I came in for an engine air filter replacement and the team was great! Not only did they quickly change out the filter but also checked my tires and fluid levels to make sure I was safe when driving. Really nice guys. Highly recommend.

My first time at Dipstick. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sat in the waiting room with a nice cup of tea. Will be going back, so much friendly, faster and cheaper than the dealer.

They do the oil change as requested. They only sell you things when you need it. You re in and out fairly quickly. Best oil change place in Round Lake Fox Lake area. Other oil change places will try to upsell you to make more money. These guys don t do it. Awesome!

Great group of guys got me in quick and explained I only needed a cabin filter change when at Ford they said I needed oil and all filters changed. Which would have been triple the cost. Thank you

Went in for an oil change and wiper blades and as always it was easy and a wonderful experience! The employees are all very honest, kind, and willing to help. I lost my husband a year ago and am clueless on cars, but the guys at the shop always make me feel like they are taking care of me and they are honest. They could take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but they never have! Been a customer for 6 years! Best place!

They were a great group of men. I was recommended by my dad and my husband. I appreciate the care and comfort they gave me. I also felt they actually did their job to fulfill my needs to my jeep, whereas other places I did not feel they did their job correctly. My son and I were able to sit in the car while they worked, which is ideal for me. Highly recommend this place!Service: Oil change

The team was very polite, did their job quickly, and showed me a broken bracket on my cold air intake that needed to be fixed by the dealership (not in their scope of work). You do not need your synthetic oil changed after only 2 months. These people are scam artists! No idea how all these ratings are so high, taking advantage of my elderly mother! NOTE: Synthetic oil should be changed every 7,500 15,000 miles, depending on the vehicle and the brand of oil used. This is equivalent to SIX months to a YEAR.
