The staff was friendly and accommodative to the particular needs of my vehicle. The shop was well equipped and everything was clean and in good working condition. Their labor prices, however, were extremely high. They did not reset the engine codes in my computer to turn my check engine light off. The vehicle however, runs much better after the repair. My overall experience was good. If they more intuitively explain to customers justification for their labor prices maybe it will be easier of an experience. I would definitely use them again.

This was a great overall experience and a very welcome renewal of auto repair in this location. Reasonable price, quality work and completed within the time predicted. On top of that, the people were friendly and professional. I m glad someone moved into this location with a business I won t hesitate to go to.

We frequent Waukegan , Mike More Miles, and they take care of our cars however, my starter went out in Fox Lake, so trusting the Mike More Miles name I called Mike More Miles in Fox Lake Sue was fabulous on the phone. The technicians were more than helpful. They were willing to come and pick me up when my car was ready I just want to say thank you for terrific service and a car that is now running great

I ve brought my work vehicle and my rec vehicle here on multiple occasions to handle multiple issues. From something as simple as a light bulb change to extensive exhaust repairs, they ve always been fair and upfront. Quick turn around time as well, highly recommend this shop!

Very friendly staff that were easy to work with. They not only showed me on the bill but also on the car and parts themselves where the problems were. They were very fair on pricing and helped me get everything done that we could within my budget. I will definitely be utilizing them in the future.

Great crew you have working for you at Mike More Miles . Lobby and bathroom are top notch clean. They have great prices on everything from oil change to major work on your vehicle. Employees are respectful to all the customers and knowledgeable to your cars needs.

After over a week of trying to get my car into another shop (a dealer), I brought it to Mike More Miles, with the parts that were already purchased from the dealership. It was a Saturday, and they got me in right away, in less than 2 hours I had a call stating what the price would be, and less than 2 hours after that I got a call my car was done. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I was very grateful that they were able to get me in on a Saturday with no appointment, not only that, get my car complete as well. Thank you!

The team is always courteous and knowledgeable. They diagnose the issue and review the repair prior to doing the work, along with the estimate. Amazing shop with great people! They got my car in the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, explained to me in detail what needed to be done. Repairs completed the same day and I was back on the road that afternoon! This is my second visit to the shop, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The professionalism and expertise of Mile More Miles in Fox Lake truly exceeded my expectations. I had a major repair on my vehicle and quickly stopped in to speak with them about it and they quoted me a very fair price and were able to find the part that other places couldn t find. If you need your vehicle repaired, go to the Fox Lake location as you won t be disappointed. Unbelievable service and genuinely nice people to do business with.

Your service was friendly thorough and professional as usual. Hard to find a reliable great source for quality auto repair but with with Mike More Miles thats exactly what you get quality, reliability , with friendly service thanks again. Again walked in with a problem with my vehicle and Mike More Miles took my car in and promptly and professionally and at a reasonable cost took care of it. Took my car for complete inspection was very satisfied but then i felt my wheels bouncing at a high speed. Took it back and they balanced out the tires. They could have lied and told me it was something else but they didn't and I feel this is a great experience. Appreciate the honesty. Have had many bad experiences elsewhere. I will continue to do business here.

They have worked on several vehicles of mine. There currently working on my daughters car now. The owner is a wonderful guy. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I would 100 percent recommend using there shop for your auto repairs.

I took my truck in for an alignment after control arm replacement. A few months later I started to notice a knock in suspension while driving. I took it into my mechanic and was informed that the arm bolts were not tightened back down after alignment and alignment shims were not used properly - they were loose as well. I had to have the both control arms replaced due to not being tightened and had wobbled out of the mounting holes.

I went to start my car and the entire dashboard was blank. I called the office and they were able to get me in the next day. They clearly explained what they found and the remedy (dead battery). They did a full car examination and also provided and overall assessment of the vehicles health with recommendations where needed. I would definitely take my car here again for repairs.

Great service. Honest business. They didn t end up needing to use one of the parts that I was told that it should need in the beginning, so they took it off of the bill. I know many places wouldn t have done that. Well appreciated.

Saved me $140 over firestone and took me in the next day for rear brakes. Took about 1 1/2 hrs and was good to go. Very freindly and knowledgable. Will be my shop from now on

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Very reasonable pricing and I left there feeling well informed on the condition of my vehicle. Another part of the experience I truly appreciated was that I did not feel pressured and coerced into getting services that I did not need, but instead left knowing what my upcoming maintenance was and what they offered.Service: Oil change

I had a misunderstanding with my initial business .. After going in and speaking to the managers, we got our issues resolved, and I was excited that they help me fix so many more things on my vehicle, and I ordered a bunch of new tires from them They re excellent communicators they do very good exceptional work and they re very fast .. I think the people there are really professional and wonderful, and I am so hoping to be working with them more in the future we love working with them!!!!

Great place to have your car fixed. I have an old car and the shop did full diagnostics when I had the oil changed. They told me extremely what I need to fix. Very professional and flexible.

Hard to find trustworthy auto shop with reasonable pricing, but been here 2x now and will continue to go here for my vehicles. Didn t try to upsell me or come with list of other maintenance that is recommended. Great service, great pricing.

I went Mike more miles, and it was Great!They are Friendly, respectful, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had a problem with over heating on car among other things.I was prepared for the worst, it turned out just to be a little sensor. They were Honest, and instead of doing other things to pad the bill, as I said they were Honest, Fixed and no problems.Everything from the owners, Managers everyone very Nice. Great Experience. I have brought my Mom & Girlfriend here and both love it also. Highly Recommended, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Take your vehicle here, you won t be disappointed!Keep up the GREAT WORK, I will be back soon.

I called MIKE on a Wednesday for some repairs on my work van. I was pleasantly surprised to find they re one of the few mechanics open on a Saturday. Huge plus.Greg was friendly and informative. He kindly explained what I needed and why it would cost what it did.I ve been driving my van for over a week now and none of the previous problems persist.If you re looking for honest work at a fair price, this is your spot.It was my first time at MIKE, but certainly won t be my last.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change
