had to have it taken out towed. When the tow truck came my car window was left open by them and the towing company had it jumped with no problem. The receptionist was very rude and always had a nasty attitude during this experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this mechanic, you are better off going anywhere else.Service: Auto maintenance

Used these guys for awhile but never again. Poor customer service and quote one price and change it after the work is done and over charged for work that didn't need done. On top of that, my battery was fine when I brought it in. They said I needed a new battery. I went ahead and bought the new battery but wanted the old one back since it was fine. They said I would have to pay for it $15. I said okay. They said well we don't have it. It was picked up today. But we can get it back. I go to get it back and they say it is $20 not $15 (it's only $5) but I was mad about them raising my regular bill and they tried to give me back a different battery. They said it was mine and it wasn't. I just wanted my battery back. Do not use them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have came back on several occasions bfor different jobs on my car. I love this place. They are really honest . They take care of both of my vehicles and also both of my brothers . I reccomend next time you have an issue take it here for the best price and service. Dawn is an awesome lady just let her do her magic and she will take care of you and have you back on the road.

They ve always done a great job for me from tires or helping me fix various parts of my jeep I highly recommend them.Recently I need a new set a tires pretty quickly I was able to bring the car over in the morning and get it back in the early afternoon everything went very smoothly it was a big help.

They were very honest about what needed fixing and did their best to do it as reasonably as possible. My mechanic Jim Felkamp did a great job and explained things well. Car has been driving great, thanks again.

Been coming here for years. Always quick, honest, and a great deal. Give em a ring beforehand if you want to be sure they have room for you, but even with full bays, they usually have a pretty quick turnaround

Used to reputable. Place went entirely downhill. Took over a week and half to get my car fixed. Hopefully this place goes out of business. Do not go to Malleys!!!

Been doing business with Malley's for years and they have always done great and reliable work for me. Dawn and Joe love what they do and it shows. Trust them implicitly for fair pricing and honesty. Great asset to the business community of Frankfort.

Professionalism second to none!!My wife's 2013 Kia Optima EX is out of warranty. She was concerned as the steering wheel was making clicking sounds and abnormal vibrations in steering when going over bumps or turning. I usually do all maintenance on our 5 autos but this seemed a bit out of my league as safety was our first concern. Malley's put it up on rack and said it needed the Power Steering Flexible Coupling replaced. They could have replaced and charged me $500.00 but instead they said they've seen this before in Kia's, they went on internet and pulled up a Technical Service Bulletin with detailed instructions how to fix and even though it was not under recall they suggested to contact Kia. Well, I did and Kia fixed the issue without giving me any trouble since I had such detailed information and I also got the steering and drive train warranted for life. The honesty and integrity of this family owned shop is a breath of fresh air. They could have made a quick buck but instead showed morals and dedication to their customers. Extremely disappointed in my last experience. My family and I have been customers since 2006. Any time there was an issue, they were able to resolve. Took my current car for an oil change, and noticed when picked up, the bodywork on the car had damage - clearly due to the lift. They denied their system did it. Now I have a newer car with damage. **Please note that I have only taken my vehicle to this location or somewhere that does not have a lift.** My business will be taken elsewhere.

Very nice people to deal with, family owned business they gave me a fair price and finished the car within a few hours. I will recommend this business and it s local so that always helps keep the money in my community.

THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS AMAZING!!!!! I m not from around here and she took the time to educate me on my problems and future problems. She was so nice!! Great place with great people that are always helpful and friendly. Cold weather always causes by almost 20 year old truck to get some sort of problem and Malley's has been there everytime for me. Again today and everytime I need them. Keep up the great work and Thank you so much once again.

I was verbally threatened, and named called because they could not figure out what was wrong with my car. He acted like a 10 year old. Do not go. They have no idea what theyre doing.
