Because of your employee Darnell, I ll never come back to this place. He s extremely rude and obnoxious. He obviously is there just for his paycheck. Losing customers will cost you more if you continue to pay him, and lose us.

I pulled into this Hucks parking lot while on a road trip, and I saw a guy hanging out the drive thru window vaping. When I pulled up to the window, the same guy took my order but he was still vaping, blowing the smoke out the window towards me, his name said James. He was rude and when I asked for a pack of cigarettes he made a younger girl go get them so he could stand there and vape. He also made her get my drink and food. From what I can see this person doesn't care about his job, even at a gas station. I hope he doesn't normally interact with customers, that would be an unfortunate place to get gas.

stopped in just a moment ago to get some food, cashier was out cold. I tried to use the mobile checkout, wouldn't work.

Today 6/18/2022, I was at the Fairfield illinois hucks store at approximately 9:22am bought one of the banana frozen drinks it tasted like soap , when I told them about it , they did nothing it cost $2.02 , didn't ask me if I wanted my money back or anything, to me that is the same thing as steeling, I mean if walked in to your store took something that had a value of two dollars, I would go to jail for retail theft, I probably won't buy anything from hucks again. I know it's just two dollars ,but come on with the prices high enough, we don't need lousy service

Very quaint town. Has a fresh made food. Restroom clean. People very nice.

Getting to the fuel was right due to this gas station being located right off of a 2 lane, and there is tight parking spaces

They didnt have stuff u would find in most stores like this it was not a bad experience. Most of The people who work there are super sweet and helpful
