Our car buying experience was a 10/10 and I m so happy we purchased our new car here! Juan and Mario explained everything we needed to know about our car and services provided - no pressure and were so nice. Josh in the business office had all of our paperwork ready to go and made signing a breeze, I ve never had such a smooth and hassle free car buying experience. Ali was so nice and made us feel so comfortable - thank you to a great team that made what is normally a stressful situation really enjoyable and exciting!

My recent car purchase experience at Currie Ford in Frankfort, under the guidance of General Manager Jason, was truly exceptional. The sales team, led by Jason, was knowledgeable, transparent, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The dealership itself was clean and welcoming, and the finance team made the purchasing process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Currie Ford to anyone in search of a new or used car.

I have to share that I did a lot of homework before I came in to purchase my 2023 Ford Escape. I had an appointment and knew what car I wanted to purchase. Upon arrival I was greeted by Frank who made my time spent extremely minimal. He went over the details and specifications and got my purchase going. I was there for about 3 hours and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to add that a manager name Mo was super nice as well.

First of all, I want to say that the people at this location are exceptional. I came in on a Tuesday just to look around and was kindly greeted by Jalen who as extremely professional. He offered a test drive and I told him I would be interested in coming back the following weekend. I had a follow up call with a rep and Jalen himself confirming I would be in to test drive a new Mach-e.During the test drive, he was very knowledgeable and helpful going through the cars features as well as helping teach the 1-pedal driving for my wife. I was beyond pleased with the people from just about every facet of the buying process. At no point was I pressured into buying anything I wasn't interested in and for the most part the entire process was smooth. The financing seemed to take forever, but it was a Saturday, and it was VERY busy. The only knock I have is with their online pricing. I was informed that the online price was not a purchase price, but a lease price. I could find no information that suggested that their "Currie" price was a lease price only. That being said, the buy price was still a good value, just not what was listed on their site, which I think seems like a little bit of a bait-and-switch. I would suggest you update your online pricing to clearly reflect the fact that the "Currie" price is a lease price only and put language on the site stating the lease price is different from a purchase price.Other than that, I would recommend this dealership if you're buying a vehicle, just understand their online pricing model before you go in.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional concierge service offered by Currie Motors for my brand new 2023 Ford Bronco. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every possible way, and I am grateful for the outstanding service provided by everyone involved.First and foremost, the customer service at Currie Motors was truly exemplary. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was treated with utmost professionalism and courtesy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. They took the time to listen to my requirements and preferences, ensuring that the service provided was tailored to my specific needs.Furthermore, the concierge service itself was impeccable. Currie Motors made the entire process a breeze. The convenience of having my vehicle picked up and delivered back to my doorstep after the service was an absolute game-changer. It saved me valuable time and eliminated the hassle of dropping off and picking up my car. I genuinely felt like a valued customer, and the attention to detail exhibited by the team was truly commendable. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the survey option and the follow-up email from the manager. It not only allowed me to provide my feedback directly but also showed that Currie Motors takes customer satisfaction seriously and genuinely cares about the opinions of their clients. This level of commitment to excellence is what sets them apart from others in the industry.Overall, my experience with Currie Motors and their concierge service was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and convenience provided have made me a loyal customer. I am genuinely impressed and grateful for the fantastic experience. Without a doubt, I will be bringing my vehicle back to Currie Motors for any future service needs.

I purposely drive out of my way to bring my car to this dealer for service and maintenance. They are the friendliest professionals, and I never get the feeling that they are trying to "upsell" service that isn't necessary. I had to use this dealership once because they could get me in sooner than the previous dealership I was going to, and since then, this is the first place I'll call. Several visits later, and I'm still happy.

Bought my first car in 18 years, a 2020 Escape Hybrid from a Toyota dealership in Indiana, two hours round trip. Having some battery/electrical issues and Currie Motors is taking great care of me! Fingers crossed the updates they did take care of the issue. A great experience. Getting Lucy Blue and me back on the road! <3

Great first time experience with the service department at Ford. Had a torque converter replaced (thank goodness I had a warranty). Vehicle runs like a dream. Mechanics did an absolutely fantastic job. Well pleased customer. Thank you.

Currie Motors in regards to their sales are terrible. Multiple locations falsely advertise their price online which I learned that the first time with my experience with them. They try to get you in with that specific price and when you get there it s not even close unless you qualify for every rebate in the world or do a lease which is no where stated on their website, so the second time in tried to do business with them I was well aware and wanted the actual purchase price before committing to coming. I received that information from Brittney which I was ok with and understood. However after going and mulling over I decided to move forward with the purchase then at that point the number increased by a few thousand dollars and was blamed on an error with Ford with destination fee etc. Now mind you this vehicle was a demo and has been at the location well over a year so it s not like it was a new arrival with misprinted information. Very misleading sales team. I would never recommend any individual to come to business at their locations. I purchase vehicles every other year or so due to the amount of driving and I can by far Currie has been one of the worst experiences from a sales perspective. Service department is good but sales is another story!

