In returning an item, parts manager seemed to only be concerned with not accepting the return. He was not listening well to my concern and was condescending about the, difficult to adjust, The Club steering wheel lock. Went to O'Reilly after and had a pleasant buying experience.

Was at AutoZone for a battery replacement/installation. The Associate Ryan C was fantastic and very helpful. He installed the battery and even assisted me in fixing a transmitter that failed shortly after I left even when he didn t have to. Was very pleased with the service and hope Ryan can be recognized for his skills and going the extra mile for customers!

I came to auto zone to replace my headlights and the service was above par. I was immediately helped by employees Henry and Richard, and they even replaced the lights for me. They were the absolute dream team and dynamic duo these men deserve a raise!!

I want to give a very huge shoutout to Associate Richard for his very hard work in helping me find the right products, and assisting me in trying to fix my car. He provided the knowledge I did not know about my car, since it was a foreign car. He did above and beyond his work, and am very grateful for all his help! Please reward him in every possible way, because he deserves it! :D

I stopped in the Auto Zone to purchase valve stem covers. They had a selection of rather ornate covers. I decided on the covers with the white crystal centers. They were reasonably priced. The store was very organized. There were three cashier's available at checkout. There is handicapped parking right in front as well as several free parking spots. Based on this experience, I probably will return if I need other items/accessories for my car.

I give this AutoZone a 5 star rating because of Mike. I don't know if he is a manager or not, but if he isn't, he should be. I've been to the Frankfort AutoZone several times and each time Mike has helped me he has always been incredibly helpful, kind, patient and has given me excellent, honest advice. He has helped me with my battery, my check engine light, my wipers and has also helped me with questions over the phone as well. I would highly recommend this AutoZone. I've always received excellent customer service, especially when Mike is there.

I came in with AC that wasn t blowing in my car and zero knowledge on how to fix it. Michael was GREAT to work with - he told me all the options that could have caused the issue, he took me out to the car to help diagnose the what was causing the problem before having me overspend on a solution that may not have been needed, and fixed my AC on the spot. I live 45 minutes away, but came here because of a past positive experience and Michael didn t disappoint. MUCH appreciated!

Hit or Miss for all autozone stores.They were once my employer prior to covid and it never fails. Your experience will be determined by the stores leadership....FYI: for the AutoZone spokesperson. don't even bother reaching out. My complaint will just fall on deaf ears.Prior to covid the company did care about everything not just profits.Now you'll be lucky to get what you need from a person that's willing to help you.This is a good store but I did not agree with one team member pawning me off to O'Reilly's because it was just an easier thing to do....

I was having problems with my license plate holders (of all things) and the staff provided phenomenal customer service.They readily assisted me while showing extreme kindness and patience. The Manager, Mike, and associate Juliana, were Stellar.Thanks again!!

I brought my battery in to be tested since it had been hesitant to start lately. The employee, I believe was Tatyiana, I am not sure if I spelled that correctly, but she was super sweet and diagnosed that my battery was bad and that I needed a new one. She changed it super fast! I really appreciate all of her help!

Whether I'm working on my Tahoe or my Mustang, I continue to find myself frequenting this particular AutoZone location above any other location and/or competitor.Though the product selection is comparable to any other AutoZone location, I continue to return to this store uniquely because of the knowledge, professionalism, and affability of the current manager, Chris.Whenever I need assistance (whether it relates to product fitment, specific vehicle applications, purchases and returns, or general recommendations relating to the maintenance of my vehicles), I have found Chris and his expertise to be utterly invaluable during my visits.Based on both my personal experiences with Chris as well as the interactions I've witnessed between him and each and every customer he serves, I know that it is only a matter of time before he ascends to an even more lofty position within the company. Whenever that day comes, I believe that I speak for the the greater Mokena/Frankfort area when I say that we will be missing you considerably, Chris!

