Had an issue with an our golf cart windshield and made a call to Browns, took the broken one back and received a brand new one at no cost. Super friendly and knowledgeable service. Definitely recommend Brown s to anyone looking for good products and great service!

We got a topper, vault, wheel well liners and mud flaps for one of our fire department pick ups. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable, install time was great and they did great work.

I needed some Nerf Bars for my 5th gen 2019 Ram 1500, so I contacted Brown's, and one of the owners took the Ram/Mopar branded ones that I was looking for off of his personal 5th Gen Ram, and sold them to me for a FRACTION of what the Ram dealer was going to charge me for the nerf bars/installation. Not only did I get basically a brand new set of Ram/Mopar brand nerf bars for a fraction of the cost the dealership was going to charge me, but Brown's also took them off the owner's truck and installed them on my truck in less than 30 minutes. Well worth the experience at Brown's Truck Accessories!

Took my 2016 gmc canyon in to get leveled with lift struts and they did a fantastic job even when they were super busy they got it finished so I could get it aligned the next day. Was super impressed and treated me very well when I called etc. thanks guys and gals, sincerely Chuck Poelker

They have great products and excellent customer service. I have purchased a tonneau cover and running boards and very happy with both. Reached out to them when I started experiencing a rattling noise with my running boards and they took care of it.

This was the second topper I purchased from them in a year, @ $2400 average price. This one came from the manufacturer without the contour strip to seal it at the back of the tailgate. The owner instructed the person working for him to find one from another topper to pass it off without letting me know!!! Even though it was obvious that it wasn't correct and didn't seal because of a 2" gap, which I noticed right away before I paid the remainder of the bill, which I had to argue with them to at least take $50.00 off of it because it wasn't correct and I would have to return when they received the correct contour strip, finally after 10 minutes of his excuses they took that off. Be careful about doing business with them if I hadn't seen that before paying I'm guessing they wouldn't have taken anything off!!!!!NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

Purchased a Yukon Denali with 65xxx miles. It is exactly what I wanted, loaded with all the bells and whistles, and the Browns Truck Accessories touch and appeal the whole SUV. The satisfactory rating is over the top this was a great buy and it is a very clean vehicle. There was no pressure buy. The buying process was the most simple and shortest. There was no hidden suprises on the vehicle, it is exactly what its described and so much more. Thanks again!!

We purchased an Evolution golf cart from Browns. They came highly recommended by one of the guys at our golf course. The staff at Brown s did not disappoint. Their pricing was as quoted and very fair. They had what seemed to be every imaginable accessory and upgrade.

While driving to K.C for Christmas last winter it was 5 below zero with 40mph winds, my truck bed cover shredded on the 72 like cheap gas station toilet paper. I panicked as gift wrapping, coats and yoga pants hit the roadway and snowbanks behind me. After I collected my items I started googling truck outfitters. I was fortunate enough to find Brown's 15 minutes away, there was no way I could complete my journey without my cover. When I called them they said they could do it immediately, I was instantly encouraged and we limped over trying not to lose the oatmeal raisin cookies that were packed in gift bags in the bed. When we arrived the staff was overwhelmingly friendly. I felt as though I had stepped from the busy city life into grandma's house tucked off the road; a place where you sink into the real deal, comfy aged furniture, where grandma is baking Thanksgiving pies and you know deep inside, "today is going to be a good day." It only took them 35 minutes to install a new cover and we were back on the road to K.C.Thank you Brown's Truck Accessories for saving Christmas

We had a great experience at Brown s purchasing a 2023 evolution golf cart! It is top of the line, warranties included and we got the most beautiful Christmas gift! Costumer service was fantastic, we did approval online since driving an hour and a half, we were in and out in under an hour!

My interactions with Brown's is different than most. I speak to them on the phone several times daily. I get to hear a lot of interactions with their customers. Their customer service is second to no one and they make a tremendous effort to please each of their customers. Mike and Gary, and we certainly can't leave out Kiersten, are high quality individuals who I know everyone will enjoy dealing with.

BTA has done good work for me when installing decklids but other accessories not so well. Bought some no drill mud flaps so my truck doesn't rust. I went in one day to have them readjusted but since it was too cold I said I would come back to buy weather techs instead. When I came back, they took my truck keys without asking took my truck in and without talking to me, drilled the mudflaps into the truck. I was very upset because of the poor service that day. I called husky to get any relief and I had to go back down there to get the pieces that I was supposed to have but they kept and husky said I had to have them. I went to multiple dealerships and body shops and all have said the way they installed them was incorrect, the truck will rust, and if the mud flaps get ripped off now my molding (which is $600 a piece to replace) will also get damaged. All they could tell me at BTA was that I was wrong and whoever said that was lying, as I had the dealership paperwork with me at that moment and showed them. They did not take accountability for this issue and keep pushing it to the side. I was going to spend more money to get different mudflaps but instead they decided to have poor customer service and do the opposite and not consult with me. Very disappointed in how they handled it. All I can say is I hope and pray they didn't hit sheet metal. If they didn't im going straight through weather tech to get the new mud flaps. Because they decided to do the poor approach and drill the warranty is gone on the husky flaps, same for the corrosion protection of the truck where they drilled. My next truck (because I may have to sell mine soon because of the rust issues) I will buy a lid from them but no other accessories because they do not listen to the customers at all. Because one of there guys worked at a car dealership they let him decide what to do even if the customer specifically says do it how the customer. Just very very disappointed in there most recent work. And they still didn't even adjust my mudflaps like they were supposed. I'm just very very disappointed in them with this latest work, and the fact that they will not answer why they decided not talking to the owner of the vehicle was not an option. All my response was well the guy who worked on it worked at a dealership. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted in what they did to my truck my brand new truck.

Excellent service. I was in town for the Farm Progress show and stopped by for some truck upgrades.Michael was a great help, honest and fair. He ordered me a part from Arkansas and had it delivered by next day morning for an install. His guys even helped me take the tools put of my bed!Highly recommend you come check this place out.

Great experience! In all the best ways, they provide business and service the way it ought to be everywhere! They are knowledgeable, friendly (not condescending), competent, capable, fairly priced. I had a custom fitted hitch put on my subcompact car; they knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommended!
