I came in for a flat fix. Due to the tread of my tire the flat has to be replaced. No problem. Jeff came to me and my friend and allowed us to look at the underside, so we could see for ourselves the condition of the car. That s how these two other tires were found with bubbles. I was recommended services that need to be done, and repairs I should keep my eyes on as a precautionary measure. I have not been to this tire shop before today, and now I will always come back here. The guys here really care about each vehicle that comes in and are honest with you.Please check this place out. They know what they are doing. I m getting a tire replaced and new wipers. Jeff was so professional that when I was going to pay for a power steering flush, he came back to tell me it s a sealed system so a flush won t work. He saved me money and was honest with me.At NTB you can find honesty, professionalism, and well versed employees.I m coming back and I am recommending my friends.

This shop rules. They got me in on super short notice close to closing time and fixed my flat tire AND replaced the terrible factory lug nuts for a very reasonable price. Was able to make it to the hockey game tonight and work tomorrow after all! Very kind and speedy service.

I've been coming here for almost a decade. I've exclusively purchased my tires for NTB because of their warranties and roadside service. Their attendants and mechanics are knowledgeable and forthcoming. I use them also for second opinions when I receive outrageous quotes from other places. Their prices are reasonable, and they work with you to find a price that's suitable for both you and them.NTB is the place to go for your automotive needs!!

Made an online appointment for 5pm at 4pm on 3/15. As I was pulling up, the employee on desk duty was calling me to discuss my appointment, which we resumed in the lobby. I want to say his name may have been Brad, but I am terrible with names. (If you see this and I am wrong, I apologize.)Anyway, there seems to be a bit of disconnect between what the website says is in stock vs. what is actually in stock. We sorted that out and got some similarly priced tires installed.Despite being short handed and maybe a little stressed that day, the guy was very helpful and friendly. I got sent on my way with fresh tires in just about an hour. They also put my spare away back in the trunk properly. This was unnecessary but definitely appreciated.When I need tires again, you'll find me next time, at NTB.

Whenever I have an issue w my vehicle, I come to NTB Fairview Heights Illinois. The crew here is friendly, and they do great work. I've never come back for the same issue. Today, I came in due to low pressure in one of my tires. One of the crew members came back within 10 minutes to let me know and showed me a picture of the screw stuck in my tire and said he will take care of it. This NTB actually care about its customers. I recommend stopping by here to get your vehicle needs taken care of!!

I went here with a friend of mine to get a tire changed and was blown away. They were absolutely professional and relatable. I have a background in automotive mechanics, and they recommended exactly what we needed, what might be a good idea, and they were realistic about things we could get by without on a budget. They took us back and showed us the car in the air, walked us through it's condition, and gave us very reasonable quotes for any work to be done. They showed great understanding when we said that we would be doing a couple of things by ourselves instead of through the shop. Finally, Jeff was the mechanic that helped us and he was amazing. He even came back out to let us know the powersteering fluid flush we were paying for wasn't actually possible due to a sealed system, thus reducing a bill we would have paid for otherwise. This shop is incredibly honest. I absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This shop has provided great service for tires, brakes, struts and shocks. All at fair prices. Today they fixed the dashboard light for tire pressure. The tires were all at the right pressure but light in dash would not go off. This shop was able to fix the problem by getting the TPMS to relearn . They did it at no cost! Thank you!

I've been coming to NTB for over 20 years. I didn't have an appointment but I needed my tire fixed before going on vacation. They got me in really fast and the staff was friendly. I will be returning as always.

I came in with a simple tire replacement job, they got me in quick, got me out just as fast. Really friendly staff, and pricing didn't break the bank. I'll be coming back when I need my whole set replaced next time. Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely amazing work they did on my car!! For now on I m going to take my car to NTB every time I have a problem with my car. They have so much patience with their customers and treat us so kindly, so I 10/10 recommend NTB! (:

They were super nice and got our 4 tires and oil change and alignment done in a timely manner! We had our 2 kids with us and they made us feel nothing but welcome. Will def be back for our future needs.

Not gonna lie, it started out rough.Wasn't able to get my tires done on the day that was scheduled to be done,but was able to go back the next dayand they took care of me right away. They were very professional and the guy that took care of me this morning single-handedly restored my faith and deserves a raise

recently had service done here while passing through on a cross-country road trip in my beater. the guy in charge is excellent, he squeezed us in during a very high demand time when the shop was short-handed and got us on the road as quickly and as safely as possible. we made it to our destination without worry and didn t break our wallet to do so. i highly recommend doing business with this shop!

Twice, now, we've had an emergency and they have gotten us right in with little wait. They have been friendly and while they OFFERED upgrades, they were not pushy about it. When my card wouldn't go through they were very helpful and understanding, did not embarrass me, and waited for me to work out the problem with the bank without making a big deal about it. Nice, solid, reliable people there.
