Danny is a good guy but the experience I had with his partner/dad was just horrible and I will never comeback. Danny told me come in to check why my breaks are still squeaky after they just fixed them. I come and all I get is a lot of attitude from this guy like it s my fault. He begins telling the young guy who did help me that I didn t buy brakes from them so just drive it around say it s the brake shoe and that s it in Spanish. I Asked him if he could tell me what their going to do because he didn t at all. And he says what do I need to hold you like a baby too. I really am glad I held my cool and didn t do some too you homie. it was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. Not knowing I told Danny I would buy a full set from him today if needed. Unfortunately not coming where my money is not appreciated and I feel in this case earned.

The best tire shop in chicagoland area for cars and semi trucks. I've been going there for years now and the service has been excellent every single visit. You get a speedy diagnostic, a professional recommendation, and most of all a great deal on tires and other services.

I finally found the best technicians in town! Very knowledgeable, honest and affordable. The technicians never make me spend more than I should. My car is always running smooth and without any issues. I highly recommend them.

I drive an outdated Jeep for work. An engine and oil light blazing from my dashboard was the last thing I needed to happen as I was leaving Kendall County at ten in the morning. To having this store in my community is such a blessing. Before I read the other evaluations, I was teetering on a minor anxiousness. I gave them a shot because everyone appeared satisfied. They were delighted to be able to assist me, which made me feel really welcomed and valued. For their advice and sincere effort, I am appreciative. My car's hood was open, and a diagnostics tool was used to show how the engine was malfunctioning. Today, I discovered the throttle body hose, a brand-new component. That is the situation.

I hardly ever give 5 stars to any service, but this deserves it without a doubt. I had checked with a few auto repair shops in the area to fix my overheating truck but I was always dissuaded by either poor customer service or price quotes from hell. Danny was very respectful and understanding from the get-go. He really truly knows the job and was immediately able to diagnose the problems on the vehicle. His prices are very reasonable and he genuinely is looking out for the best interest of his customers...he is not out to make a fast buck at your expense if it crosses the threshold of his integrity.While I hope not to have any future auto issues, I would visit Danny in a heartbeat should I ever have the need of a mechanic's services.Great guy! You wouldn't go wrong using Auto Express!!

I love taking my car here to get repaired, because I know I can totally trust the employees there. I have taken my van several times in the past 6 months, and had a great experience every time. Trustworthy, fast, reliable, very affordable, and great customer service. They always work around my schedule to get me in, and give me rides to and from home if I need them. Do yourself a favor and go to Auto Express the next time you need your car fixed!

You tell me what the issue might be if the establishment doesn t close until 5pm. I pull up at 3pm asking for an oil change. A worker says they are about to be closed. I then have my Hispanic friend pull up around 3:30pm same day, asking for the same service & they were ready to take him. Just curious.

These guys are absolutely the best... I ve had taken my car to plenty of different mechanic shops and honestly they always want to make you spend more then what you should... and the reliability isn t the greatest... when I found out about this guys I was absolutely impressed with their professionalism but even more with their honesty; I live 45 minutes away from their shop and their is plenty of Mecanic shops by where I live but I would trade this guys for anything I ll drive 2 hours to go this place if I have too... I highly recommend this place I always tell my friend to go here and they loved it. 5 stars well deserved I would give 10 stars if possible

I have an ancient Jeep that I use for work. The last thing I needed to have happen while traveling from Kendall County at 10 am was an engine and oil light glowing from my dashboard. I'm so lucky to have this shop in my neighborhood. I was leaning toward a mild anxiety before I read the other reviews. Everyone seemed pleased, so I gave them a try. I felt very welcomed and appreciated, like they were happy to be able to help me. I'm grateful for their guidance and honest energy. I actually looked under my hood and engine malfunctions were demonstrated with a diagnostics machine. I learned about a new part today, a throttle body hose. That's what's up.

Shop here if you re looking for a knowledgeable auto car shop . I ve been to several shops for the same thing and it was frustrating . I found this shop talked to Danny and told him my problem. Danny found the problem and showed me what others couldn t . Hands down this is my new go to shop and I HIGHLY recommend these guys at this shop . If they can t fix it they will let you know and give you their best recommendation for your problem . This shop is hassle free and really appreciate doing business with you and for you . One thing I LOVE about this shop is the trustworthiness and you feel appreciated . Thank you Auto Express Team for your professionalism, hard work and reliability.

I own commercial vehicles with diesel engines and heavy duty trucks. These guys right here know their stuff very well. They always keep up the service on my trucks and recommend what's necessary to keep the running and making money. I am very glad I found them!!! I'll see you all soon, Auto Express!!!!

I had my sway bar links repaired there and it could had cost me a fortune but he owner of the shop pin point the problem. The service was excellent and the personal were friendly. Recommend to anybody whos car is in need of repair. Will take my future car repairs to get fix there again. Auto express was the best shop ive been to in years.

GREAT SERVICE. EVERY TIME I TAKE MY CAR TO THEM THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND FIXES IT. I RECOMMEND BRING ANY CAR AND TRUCK TO THE SHOP CARLOS AND DANNY GREAT GUYS. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY AND WONT SCREW YOU OVER ON THE PRICE.

Took my car there to get my windows tinted and had a lot of bubbles and other imperfections on almost all the windows, took it back and he said "oh it's ok the sun will fix it"Go somewhere else for your window tints these guys suck!
