Truly, the kindest, fastest, most honest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I had a need for an early morning, unexpected tire repair or purchase (dependant on the state of my tire) as I was heading out of state on a 300 mile trip. Instead of immediately telling me I needed a new tire, the young man took my tire out of my vehicle, looked it over more than thoroughly, and found a nicely hidden puncture in a fairly tight spot. He repaired it, then let me drive in the garage and stay in the car with my 4 dogs, and changed it with ease. He was even so kind as to slowly let the jack down because he saw that I'd fallen asleep in that short (less than 5 minute) time. I fell asleep fast and hard...it'd been a long few weeks. That was so courteous in itself, it truly touched my heart that he didn't want to wake me. The entire thing was under $50, and many shops weren't even open by the time I'd left! What a great experience for a day that started out so rough. Thank you thank you thank you all for your kindness. You saved my day! I truly appreciate you! I will recommend you to my family and friends in the area. And when I'm back in town, I will definitely make sure my next whole set comes from Tire Choice in Fairview Heights.

Unfortunately, the Company did not inform Customers of their Lifetime brake pads no longer being Honored for a Lifetime.When a Company offers Lifetime brake pads, but after a year or two they no longer carry that specific brake pad (making the Contract null & void) it comes off as disingenuous.The Employees are then put in a difficult position to explain this change to returning Customers, while there s nothing posted in the stores of the change, for returning Customers to reference.Although my service was Honored on this past visit, I was informed that the Lifetime brake pads package I paid for (over $600) is no longer in existence and will not be Honored in the future.Therefore, I will not be returning.

They were absolutely awesome! Princeton, the manager, was on the ball and helped me to get the best deal for my son who will get the truck out of state. He answered all my questions and made sure others who assisted me were in line with what we had discussed.

Car wouldn t start multiple days in a row so I brought it to them. Explained that the pigtail connectors to starter was bad. Was going out of town with a baby so I needed it to be reliable. Said there was no issues and it started right up for them. Drove to Nashville just for it to not start again, brought it to a shop down here where they diagnosed bad pigtail connectors and needed a new starter. They also left my car reeking of weed. 0 stars. Do better at listening to your customers.

Had new brake pads and rotors put on my car. I just took their word for it that I needed all of that. Seemed expensive to me, but whatever. The weirdest part is that the front desk person was asleep on the counter when I walked in and hopped down quick when he heard the door. Also didn't wear shoes the ENTIRE time I was there while dropping my car off and picking it up.

Tire Store advertised a blended oil change for $39. When I came in, they quoted the price as $75 even when I showed them thet ad on the website. They looked my charges from previous visits and refused to offer me a comparable price..No wonder all the bays were empty!!!

Great service! I ve had new tires done here on a few vehicles, and also a patch. Staff has always been honest and knowledgeable. I walked in to get a tire patched and was out quickly. I ll continue to bring my vehicles here!

The manager was very rude and would not accept a competitor s coupon. I have had my car serviced here for 17 years. I would think he would be kind to a loyal customer. Clearly he missed the customer service training module. I won t be back.

Timeline ON A SUNDAY. (They close at 5) I called 3:05. Arrived 3:40. Out the door at 4 with two rear tires mounted and balanced. Can't beat that!

To whom it may concern!! This pass Monday I stop at the shop. Get a quote on a car AC blower motor for 2013 Ford focus SE. Your techs was all about doing it and had part in on the day they set my appointment which was Wednesday 730am. I explained many times my only car only DAY OFF!? I DRIVE 45 MINUTES one WAY HOME. BEEN DEALING WITH WITH THIS HOT WEATHER AND USING ICE BAGS KEEP on meThey set my appointment Wednesday morning was there at 730 door's open. Now get getting badYour techs for that shop was over 2 hours late was told he was setting in the court room Still no tech there put blower motors in. Finally around noon are so he shows up. Know he starts work on my car. About a hour later he comes telling people he wasn't going to be able to get it done and he wasn't going to fix it. So he said call Ford ask them easier way to get the blower motor in and told him myself take the dash apart and go that way put the motor in. This is where he says no no wasn't going fix it. Didn't trust his selfNow it's 4 hours In to it and still no AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL!!!!! This young man has know lied to me order the fan it's now just setting there. And I am out of 5 hours of my day off and with nothing!!!?WHICH MEANS KNOW DRIVING in 100 PLUS HEAT FOR 45Minutes home!!!! It's like he didn't even care at all fix the car!!!!! Nobody there asked if we could do anything else fore like rotating tires are give me a discount pm anything on the Shop. I hope pray the owners of this shop in Fairview Heights see this is I am very very Extremely exhausted from heat and sat in that shop for almost 5 hours and came out with no working AC AT ALL. BUT OF OT WAS ONE THERE FAMILY members I 100 percent know they would fix that AC BLOWER MOTOR FOR THERE CAR!!! I will not give up on this issue.JAMES D MERRELL