Needed a new battery for my wife s car. Brought her car to Autozone and had a new battery installed within 15 minutes. Amanda rocks! She put In the new battery in no time. Everyone at the store was friendly and professional. That s why this store is the one I go to first when I need parts for my cars. Thanks everyone and especially you, Amanda!

Brian is awesome, helped us find a replacement antenna. even went so far as to install it. answered a bunch of our questions too. reminded us to utilize our reward points. just a great guy!!!

Amanda Brown, Is an incredible employee and associate. I was prepared to spend a bunch of money on parts I didn't need. Amanda took the time to listen to my problem and then recommended a simple solution that fixed the problem I was over complicating. I really appreciate service like this

Late Saturday afternoon and I can t get my sunroof to close. Drove over to the dealership and they told me they weren t even going to be able to look at it, but they could help me schedule a service appointment. Suggested maybe put something over it to cover it until then. Stopped at Autozone on my way home to see if they could recommend something and Brian came out to look at what was going on and helped me get it closed in the meantime until I can get it checked out. Grateful for your employees that are willing to help out when the dealership I bought the vehicle from was little help.

My car temperature gauge had risen almost to the very top of high, I was overheating when I pulled into the parking lot. I went inside I met Greg, and I told him my problem, and he said let's go out there and raise that hood so that the radiator can cool down and we can take a look and see what the problem is, he raised the hood and said we're going to have to let this cool down about 15 to 20 minutes. Then he offered for me to come inside and sit where it was cool because it was 91� outside until the car cool down. He first suggested let's see if it needs antifreeze, he went out to check and came right back and said oh here's one of the problem my original radiator cap was no good so he told me to stay inside. He then went and looked up the radiator cap and found out there were three different radiator caps for the Honda Accord 2001 he took one out and came right back and said that won't work I asked if he had the two others, he said he did. Then he took a second cap out and thank god it worked because that was the only other one he had, he then proceeded to put in antifreeze the 50/50. And when the radiator reach temp he proceeded to put in more antifreeze and the temperature gauge stayed at the range that it was supposed to. I was so grateful because I didn't need a thermostat and I didn't have to have the car towed home. Thank you so very much Greg for going above and beyond your way. I have also been to this AutoZone before on LaGrange Rd., In Frankfort. The staff there are absolutely fantastic they never mind helping you anyway they can and that even includes helping you with saving money on getting your parts or anything else that a car requires. And once again thank you Greg for going way beyond.

I had to get a new battery for my Honda CR-V and I called AutoZone. Bennie picked up the phone and made sure they had the exact battery for my car and how much it was. I drove over there and he took his time putting it in and making sure it was done correctly. He was awesome and because of him, I will continue going there for my car needs. Thanks Bennie!

I had a wonderful experience while visiting this store. It was raining outside and of course my windshield wipers decided to fail me. They were no longer clearing the driver s side and a piece of rubber had fallen off. Desperate to be able to see while driving on unlit side roads I made a pit stop to Autozone to replace the wipers. Bennie was quick to ask me what I needed help with, looked up the wipers that would fit my car, and went over the choices. They even had a coupon to help save me some money! They were not going to leave me helplessly driving in the rain and both Bennie and Fred went outside and replaced the wipers. This was greatly appreciated and I would recommend this store to anyone because the customer service was amazing and caring.

Auto Zone was fantastic!! The day after Christmas I get in my car and it wouldn t start. I jump started it and drove to Auto Zone in Frankfort, I couldn t be more pleased with quick response in testing my battery then replacing it! Britney was simply the best!!! Her knowledge and talent for changing the battery in all of about 15 minutes! Britney is a true asset to the Auto Zone company and to our area!! Thanks Britney!!!

Brittney at Autozone in Frankfort was beyond helpful this morning! I went in to purchase a new cabin filter. Brittney offered to check out my air filter as well and even helped changing it for me! She is one of kind! Excellent service! Thank you Brittney!
