I absolutely love this location. Bob is the service guy that always takes care of us. He is so kind and they always are quick and everyone is always so kind.

My expectations were already low because after all, it is Ford but I figured I would give it a try since I had some recalls I needed to address. I was trying to get a lot of (easy) things done to my car in addition to the recalls. Brakes, snow tires, battery, spark plugs but John, who is a nice guy, but for my situation didn t do the best to help me; and Bob, who was not as nice and also impatient, did a poor job in helping me (essentially said my car was done, but when I had questions about the additional things I wanted to PAY THEM FOR he went on to say well I didn t help you so I didn t know you wanted that ). Very poor communication going on here. Also confused as to if they properly utilize notes? I ended up speaking to Blake who was very kind and the reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1. I would suggest trying to work with him if you have to come to this location because he seems to be the only one who has attention to detail and cares. Perplexed that a for-profit company isn t biting away at the opportunity of a willing consumer who wants to spend money with them. Oh, they do offer to deliver your car to your house. That is nice at least

Frank Hussein was awesome to work with. He was very patient and helped us to select a vehicle that matched our needs. If you are going to stop by and are looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer needs, speak with Frank.

Service is absolutely trash. Brought my Box Truck in three multiple times just for them not to finish it or yet, start on it. I was told by the service desk that it would only take a day and a half. Now I m sitting here three weeks later with a broken Box Truck still. Don t waste your time bringing anything in the Ford.

I wish there was another option. I have visited 4 other Ford dealership locations for service and all 4 were much worse. In a pool of 5 local Ford dealerships, this one is the best which isn t saying much. They are just slow, forgetful, don t really care about how comfortable or uncomfortable their customers are. Poor management and leadership which just trickles down.

Roberto was very good when I had to bring my car in to have it looked at. The crew thoroughly checked it and went back through recall reports to see if there was something on the issue. There was but he explained that it's the size of my tires that causes this to happen (my understanding), that everything checked out great. He took the time to explain it to me so I am better informed.

Terrible service.Open bays and they told me they won't do an oil change after 2:30.They close at 6