The people that work here costed me thousands of dollars and way too much time by miss diagnosing my car so all I can say is NEVER GO HERE. The people here are very bad at their jobs, they don t know what they re doing, and they don t care about you or your time. I would take my car to a random homeless guy on the street before these people. Please save yourself and go literally anywhere else I wish someone would have told me this before I went

I had the absolute worst experiences ever in dealing with this facility. If I could bypass having to rate my experience at all, it would not get not even 1 star. I d already paid them nearly $1300 for brakes/rotors that I didn t believe I needed. I had just had front brakes pads put on elsewhere just a month prior; however, the manager suggested that I needed new brakes/rotors and stated that I only had one brake functioning properly. He recommended that I have them done ASAP as I was in danger and that he wouldn t suggest I drive on away without getting them to avoid causing danger to myself or anyone else and especially since I had my young daughter with me. I allowed them to do the work at that point. Ever since they worked on my car, I ve returned on at least 4 occasions to inform them that my TPMS was missing. I literally told them each time what the msg had indicated on top of my brakes are squealing every time I use them to come to a stop. Each time I went back, they assured me that there was no problems with my brakes (mind you, I had no squealing or msg indicators on my dash before they said I needed brakes) & to remedy the TPMS issue, they just kept saying that my air was low and they d claim to air them up at the proper capacity. Mind you, the last time I had gone back to them, they told me that I needed air to fix the TPMS and to ride on it, yet I had just gotten 4 brand new tires 2 days prior. Eventually after going back again and advising the mgr that my TPMS light was still on, even after driving on it he finally had come to the conclusion that I needed a new TPMS sensor and wanted to charge me $150. This is what I had told them 4 other times that my msg stated that the TPMS SENSOR was missing. I left and I contacted Corporate who suggested I take my car to another location for another opinion. Drove to that location (30 min away) and they fixed my TPMS sensor without hesitation and no charge. I ll never patronize the Fairview Heights location.

I had a flat and could not get the tire off to put on the spare due to rounded off lug nuts. I was able to get the van across the street and they took it from there. Our mechanic, Keith did an amazing job! He is very professional and took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my options. The manager and staff also did a superb job explaining things and was able to apply a discount I has not known about. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This is an honest shop that delivers quality work at a fair price.

I needed air in my tire and the Next Door app said this place will let you pull in and fill up your tire for free! And she was right! What a nice touch in this cold weather. Melvin the manager was very nice and helpful so I asked him to look at the tread on my tires. He confirmed what I was told from the dealer. He pulled up different tire prices for me, explained why one option was better then another and explained the payment options. I went in for free air and left with some tires at a great price! I'll always recommend them to others!

I purchased 4 new Yokohama Tornante tires on 8/24/23. On 8/25/23 one tire went completely flat after driving no more than 20 miles on it. When we brought the tire back in your staff said I must have hit a curb which caused tire to go flat. I told them I did not hit any curbs but they called me a liar and said there was no other possible explanation. Not that they could have possibly installed/sealed it properly or that they sold me a defective or damaged tire. So they wanted me to spend another $250 for a new tire. We took the tire to Firestone and their techs said they do not believe the amount of sidewall damage (which more than likely was caused by my husband throwing it down in disgust at the store AFTER it went flat and he had to change it in 100 degree weather) present on the tire would have been the cause of it going completely flat. They also informed us of several other recent complaints against your store.

Stopped by on Saturday 18 March 2023 for an oil change and services that comes with the oil change. They took my vehicle right away, being business was slow. The sales technician said it would take about 35 minutes, but it didn t. Upon receiving my vehicle after paying my bill, and noticed my center console had been accessed. Chalked it up to them looking for my wheel lock key. About 30 minutes while putting gas in my vehicle, I checked my trunk for the key, it was missing. I called the store and informed the manager that it was missing, he apologized and said the have it there. Needless to say when I returned, I was given the wrong key. I returned by, gave it back. But they couldn t locate my key in less than an hour. After several calls and stopping by 24 hours later and trying to give them enough to find, they still couldn t. The technician stated he spoke with the big boss and they were going to order a new wheel lock kit from the dealership on Monday 20 March 2023. If they follow through, I ll change my review number. I ve been coming to this facility for the past 13 years, right now I m totally disappointed. Waiting patiently for satisfaction.

Raishon at Tire Choice went above and beyond for us when we recently had a tire blowout on the hwy while driving cross country. We managed to get off the hwy and to a nearby parking lot not far from Tire Choice. We called a few places but Raishon took the specs of our tire over the phone, came and removed the old tire and put on a new one, all in less than an hour. The soonest a tow could get to us was 2hrs, so Raishon totally saved us. He s a good man and we re grateful for the outstanding service provided.

