$95.41 for an oil change. Yikes!!! Research shows Bob Brady charges $42. Yes, you have to make an appointment but to save $50 I sure will

I pulled in with my car covered in snow and slush. My tire pressure light was on, so they checked all my tires, added air to the one that was low. Then they added 1 1/2 quarter of oil to my oil burning engine. I felt terrible for messing up their floor but they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I plan on going back when I need my next oil change.

Oil got changed... Last cpl times thru though the service was slow, and a cpl employees seem to spend more time on their phones rather than keeping an eye on the job in front of them. A bit alarming when its your vehicle over the pit.

Every time I come to this location, the staff is super friendly and they are good and fast at what they do. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 20 minutes here for services to be completed. Excellent service. Included vacuuming etc. F250 Diesel 2013. A bit steep at 177$, however, likely could not have otherwise paid to have it done for less than 130$. They stop seeing customers at 10 till. Well I showed up 11 mins before closing while they were all busy cleaning up. I felt bad but I was in desperate need for an oil change and had a 1,000+ mile round trip to make the next day so I needed it done. They were fast and pleasant. The guy at the register had a great attitude, even with me showing up right at closing.

Yes they are friendly and fast but my car is leaking oil and in a week it hasn't stopped I went back they told me everything was okay but it's still leaking and in that time it has gone from 100% oil life down to 89%. So something is clearly not right.

Very rude & unprofessional. I pulled up , someone directed me in, then I did not get greeted till 5 min later with you want your oil changed? A hello, what could I do for you would have been great. They didn t tell me when they were done as I m sitting in the care two of them just kindve walked off, I had to ask was I done. They neglected to tell me the total until I had already paid for it. Horrible attitudes, I will never give this place my business again.Service: Oil change

At a quarter till 6pm (closing time) I called this Speed Lube to see if I could get my oil changed. I was told that if I make it by 5:50 they would service my car...luckily i was already driving. When I arrived i was greeted with friendly employees who worked very expeditiously and got me and another customer taken care of very quickly. I would return to this business and I recommend any Speed Lube location for your next oil change, but this location at Hickory Point in Decatur, Illinois especially served my needs very well.

I've always went to this speed lube and so has my family, but after I went in to get full service as usual, I won't be back. I was in a hurry that day and had to wait about 25 minutes from start to finish, but they were busy so I understand that even if they advise that they do it quicker. It was when I noticed a few days later that my car charger was missing that I got upset. After calling and even going in to talk to them, the only thing they said was well look harder for it. My car charger doesn't leave my car (since it's a car charger) and my car is always locked. The only people with access to it were the people working there that day. So not only did I pay for full service, now I'm going to have to pay for a new phone charger. I didn't think full service included stealing from me.

Had a flat last year and tried stopping in this store for help. They did not have the resources for a fix (amazingly no one in Forsyth does) but did offer me a warm waiting room to wait and a phone to use to call for help. I got a tow to their service center on Eldo. Most times you feel like a bother when dealing with something like this but they were very welcoming and kind despite me not actually being a customer.

Typically my go to when I don't have time to get the simple stuff done myself, or just don't feel up to it. My SUV doesn't fit in my garage making things like changing my oil in the winter and annoyance. This speed lube is always my go to in these instances. Helpful and good conversation and staff every time.

Emoloyees shouting and yelling explicits at one another while customers are waiting ..very unprofessional place i won't be coming back ..management apperently needs to change
