I was passing through the area and had a leak from something in my tire. I called them 15 minutes before they closed and they said bring it on in and they would take care of it for me. Great customer service in a stressful situation!

Really came to my rescue one Sunday when I was driving to Kansas from Kentucky. I didn't want to buy tires from Walmart - I prefer to shop small businesses. They really had to work to get my locked lug nuts off (still haven't found the key - I think the dealership didn't give it back after they rotated the tires). Long story short, I got back on the road after road debris flattened 2 of my tires. A million thanks to this business!

Great customer service. Tire blew on a backroad on the camper, got the spare on and called vaughn s. They said come right in and we will fix it ASAP. Put on all new tires at a fair price and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Joe at Vaughans has exceptional customer service. My son is in Fairfield attending Frontier CC and playing baseball. We live in Indiana and were unable to make it to fix his truck. Joe was able to fix his truck quickly and at a better cost than other places in town. Also, for less than it would've taken us to drive there and fix ourselves. Thank you Joe!

They over torqued my lugnuts and stripped them down. And I never got an alignment sheet showing that everything was set correct. I was also told I had to buy 4 new tires from them or the alignment wouldn't be right. I've been to 3 different alignment shops after and they didnt even hint to selling me tires. Not sure if their machine is different or I got completely scammed.

Needed to get someone to help correct tire error. They weee going to charge me $15!!!! After 2 mechanics couldn t figure out how to reset )never seen that in my 70 years as a driver) I went to Walmart and they did it free.
