Had the clutch put in in my truck. Took it in on Monday afternoon and I had a call Tuesday at 1:00 and said it was done. I was really surprised it was done that quick. Good service I have no complaints. I have had my vehicle down there along with someone else's and I've never had any issues.

The only day I could travel and pick up my new truck was on their day off. They did not hesitate to accommodate my schedule and open up the dealership for me. I traveled from out of state to buy the vehicle. Everything was prepped and ready for me when I had arrived. It was very seamless. Best experience ever!! Thank you Sheldon and Patrick!!

Absolutely great service and very accommodating. After struggling to get King City in MTV (where I bought my truck) to do anything, even simple recall work I went to Lemonds. They did incredible work. Performed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend. Also recommend avoiding King City, especially service dept., at all costs

I had a transmission and water pump replaced at this location. I have had no issues so far. The work was done in a timely manner. We had good communication and I was treated well. I will use LeMond s again for any future service needed.

This was my first trip to Lemond s. I had computer problems with my 2022Ram 3500 which I bought at a different dealership. They got me in quickly and fixed most of the problems. Some problems are software issues which Ram has to figure out. They were professional and friendly. The problems are solved and when it s time to trade I will go there first!

They were quick to get all recalls fixed. The garage manager explained the recalls to us. When I went to pick up after getting fixed, they didn t have any paperwork for the work they had done. That was a little upsetting and the garage receptionist was a little rude about the paperwork. Otherwise, had a pleasant experience.

Great experience from the first second. Dennis made everything easy and answered all my questions. Ordered extras to be installed and was called the next day to be installed. Outstanding!

My Ram truck was in for warranty work and a complete service. Service personnel were very friendly, courteous and professional. Work was done as promised and done right! Highly recommend Lemond s service.

I always get excellent service at LeMonds. They always do what I took my in for and if they find something else that needs attention I'm informed before they fix it. The employees are always friendly and courteous.

Top shelf people and service. I have used many service providers for many brands of automobile service over the years, however LeMonds s stands head and shoulders over the rest. Whether on the phone or in person this facility really treats you well and is respectful. They work hard to get you back on the road and if something unforeseen arises they call before they do any more work. By doing this the customer knows the change in costs, parts, labor etc.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from lemonds in fairfield illinois they take care of their customers. Last week I had to have my truck towed to their shop they got me in that day had truck going the next day I will buy my next vehicle there.Thank you Jeremy.Here I am again gust had some warranty work done on my 2016 jeep cherokee limited. Bait and Switch on me and my wife. We saw a 2023 Renegade advertised as $11,096 off and in stock. Total price was $22,484 and blatantly posted on their website as a deal. We drove one hour, one way, to buy the car only to be told the price was close to $6k more, or $28k. Classic bait and switch so will never buy from this dealer. Wasted three hours, gas, etc. Their website still shows the "deal" so they must use it to get people in the door. IN this case the advertised price was not the price they would sell for.

When I get my vehicle serviced, the staff demonstrates much respect! If I don t understand something; they take the time to patiently explain things! They give me honest pricing! And they never try to sell me what I don t need!

It's been a while back sence I don't go there anymore but, They screwed up every thing I tried to have them do, on my car & the wife's town & country, final straw was nearly blowing up my grand am, I assume they must have been pulling off wires and vacuum hoses & told me they "needed to get in my engine", when they were just supposed to be changing a radiator hose, for the second time!,lol seriously I could smell the pistons burning!!Had to limp it up to Davis Marathon, bout a hour he had it running great again, no problems sence!
