Auto Solutions has some nice cars but genuinely even nicer people! I worked with Jason when I bought my Honda Civic earlier this month and that was the first I had met him. We spoke on the phone before I made the drive out to the dealership because I'm from MO and I felt like we could have talked for hours. I got there in person after getting to an agreeable price contingent on everything working out with the car and Jason was just as personable and kind as he was over the phone. I feel like I've known him my whole life! I recommend everybody looking to buy a used car to check out Jason's inventory. He's got a good selection and he will take good care of you. Thanks for all you do Jason! Awesome working with you!

We purchased a used truck from the team at Auto Solutions. Traveled from the St Louis area and it was worth the drive. Including test drive we were there 1.5 hours from arrival to driving off the lot. Worked with us in price and were genuine/up front the whole way through. Tons of great trucks on the lot and everyone who works there was friendly and made us feel part of the family.

For a 2014 ford mustang v6 priced at 15k. With 85k miles.These people demanded 3k down & $460/mo.Who charges almost $500/mo for a car that s 10yrs old & with a v6 engine?

Not All used car dealers are the same. The team at Auto Solutions Jason, Dave , Jeff and Jim are all stand up people and a cut above the rest. My wife bought her dream jeep from here and we had some issues with it.I called Jason his response was bring it back we will take care of it. We have have all heard that before. But the whole team made it right and the jeep runs beautifully. Buy here with confidence. The prices are great and the service after the sale is second to mone.

After putting in an inquiry about a 2015 Ford expedition, I received a phone call back and due to covid my credit is very challenging. I questioned as to who the lender was and have many friends who used this lender with much less than satisfied results. When I questioned about an alternative lender I was told well go get the money and we'll be happy to sell it to you in cash. Really? Seems to me even thought they don't use this company as a general lender they, Dave might have at least tried to see what he could do to contact this lender to see what we could do to use them. Poor professionalism if you ask. This isn't my first car or loan. Quote " CAC is our bread and butter we're number 1 in the state". Sure the bread and butter because they charge huge origination loan down payment and the finance guy makes a great commission. No problem with making money, but don't be greedy. I will not recommend this company for cars or trucks or financing to anyone.

Stopped in on a whim and left with a great vehicle at a great price. Friendly, helpful and great communication. Truck was clean and well maintained and got in and out QUICK. Definitely recommend! Extra thanks for following up and getting me the spare FOB that wasn't on site at time of purchase. Great business!

Bought a cute, affordable car but had an engine light come on a few days later. No worries. They had me bring it back and fixed it without a warranty, on their dime. Jason is amazing. Great customer service!!!

We bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Auto Solutions in Fairview Heights, Illinois.. Jason was the salesman, very stand up guy and true to his word. Got a very good deal and payments within our price range. He went above and beyond to make this purchase happen. Very pleased and no run around and no suprises when it was time to sign paperwork. Zach Heidrich worked VERY hard to make the impossible happen. We were in a bad situation with our previous car, credit wasn't great, but he found a way to get us into a great vehicle with a reasonable downpayment, 2 year warranty, and a payment that was within our budget. I put feelers out to everyone I know, even a family-owned dealership, and nobody else could give us a reasonable offer. Will be going back with a big wad of cash and better credit next time to reward this trustworthy dealer.

I know a bad review of a used car dealer - how could that be possible??Well this dealer lives up to the stereotype unfortunately.Saw a car listed on their website and called to confirm it was still available. Told "Yep we still got it." I asked how late they were open and told 6:30 but the car will be gone around 4:30 since the boss is driving it. Ok, kinda strange. I said I'll come in a little after lunch time to take a look at the car.Showed up at the dealer at the time we agreed on only to find the car I wanted not on the lot - when I asked where it was I was told "the boss took it." Clearly not happy that I had driven 30 minutes round trip to see this car, I said "kinda hard to sell a car when it's not on the lot" All I got back was "Yep." No I'm sorry to inconvenience you....or can I take your contact info and let you know when the car is back so you can come see it...or heaven forbid sorry we wasted so much of your time how about we bring the car to you to look at when we get it back....Well as I said there's a reason used car dealers and the sales people that work there get a certain reputation...and these guys earned every bit of it in my book...never gonna do business with these guys...not that it's that much of a big deal, running their business like this means they won't be around for long in any case.Take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere...I know I will.

My brother brought a truck 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500from them at the price of $16000 but it came out to $25000. The truck has had misfires, oil leaks, brakes gone bad and an oil switch issue within a 3 months time. He gave them $6400 down. They will rob you don t go to them.

Very disappointing to say the least. They ran my credit, I made an appointment, I took the day off work, drove an hour in bad Stl weather & one of the coldest days of the year, only to get there & he says "oh that car is being sold as we speak". When I told him I had an appointment & everything was done he said "oh sorry". Not the way I do business thats for sure...

I did not know that Google took reviews off!!! So I will post again!! Avoid this place like the plague. Purchased a truck that the springs were cut, seat mounts were re drilled with wood underneath as spacers, and will not trade me out or make it right. Now I'm stuck with a unsafe truck I have to pay for and I cant drive! BUYER BEWARE

I helped my son 2 years ago by awesome Jeep from these guys he hasn't had any problems with it although I did co-sign I didn't have to this time my daughter and Grandson each bought a vehicle here and when we just thought that we couldn't get the deal going the guys here worked it out they bend over backwards I am super pleased and very impressed
