I made an online purchase and a few hours later determined I ordered the wrong battery. So, I tried to cancel online cancellation is not available online. So, I called the store to cancel, they said I d have to personally come into the store for a refund since the purchase was made on my credit card. All this for $4.86! I told the sales attendant that if I order online, I should be able to cancel online. The drive to the store would cost me more in gas than the refund total. So I guess I ll just write it off. I will never do business here again!!!

Their Employee provided EXCELLENT customer service!!!He was very welcoming, down-to-Earth, and knowledgeable!Also, the store was very clean and neatly organized; I definitely recommend!

Jim is great but all the staff are really helpful and friendly and the service is great. Ace Hardware won't cut a key blank you got from somewhere else, True hardware messed up a flip key badly but Batteries plus service was top notch and did what other could not accomplish rather easily. Outside of going to a locksmith like Metro, you can't go wrong with BP!

Gigantic inventory!! Great selection and a well laid out store. Convenient location and lots of parking. Jim is thoroughly knowledgeable about the store's products and services This facility and technicians provide a unique service of rekeying car/truck fobs and matching them to the vehicle's master control module at a decent price!!

Went here to get my daughter's screen fixed and now her phone won't charge through the port. Then the guy who fixed her phone started talking about it was wet lines and something else but her phone was charging and working well with the cracked screen. Didn't give me the 10 dollars off coupon code which was on the little flyer that was at the desk in stacks and I had one. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Being that an iPhone 8 is supposedly waterproof it wasn't a problem. Now, I know for sure that I will not return nor recommend this place to fix anyone's phone. So, now something is wrong with the motherboard. Please give my money back!!

Ordered a replacement remote for my Subaru at a great price. When it came in they notified me and the process of cutting and programming of the key was smooth and seemless. I think the technician was Steven. He was great and explained the process as he completed the work. This is the place that you want to go to.

Made appointment on their website. Got an email confirmation of the appointment. Next morning I got a text confirmation of my appointment. So they have my email address and my number correct.I show up for my appointment to be told they don t stock the battery for my phone (I had to enter exactly what I was coming in for when I set the appointment) and that they had tried repeatedly to get hold of me the day before. No voicemail, no email, no missed calls. How odd they texted me 2 hours before my appointment time to confirm my appointment but the prior day they couldn t get hold of me.Wasted trip EXCEPT that the cell phone repair (CPR) across the street worked me in.I ve used Batteries Plus in another area and it was a positive experience. This might just be one bad employee in this store but I won t be back.

Clean, fast, friendly. During the time I was at the store I was able to witness several customer interactions. Always professional, fast, friendly. Other than myself I believe every customer was in and out in no more than 5 minutes.

I just called up there and asked if they had any BNP2700B batteries. I looked on their web site and they showed a few different brands ranging in price $6.50 to $8.50 he said he did'nt think they carried them and that they could make one depending on the wiring coming off of them. I asked him how much and he told me $15.00 I asked him if he honors the price on his web site and he said he didnt know. If he doesnt know and he works there. Then who does know? I am thinking they need to train their employees better and to be more informed about the cost of their products. I needed 19 of them. Maybe to him or batteriy Pus that is not enough money to service a customer. Oh, I am also a commercial account customer of theirs. Now, image my conversation about battery Plus when the subject comes up. I mean this with the up most respect because if I owned or managed this store I would of been disappointed with the customer service.

Friendly and helpful sales staff. Although the price of my car battery was the same as the dealership installation was free; whereas the dealership would have charged labor cost. The only thing I wish that were different was if they could have "registered" the new battery with the car.

Had my wife call today in attempt to resolve some issues with her phone. She was so pleased with the service over the phone and in store by the young man who helped her. He claimed to be new to the job but clearly has a good head on his shoulders. Thanks again Zachary, happy wife happy life!

Excellent serivce, as always. Would give five stars if you would offer the 10 percent off in the store, instead of on line only, that way, you can pick up new battery at the same time you drop off the old battery, and wouldn't have to credit the core back onto the charge card. Make it one stop shopping.

The store technician was great, he got me squared away very quickly. The Battery was a PERFECT fit for my 1998 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide. Very Happy I checked out their website since I really wanted to pickup in store today!

Excellent customer service! This team went above and beyond to correct my issue. I recently came in to this location looking for a battery for my kid Honda Grom. However, the battery that I needed was discontinued in Dec. The store manager and the store associates researched and found a battery that was compatible and made sure that I had everything needed to keep it charged! I would highly recommend this location for their knowledge of the products they carry and their top notch customer service!

Shopped here several times with no problems. This time ordered online, went to pick up and order wasn't processed. Then was basically scolded for not just coming to the store or calling first. Was told I was lucky they had the battery already made. Guy told me "all these Chinese batteries come in as parts and they build them on site and if the had to build it it would take all day. Guy acted like I was bothering him and I was lucky when he updated the orders and mine popped up. Will be the last time I buy from them.

Only really needed to come here a handful of times so far, but every time they seem very helpful and knowledgeable. never really try to upsell me, and seem to point out what I need instead of what they want to sell. I can appreciate that. Prices are a little high or else 5 stars would be had :)

It's annoying that a professional can't transfer info from one phone to another. Screen was damaged and was told we would have to buy another screen in order to transfer the info to new phone. Almost 300 bucks. A quick YouTube search and a 20 dollar price of equipment. Did it myself. Thanks for the help!!!

Scheduled a appointment for 8:30 drove a hr to get there to get my phone fixed. their technician doesn't start until 10:00. complete waste of my time. I works in the mall is way better!

I will NEVER shop at this store again. Every time I go there, their is a problem. The computer system is down, the cash register drawer will not open, but today topped it off. I was in store on May 21 and bought a cordless phone battery and thought they ordered a battery for a baby monitor. Indicated it would be in 7-10 days. I call after 10 days and they say it will not be in until June 11. Today I call and battery is in, I guess they do not call you. I go to pick up battery and take monitor along. Battery does not fit. After waiting 3 weeks the employee had actually ordered a cordless phone battery which they have in stock in the store. I am DONE..

I chose Batteries + because they had the part I needed, but I rated them so high because of the customer service. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the transaction without any drama.

Had a 6pm appointment, arrived at 5:30. Was told by the tech he was leaving in an hour, and the fix would take an hour so he couldn t do it. He clearly did not want to go the extra mile to help a customer. Safe to safe I will be going elsewhere. Horrible service

Had the screen fall off my s5 and they refuse to install a replacement. Was very rude employees. Claim to replace screens??????"We fix it!It doesn't matter who broke your phone. We fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They won't refund your money for up to 10 days if your purchase is over $30, they will send you a check. Even if you pay in cash!!! They definitely needs to change their policies, I don't see how they are still in business.

I've needed to go here a few times and each time, these people knew exactly what I needed for my devices. They are a little more expensive than the mega hardware store in the area, but well worth it because they have the specialty items that you will not find locally and can't really order online because it's pretty expensive to ship big heavy batteries for lawn mowers or generators. Well worth it. I'll be back.
