Ross and the team just fixed up my 2007 Rav4 and it looks new. This place is honest and very easy to work with. I ve brought many vehicles here over the years and wouldn t go anywhere else. You won t be disappointed! If for some reason you are, rest assured they will make it right.

I dropped my 11 Honda Pilot off with multiple paint issues needing to be fixed.The office staff is very pleasant and professional.Ross quoted me within minutes and stated they would need it for 5 days to do the work. The hood needed to be repainted since it was peeling, some areas were down to the bare metal. There were a few rust spots on the sides of the vehicle and multiple door dings that looked unsightly.They had it done in 4 days, to the exact price I was quoted.I have since have several compliments on how new my twelve year old SUV looks!High quality work, finished early, on budget and with a smile. What s not to love about this company and the people that work there?!Thank you Riverside!

Ross and his staff are amazing! I've had to take my vehicle here twice in 3 months. He made working with insurance easy and made sure my car was fixed to looking brand new. Takes a little longer than expected for repairs sometimes, but I'd rather have it done right than fast!

Ignore the one star reviews. Some people have no idea how damaging unjustified stupid comments are to a hard working business. We have been bringing a variety of cars to Ross at Riverside for years and the results are always superb. I have been through Insurance, and in this last case self pay (as this is a sentimental repair for our special one owner 1998 Mitsubishi Montero) Ross went over and above on this one as my daughter loves this car, and we are delighted with the work as usual. I am a car guy, and a sentimental Dad. Ross initially thought we had to total "Bigsy" but when I brought my daughter to see him and he saw how much she loved the car, we figured out a plan. Long story but just take your car to Riverside and get the work done properly and with care. Janet in the office is always helpful and we are extremely happy.

Ross is my go-to guy for 100% of my collision repairs. He is a straight shooter, knows how to work with insurance adjusters very well, and has a crew that does phenomenal work. He also not only owns the business, but still gets his hands dirty with every single customer. He definitely values customer satisfaction.

This is the only body shop I can recommend. I've been doing business with them for 30 years and they're work is second to none. They work with most insurance companies and always do they're best to accommodate your needs. I've taken my car and my wife's and sons cars when needed. Big jobs and tiny jobs they give their best. I promise you'll be happy with the quality of work they deliver.

Riverside Collision gets 5 stars!I come from a mechanical/engineering family. Myself and my son both have an aerospace engineering background. My son is the President of an aerospace manufacturing company, and my brother-in-law owned his own heavy-duty truck repair shop as well as being a professional race car owner/driver. My wife and her father are both automotive enthusiasts. All this was said to let you know that we are not your average customers. We are, at the least, informed consumers.We found Riverside on a recommendation from a friend (thanks Trevor). We have never been more impressed or more satisfied than we are with this shop. They not only did everything we requested, they went above and beyond. In a word, we were impressed. It is a shame that the qualities they possess have become such rare commodities, but they have. That is why we felt that the least that we can do is to let everyone know about the treasure we have found.

Hit a Deer with my vehicle. Of course insurance company had a "preferred vendor" program to choose from. I did not want to select from a vendor list of businesses I was not familiar with. I selected Riverside Collision because of the proximity to me and the rave reviews. Was very happy to hear that my insurance company and my adjuster had worked with Riverside many times.It was a smooth process despite not being in a "preferred vendor". Riverside dealt directly with my insurance company which was convenient for me. I did ultimately require additional work that was not caught by the external visual inspection by my adjuster. Once again Riverside dealt directly with my insurance company regarding the additional charges for the additional work/parts necessary.Though I was without my vehicle for a few extra days, It was well worth it it for the very thorough inspection and having it done the right way.When I picked up my vehicle. The work was impeccable, looked like it had never been damaged.The vehicle exterior was washed and waxed, so that I could clearly examine the work done. I also noticed that it looked like they took the extra step to wipe and vacuum the interior to clean up any residuals left by the work provided.

Wow this place is amazing!!!! Ross and his staff worked on my very rare expensive car and did the most amazing work I have ever seen in my entire life. They went out of their way and my car looks awesome. I will be sending a lot of people to Riverside Collision and Ross the owner is the best and treats you like family. I will be his customer for life!!!!!

Poor customer service. Ross was unable to complete the job in the time he said he would, putting a hardship on my family. I was told to get a rental vehicle by his business partner and hung up on after telling them I would be in to get my vehicle.I recommend any other auto body shop. Riverside lacks professionalism, customer service, and the ability to fulfill their commitments.Service: Body & Trim

I recommend Ross and the team at Riverside Collision with doing an impeccable job on my Honda CRV. They did an amazing job with repainting my front bumper. They even went the extra step with buffing the whole car and even painting a decorative stripe on both sides of the car which was an added surprise appearance to the whole car. They are a Great group of people to work with, and do a Great job.

After a car accident, I was referred to Riverside by many people for auto body repairs. Russ was super helpful and down to earth when it came to deciding whether or not it was worth it to repair my older truck. When he gave me the quote, it was almost 30% lower than the other body shop that quoted me, and included more. Of course I used Russ to make the repairs, and from start to finish the work was done within 3 days, and it looked good as new! I'm so glad I found this shop, and I'll definitely go to him first if I'm ever in need of auto body work in the future.

Ross & Janet, and their entire team, are awesome! Prices are reasonable & the service is impeccable. Most places do the bare minimum. But Ross went above & beyond. He even took care of a few things that weren't part of the reason that I brought my Jeep in. Plus, they've been a fixture in FRG for years. Seriously, you'd be a fool not to bring your car here.

This place is the best, over the years I've brought 5 or 6 different of my cars or trucks here. The owner is super cool and fair, they handel everything from start to finish. And I've never had a problem, in fact I've sent alot of people there, everyone I know has had nothing but good things to say.

If they do not like the insurance company you have, to deal with, they really do not want to help you. Even after they said I would need to do deal with the person at fault insurance company along with my own to have the vehicle repaired, he would not give us a estimate. I gave a second chance to talk it through, he made it more difficult for me to do business with this company. Surprisingly rude staff, next time, politely say I am sorry, but we do not work with that insurance company and leave it at that instead of back and forth making it difficult for us.

I got into a T bone car crash with my brand new car. I took my car to Riverside on the recommendation of a friend, and I am verrrrry happy with the service. My car looks like nothing happened. They even drove out to get me so I can pick up my car. Thank you so much everyone!
