Told part would be waiting to be picked up due to my time I had to meet up with Appliance appointment, part need to be relooked up, Told warranty was 3 years on the phone but was 1 year for the part. Good price on part and name brand

Took a '97 engine computer there to get it checked and flashed. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and flashed the computer with a program for the wrong type of vehicle model after being provided the correct VIN and form information. It did not work. Wen't back (close to 2hr drive from near Fieldon) to get a refund and was denied the several hundred dollars it cost. They did not offer to check it, and frankly it was a very poor experience. I don't care that it took nearly two weeks for them to get around to doing it, but I at least expected some information on what they did, or what they had found out. Nothing. The vehicle still runs like trash as I haven't gotten around to fixing it since this screwup.

AL s automotive drivers are rude & dangerous. I was waiting at a stoplight & could not see around the driver across the street from me & the person driving the Al s Automotive car was laying on the horn. I have observed the driver driving dangerously. He needs to be off the road!Spoke with the owner, Joe the following morning, May 27, 2021. He assured me that he would discover who the driver was at that time & location. He said one of his top priorities is safety on the road.

My husband always comes here for parts and they always treat him well. The staff is very informative and friendly. The prices are also really good.

Purchased a battery last year that went bad , called them and asked if they could warranty it out .. told me they don t keep any information on file and they have zero record of any parts purchased with they re company. Granted I should of kept a receipt yes but who does that !? Every parts store I ve ever been to keeps a record. Now I m out $200 thanks.