I went here to take care of my new car. They were nice and got me in right away. I asked how long it would take and he said about 20 minutes. They aired up my tires and filled up my washer fluid (which was empty)too. They gave me a price and when I asked about taking competitors' coupons they did. They were already slightly cheaper than the last place I checked, but with taking the coupon, it was a big help. I will be going back to them again.

They did a great job on my car. My husband took the car there for 4 brand new tires and a wheel alignment. It totaled to almost $500 but I'm giving them a 3 star rating because they move at turtle pace. There is no reason we should have to wait day and a half for them to complete the job. It took 7 hrs just to put the tires on then they did the wheel alignment the next day.

Friendly, but too much extraneous stuff taking place. Took way more time and effort to get repair completed.A 30-minute to and hour repair cost me almost 6 hours in time because of a parts error from the parts dealer.This is not the fault of the shop, but when you are pressed for time, then as a customer, it's everyone involved that is at fault.However, the staff is professional.No way to do so above, but I rate them 3.50 stars for this time.

Stopped in during a long trip because the engine started making an awful noise. They got us in right away and diagnosed the problem and we were back on the road within an hour. Great guys and super helpful!

First off, let me say the actual mechanic is A+++++ and a wonderful human. He went above and beyond to help me diagnose what is wrong with my vehicle. I thought it was the brakes, but it turns out when a different repair shop replaced my axle, they installed a wrong one and I've had a bad gear ratio for 4K ish miles. I'll be fighting that with my insurance company.My gripe is about the front desk. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 AM for a 10 AM appointment. I've been there once before to have new tires installed, with this vehicle. I hadn't heard anything back in 3 hours or so, so I called. Apparently nobody at the shop could drive stick and they had to call somebody in on their off day to move my vehicle. Never once did it cross the customer service rep's mind to call me and ask me to pull the vehicle into the bay.Communicate your problems with the customer, give me the opportunity to help. My fiance and I were shopping in Fairview to kill time on purpose in case it was quick or I needed to run back to the shop.

STAY AWAY - THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.I ordered tires from Amazon and they were delivered here because amazon offers installation here if you buy tires from Amazon. My tires were delivered Tuesday / Wednesday. I called to confirm that they have arrived, after 5 minutes on hold, it was confirmed that my tires were there on Wednesday.I called on Thursday if I can move my Saturday appointment up, I was told that they could not, understandable. The guys said they don't get paid until the appointment. So I left it alone.Fast forward to Saturday morning, I went there in person to confirm everything. As always, the front desk person was vague, I left uncertain - imagine that... So I came Saturday during my scheduled time, it took them 30 minutes to find my tires. I was around 1240 - after 40 minutes of not getting anywhere, I told them I just wanted my tires. I didn't want to give any more of my time or money to this place.This whole time, I don't know a single persons name because no one introduced themselves - can barely navigate their computer system as I had to repeat my information a handful of times.And when I tried to leave, they pleaded that this is a "free" service they provide to Amazon.... Okay - to the guy that said Amazon does not pay them until the appointment time - and also, I paid amazon $99 for this service.The employees didn't care - not one apology - just a lot of laughing, snickering, and slow speed. Go somewhere else, I was not the only customer in the lobby that was experiencing problems.They even tried to tell me I couldn't take home the tires that I paid for... That was funny - because at this point I had provided all my information that led them to eventually finding the tires....Go somewhere else, don't give this place the time of day.

I absolutely cannot say enough good. Honesty and kindness go a long way!! I will DEFINITELY be using this establishment and company again as well as word of mouth!! As a travel nurse hundreds of miles from home it's hard to know who to trust. They were kind enough to let me know that another very large chain had taken advantage of me. The knowledge and kindness of the two young men that I had the privilege of dealing with this evening was a blessing!! Kudos to you and the young lady!!

Unfortunately they did a great job at first. However ended up breaking the hub on my daughters car. They did replace it, but took four days. The tire constantly went flat. We took it in to see what the problem was and they said we ran over a nail. We told them to put the tire back on and we would get it fixed somewhere else. They put the lug nuts on so tight that we can t get it fixed.

Tl;dr Tire Choice Auto Service has swift repairs, great prices and committed to helping you out. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone with tire issues/needs.I ve been to this location twice and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. The first time I came here, my tire got a hole in it during the weekend and I honestly thought no shop would be able to take care of it. We ll, not only was Tire Choice Auto able to fit me in same day (on a Saturday nonetheless), they also plugged up the hole when they could ve just sold me a new one! That tire is still working for me a year later.The second time was also exceptional. I had some unexpected events occur that made me push back my appointment time, and they were more than happy to change the timing to one that fit my schedule. This time, the tire couldn t be plugged up, but the tires that they had in stock were a reasonable price!I ll definitely be returning if/when I have any future tire issues!!
