I was broke down on the highway he was there with in 20min to get us off the highway and to our destination. He was really nice and professional. Also had some relaxing elevator music on witch helped the mood, even though it wasn't intentional. Highly recommended!!

Only after hours tow company who not only answered my call but came out just past the estimated 1 hour he said it would take.The down side, they only accepted cash or cashapp.Also, they had no receipt and told me to call their office Monday morning for a receipt, but as of today, no one has returned my call or texted message.

My car broke down at the Best Wash in Fairview Heights. The tow man was very fast with picking up my car. I would definitely recommend him again

I was kept waiting for over 4 1/2 hours for this company. They NEVER showed up. Their office is located only 13 minutes from my location in St. Louis, but they still couldn t figure out how to get there. Not once did they answer my calls nor the calls from my insurance agency and left my provider on hold for over 6 minutes before hanging up on him without saying a word. At best, I would describe them as rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. DO NOT USE.Service: Car towing

I will definitely be using J Martin Towing when I need a tow! After calling around to a few places, I found that they were the best price. Then when I called to get the tow, they told me they would be there in 15 minutes. I honestly didn t believe them; figured it would take nearly an hour, like it does most tow companies I ve dealt with in the past. Nope! They were at my car within the 15 min time estimation! Had my car loaded within 5 mins and got my car to its destination without a hitch. Made my extremely stressful day turn around. Very professional, quick, and a great price too! I definitely recommend this company.

He was very prompt and reasonable with pricing especially with it being the Holiday. I couldn't find anyone else that wasn't trying to over charge me. I am very thankful. Thanks to him I didn't have to leave my vehicle on the side of the road overnight. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have had many tows in my life. This was by far my best and most pleasant experience. From the dispatcher to the time it took to get to my call to the driver, everything was done in a professional, courteous, helpful, and yes, even an economic manner. I could not be more pleased!

Got the car stuck in a little ditch last night. I called several companies to help me and even though they were within 15 minutes of me and I explained my situation to them they still wanted $100+ for 5 minutes of work! These guys came within 15 minutes and were very professional and got me back on the road in no time! And they didn t overcharge me either! Thanks you guys! Truly appreciate you!

My man came right out and towed a truck out the mud for me. And help me put the lift back on to the truck as well he did more than I asked I highly recommend.

So on star send this company to tow our car, well after waiting for 4.5 hours i called them again...they didnt pick up ,mailbox full.Called under another nummer,they picked up...put me on hold and hung up after over 4 minutes...car never got towed........now aftet another 2 hours,still nothing...no call back or where we at etc....its safe to assume they never came out to tow us and this was contracted thru on star.....Service: Car towing

I called and scheduled an appointment and after hours of waiting like he claimed he would come he flaked! What kind of business does that not a serious one! Unreliable and flaky do not trust

Receptionist was super friendly and they arrived on time as planned no issues at all the tow truck driver was awesome he put my car right where I needed him to even though it was a difficult spot as well great job!

Sketchy company. Gave client, insurance, and 2nd tow company 3 different prices. Very difficult getting car back from them.
