When I walked in, the bike I was interested in was already out and ready. Test drive was very easy and a very nice route. Everyone was very helpful and made my trip there seem personal and unique for me. After the purchase, they truly made me feel like I became a part of their "family." 6/5 stars ifI could.

To say I ride approximately 130miles to deal with this dealership should say enough. As there is one 40 miles from home. The difference is extreme as the sales department are always professional at Coziahr, service department are trustworthy and even the detailer takes pride in their work. Have never before found a dealership that is the total package of professionalism and quality of service. Have recommended them to family and friends.

Been on the bike for 12 days. Have stopped at many Harley shops. This is the first one not one but everyone said hello and asked how we were doing. Super great staff. Also this is the first that was well stocked. Sterling also greeted us and asked about the my mint green bike and chatted a while. A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

VERY, very happy with each of Coziahr HD's departments. And the Service dept. has also done some excellent performance upgrades on my 2016 FXDLS over the years too. Currently running their 117 cu. in. cylinders with high performance cams, pistons, lifters, oil pump, etc. I've had nothing but great service, zero problems, and engine upgrade work that's competitively priced.

Took bike in for no compression. Took 3 months to fix and when I got it back half the hardware was loose. Gas tank was pissing gas because every bolt wasn't even hand tight after they blatantly told me it wasn't removed (you can't remove the bolts from the jug with the tank on). My horn was falling off because the nut was forgotten and I had sensors just hanging down on the engine block that weren't tied up. I have friends and family that have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Coziahr. I would not recommend their service department to anyone and I'm disgusted with their service.

I've purchased 2 bikes (a street glide and a trike) over the past 10 years with these people and they went the extra mile on both occasions to ensure I got a good deal. I also bypassed several closer to home HD dealerships for maintenance support, simply because their mechanics know what they are doing. Overall excellent experience and highly recommended

Just ordered a 2023 fxlrs, they set it up with all the added options I wanted. The bike showed up 3 weeks later, and I absolutely love it. Stan was an amazing sales man and made my family all feel at home. The whole paperwork part with financing was a breeze, Zack was awesome to deal with and did a great job for us. Tony in the service department was extremely helpful getting the exhaust I wanted put on the bike. 10/10 will always recommend Coziahr to anybody looking for a new bike, they will go above and beyond!

Stopped in to get recall corrected on my 2017 Road Glide Special. Staff was super courteous to my concerns! Contrary to my visit, staff was very helpful and merchandise was well stocked! Well done Team Coziahr!

Purchased a new Road King from Coziahr. Everyone at the dealership was very genuinely helpful. Stan was wonderful to work with, and made the process fun and easy. They have my highest recommendation.

I had repairs done to my bike in the service department. Worked with Tony on the issues. Pick my bike up on Wednesday it was ready to go by noon on Thursday one day turnaround everything went very well. It's nice to work with a service department that actually delivers everything they promise. And by the way my bike was spotless when I picked it up could not tell anybody's hands was even on it.

Love this dealership and nice to always see Eric from the former Bloomington Illinois Harley dealership. He is a good asset to Coziar and everyone else that works there is awesome and friendly as well. They have always been so helpful.

Bought a 2017 Heritage Classic from here and was almost treated like royalty. Really made you feel like part of the family and make you feel like you will be remembered, even if they see a few hundred people a day. Great purchasing experiance and I can't wait to find an excuse to come in again.

Recently bought my first Harley here, and everything from the experience purchasing to the amazing techs has been beautiful. They treat you like family when you walk in the door, and the techs treat your bike just as important as the next one coming in. Very much recommended

Stranded on the side of the road over an hour from home, literally every single person went above and beyond here. From moving things around to come pick me and my bike up, to how friendly every people was. Got my bike diagnosed and back on the road in two hours. I can t express how grateful I am for everyone there.

We trailers our sons bike down to Decatur. I broke the kiosk stand spring loading it. Service dept was awesome. Quick, friendly, and they offered helpful advice to fix my trailer ramp issue too.
