In 2012 we purchased a used Single axle semi tractor with a new Maurer 24 foot single hopper grain trailer from TSC. The truck began leaking oil a few days after. Tom (TSC President) came out the next day to pick up our truck and repair it free of charge. We later had his repair shop add a 2" receiver, a heavy duty pintle hook, and maximizer fenders to the truck. 10 years later in 2022 we are still very happy with the truck and trailer, so we purchased a second single axle semi. Tom did not have one on the lot, so we bought it elsewhere. We went back to TSC to purchase another new grain trailer, identical to the last, now made under the Demco name. On the third day of harvest we had trouble with one trailer brake hanging up, and took it down to TSC to be checked. The service manager Josh Quick fixed it in 15 minutes and the repair was covered by the trailer warranty.Tom Vaughn, Ryan Vaughn (His son), and service manager Josh Quick have been fantastic to deal with for 10 years and I hope to continue using them for my farming operation's truck and trailer needs for many years to come. They provide excellent service and they sell excellent products.

Nice staff. Friendly greeting as soon as you enter the service doors. (Bailey was fantastic. Immediately accommodating, professionally friendly, and confident and clear in the explanation and instructions she gave to the tow-truck driver and to me, the trucker.)Clean and attractive facility, with a driver's lounge that includes a washer and dryer (neat!), and a shower, too, I think. Located right behind a Petro Travel Center, which is cool. The Freightliner dealership locks its gates at night, though, so if you want to sleep in your truck, it has to be moved off the property overnight and returned the next morning.My DEF pump was on national back order, which was not good, but that wasn't the dealer's fault. They softened my disappointment by offering, repeatedly and sincerely, to take me to my hotel. They apologized for the part's unavailability. (Apologies go a long way.) And at the end of my visit, a Stoops employee even returned to the hotel to pick me up because I had no way of getting back to my truck to get more of my belongings.

Excellent, broke down, helped me to get back on Road. The people at TSC, could not have been more helpful, not only did they call until they located a Serpentine belt for my Cummins, but they made room for me in a bay to install the belt. If I had time, or was traveling back in the area, this is the place I would go for servicing my Freightliner Chassis.

Had a air leak and they got me in right away and down the road in a hour! They couldn't have been nice group of people that work there.