So, I just recently went to Currie with a design for a new Bronco. Showing them what I wanted, they immediately pulled it from the back for me. They are wonderful, professional folks who really care about their customers. Also, I had ordered extras for the vehicle thru Mario, the after market specialist, He went the extra steps and created graphics for me which were absolutely amazing and beyond my expectations. When I say I'm in love with my car, believe it! Currie Motors was wonderful. I would not go anywhere else. See Mario for all your car's desires. He is Great!!!

hello, I bought a car from this dealer, it was a Kia 2023 with 20 thousands miles, the price was 31 thousand, I gave 13 thousands down payment, it was on Thursday August 17, after buying I found a lot of problems with the car, a punctured wheel, a crack on the windshield, problems with electronics, I saw on the website that the dealer has 14 days to exchange a car with the same or higher price, I arrived and offered to change my car for a new one, they agreed and started preparing papers, after signing, I saw that they just they took a Kia in regular trade in , only for 24 thousands (I lost 7k from my downpayment in a couple days after purchase ) , and they gave me a new loan for new car , it seems to me that I was simply deceived in order to earn money from me several times

Over the last 15 years my family and I have purchased no less than 10 cars from Currie Motors and sent them another dozen customers. Our recent experience with the service department will keep me from doing business with Currie Motors ever again. In short, the Service Department doesn t care if they send a vehicle back out on the road that is unsafe to drive. Let me explain:Our Ford Explorer that was purchased from Currie Motors was due for a recall. The rear toe-link assembly. The vehicle was dropped off and later in the day we were told it was completed. My wife picked it up the next day and called me to tell me it was making noise. Not putting too much stock into what she was telling me, I told her to bring it home. I took it for a drive and immediately recognized it sounded like a motorcycle (loud) on the right side. By now it was 6:15 and the service department was closed. The next day I called and tried to speak with the service writer and the service manager. The service writer was off, and the manager was in meetings all day. Eventually a game of phone tag was played, and we spoke to a service writer who once heard our story, said bring the car back. We asked for a loaner, and they didn t have one available. I eventually paid the dealership a visit on my lunch break and spoke with the service writer, service manager, and assistant service manager. I explained to them the following:How can you let a car leave your shop making this noise? They said it is a bearing, strut, and other noises. All of which we offered to repair when we spoke with your wife, and she refused the repairs. This was absolutely false.I asked how you can let a vehicle leave your center with the low air pressure light on after you completed the 30+ point inspection and the only thing the inspection said was oil at half-life. Their reply was the oil didn t need to be changed and the tire pressure should have been addressed. I related I checked the oil and not only was it in need of changing but it was 1 quart low (I had a free oil change that was due to me). The tech that made these notations admitted to fault and the dealer asked for the car to be brought back in. The tech also admitted he heard the noise after the parts were replaced but never drove the car before, so he didn t know if the noise was pre-existing. My son drove the car back to the service center and after 3 hours he was advised the following work to need to be completed: They said I need a front left axle, a right rear bearing, and now I need a tire pressure sensor. They also recommended some other work, but all of this was $2000.00. My son brought the car back home and it sat there until Saturday. On Saturday, I had made plans for a local repair center to complete this work. While I was driving the vehicle was uncontrollable. It was loud and felt like the rear end was hydroplaning. I nearly lost control of the car and took a video of what was happening. I couldn t believe the condition of the car. I knew right then, had my wife driven the car, she would have gotten into a crash. Before they even started, they noticed the right front lower control arm bushing was extremely bad and recommended that also be replaced. Once the work was completed, they took it for a test drive and brought it back in and immediately put it back on the lift. They called me over and showed me what was wrong. They related the toe angle on the rear wheels were pointed into center. The car was trying to track into the middle against each other while the front was going straight. The related the dealer DID NOT do a wheel alignment on the car after they replaced the toe links, and I was lucky I didn t crash or destroy the tires. My question is how and why? Ford, Currie you are supposed to be a professional service center. You have lost my business and lost my trust. I know I can t even speak to you about this because you will make up some BS or not event listen to me. Bottom line is if you are the General Manager or Ford Motor company, this probably hasn t happened to just us.

