I received great service & repairs from Baum,Farmer city .Chase, in repairs handled things,very professionally.And yes ,I will be returning for more maintenience to this facility

If you could give this place 0 stars I would! I called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation and asked the price before I scheduled my appointment. They told me 40-60. I said if it's 70-90 I will NOT be scheduling as I can drive 20 minutes and get it done for 40 or go to walkers and get it done for 55. I make my appointment drop my car off at 10 they tell me it WILL be done no later that 11. I go back at 11 to pick it up and I have to wait 23 minutes! On top of that they charged me 80+ for it! Seriously what a rip off and dishonest business! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

My wife and I found ourselves in need of a vehicle last summer. We had a budget around 8k. After visiting pretty much every dealer, used and new, in Champaign and Urbana, we found a Chevy Trailblazer online that was located at Baum Chevrolet in Clinton. Since we live in Monticello, they drove it to Baum Motors in Farmer City for us to test drive. Chase was very helpful in explaining all the options and everything we needed to know. We were handed the keys, told "We close at noon" and were given free reign to test drive for hours. There was no pressure, no up sell or push to something outside our budget. It was a great vehicle and better than described. Since we test drove on Saturday, we couldn't finalize until the following Monday. We picked it up in Clinton, cleaned with an oil change and breezed right thru the paperwork. It's been about six months now, and we are very happy with our Trailblazer. The entire experience was top notch, front to back. When the time comes, we will be back. Thank You. Lonnie and Andrea Ray, Monticello, IL

I bought a used car from Baum. It had very few original miles. I was told that it had limited warranty by my sales person. When I signed my loan, was tlld by loan officer that it did not. Got it home and discovered that it had a broken tail light. Called my sales person only to discover he knew about it and sold it that way! Bought a 2019 from Sullivan Chevy in Champaign. Won't do business here again

Very rude people working there says you don't need an app. Outside just asked for a oil change had to hear the guy in the garage complain that he's to busy who was sitting not doing anything. Could of just said no and left it at that.
