I have had my vehicle serviced at multiple GMC dealerships. This service dept is by far the best. Tim has a great attitude & very helpful. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service with peace of mind.

Took four months to get title to a vehicle I purchased here. Was given the runaround false promises and zero communication. 4 months I had a vehicle that was fully paid for in cash that I could not register, drive or use. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Austin Wenskunas is a wonderful salesperson. Brian Hill and Nicole Redpath also helped my experience to be great. The service department is exceptional. This is the sixth Buick we have owned. This is the first car I have bought since being a widow.

Tim and Andy are always great. This time my wife brought the car in and they explained everything in detail so that she knew what was going on. I love that they will tell us if anything is is needed and recommend a solution without pressuring us into doing anything. We will always bring our vehicles here as long as we are in the area!

Two weeks ago, My boyfriend and I went to Poage in Forsyth, Illinois. Ryan was looking for a newer car and set a test drive with Addison. We got lucky because he made sure Ryan was taken care of. Made us feel comfortable on the test drive and made sure my boyfriend got the car he wanted and wouldn t take no for an answer to get approved. Addison, allows you to make the choices you want and isn t pushy. We left with a 2010 Cadillac CTS with only 57,000 miles and got it for a great price. We will be back to Poage and to see Addison

Came in for an oil change and my wife let them know of squealing sound it would make on start up and asked if they could check on it. They did not hear the sound but when my wife picked up the car it immediately made the sound and she asked if they could look at it and they basically blew her off and said it was fine. At this point I don t think we will continue to have our vehicle which we purchased from you as well serviced at your facility.

Nick Cunningham was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Patiently showed me the features and explained how they worked. I got an excellent rate and absolutely LOVE my new Buick!!Brian, the finance manager, took care of the paperwork and I understood. They both took excellent care of me!

I made an appointment on-line for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up and due to a on-line scheduling issue was not on the schedule. The team was able to squeeze me in and were very attentive to my needs. Great service!

I called to schedule an oil change for my Buick Enclave. The serviceman was very considerate and was able to schedule me quickly since I was leaving town this weekend for a trip and my car was overdo for an oil change. He then called me to tell me of a cancellation on the same day I called! He was very courteous and considerate of my time. They were very pleasant and friendly to me and my granddaughter when we arrived! All of the employees that we encountered were very kind and pleasant and very professional!!

I had great personal service all around from Anthony as my salesman to Nichole finishing up the paperwork. They made it fun and easy and would highly recommend doing business with these two to anyone!

Stephanie is the best salesperson ever. She patiently explains things to us and always is eager to help us in every way. We have called her many times or just stopped in to see how she is doing and if the truck is in yet. Stephanie always takes time for us. We will always go there as long as she is there.

The gentleman working were very nice and knowledgeable, prices are great and the amount of time it took for an oil change and car wash was half the time of any place ive gone before. The waiting area was clean with fresh coffee and water. I also felt i wasnt taken advantage of and told everything needed replaced on my car either. I will definitely recommend

Their team is wonderful. They are helpful in keeping you informed of what they find and how they are handling any issue found. Always asking you how you want to go forward. Explaining clearly so you understand what the issue is if one found. Great Team!

Was having a battery problem. Took it in and the tested it 3x and it failed each time. They replaced it and I was on my way in a short time. Always friendly and effecient service even for the small things!

I have bought lots of cars in my day. My experience with Bob Brady Cadillac was the best so far! Addison was my salesman and he was great, not pushy at all. Everyone was really great and helpful. They really don t just want to sell you a car, they want to sell you a car that you will enjoy. My experience was amazing!

I am very pleased with Andy and his service towards us. He is professional and detail oriented. My issue with car was kind of hard to figured out but he did not ignore it. Good to see this type of service in our small town.

I m very pleased with every aspect of the process of getting my car serviced. I drive from 40 minutes away to take my car to Brady Cadillac and they are very accommodating with a loaner vehicle when they need to keep my vehicle overnight and I can t say I have had any problems with my vehicle since the purchase.

Everything went very well including the repair. My truck was actually rered about 5 days before it was supposed to be. The only less than favorable part was the service manager telling me the repair was not covered under warranty, but after telling him GMC said it was he called me back a couple of hours later and said it was.

Addison and Mo were absolutely amazing! I went spontaneously to potentially trade my Ford Explorer in and they hooked me up with the exact GMC Terrain I was wanting for the price I wanted it for. Every single person that I encountered was wonderful and I won t hesitate to recommend them and visit them in the future!

My situation was unique in that a squirrel got in my car and did a lot of damage. It took quite some time to get the parts. Also, some of the damage to the car happened while it was at the shop. The service department did a great job with the repairs once they were all completed. The entire process took a little over 2 months. Overall, I am pleased.

Stephenie was very nice and helped me find a car that I love! She let me drive a few cars and I was able to pick the one I wanted. I wanted a few more additions to the one I drove plus another color. She was able to locate the color and style I wanted. I am very pleased!