Service advisor Joe Klimek was terrific. After reviewing the necessary repairs on my vehicle he informed me about any rebates, ford reward points , coupons and courtesy ride home and pickup at my residence. Happy with the service done on my vehicle. I feel all the bases were covered with a 5star review.

Despite owning a 12 year old Ford Explorer, I purchased a new Ford Explorer ST from Currie Motors of Frankfort. Cornelius in sales and his manager (Jason) did a great job working with me on the price. I purchased the car at the price point and terms that I wanted without any drama. However, Bob and Roberto in service were the main reasons I stayed loyal to Ford. They have worked with me down through the years with my older Explorer. I completely trust their recommendations. When I was thinking about getting a new car, it was a no brainer to stay loyal to Ford and Currie Motors of Frankfort. They are family. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

I was a loyal customer for years. Bought two cars here. Took my F-150 in to get an oil change, and possibly brakes, and tires. Asked them to fix my backup camera. The parking lines had disappeared. I was told that it would be a $179.99 diagnostic fee so of course, I declined. Went home and started searching YouTube for how to fix my camera. I came across a different ford dealer who never let a truck leave the shop without those parking lines fixed because it was a well known issue with the F-150 camera and takes two minutes to fix on their computer. When I emailed the service manager I was told there was a miscommunication and that I need just swing back by and he will have someone fix it for me. See the problem is that a decent service center would have taken care of the issue without trying to gouge their customers. I have several friends who tried to convince me that this service center is infamous for this type of mischief. Should have listened.

I brought my truck in back in July 2023 for 2 issues covered under warranty and was diagnosed with a cracked drivers exhaust manifold and a bad 4wd transfer case actuator. I was told parts were ordered but on back order. A month later I called the parts department to get updated on parts and they could not find any order for parts. I talked to a service advisor and they assured me they will order them. I checked monthly and they continued to tell me they were still on backorder. I called a ram dealer in November and they told me they could get these parts in 2 weeks. I contacted currie ford and told them about the parts and the next day they said my parts were in. I brought my truck in for an appointment in December and nobody even touched my truck to work on it. I went to parts counter and was told that they received my exhaust manifold months earlier and sent it back. Nobody ever called me to let me know that part was in. After getting confirmation several times from my service advisor that the 4wd actuator was on back order, it turns out they never ordered that part! Now in January I bring my truck in and pay for a rental for 2 days they said they would begin work and they said it will no longer be covered. In that time my vehicle had gone over the mileage so now they say it won't be covered. I have text messages and voicemails that prove all of this.

Came in for them to look at my passenger mirror blind spot indicator light. They told me it was internally damage with cracked parts. They wanted $800 for a replacement. i took it home to find out it was just simply a clip that came off the back of mirror and clipped it on my self. Upon what i noticed is that if you turn the mirror in to much the clip detached. it is visible that there is no cracked pieces. Brought it in again to tell them this after waiting 5-7 hours the first time where they didn t bother even looking. The manager told me it was from being damaged and having a scuffed mirror. Here is my mirror where he claimed it to be scuffed. Car is under warranty still too.

My wife and I have bought three cars and one truck from Currie Motors. I brought my F150 into the service Department due to lack of heat. I would like to commend the service department for having someone Like Joe at the front desk. As soon as you walk through the door Joe would greet you with a smile. If he is busy with a customer, he would kindly ask you to hold on, and say I will be with you in a minute. After explaining your problem to Joe he would try to find the best solution to your problem. (He Listens to you and that says a lot)My other commendation goes out to Rick the machinic. after finding the problem with the lack of heat for the truck, Rick personally came into the waiting room to show me the part that was broken and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem.THANK TO JOE AND RICK FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

I was called and told my car was ready. They went over a list of repairs which I declined. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told it was not ready. They had to put it back together and would have to wait because the mechanic was on lunch. If I was told it was ready then why was it not. I would not have brought it to ford except there was recalls that needed to be addressed.

Was completely pleased with my visits at this dealership as it was some of the best customer service ever. I want to especially thank Sam Maali for making such a nerve wracking moment for me go with ease. He made the entire process reassuring and did a fantastic job walking me through everything as this was my first time purchasing a car. I've never felt as though I could work with a dealership so effortlessly but Sam did just that! From the moment I walked in to the moment after I made my purchase, I felt like I was being taken care of. I urge you to give this place a chance to win your business, just like they did mine. Can t express my appreciation more to Sam and Currie Motors Frankfort!

I strongly recommend Currie Motors. Their fast, friendly, helpful service puts you at ease. They treat you like family. Their prices are fair and even matched my estimate from another provider for new tires!! I was so grateful because I didn't want to have to go elsewhere for the tires. I trust the service they provide.
