K & S is the best. I recently purchased a new vehicle and they did everything for me and went the extra miles to obtain rebates for me. We're very fortunate to have such a nice dealership in town. A special shout out to Kara. I would trust her with anything!

The service we receive at K&S Ford is comparable to none! Rollie searched endlessly to find exactly the car we wanted! The car even has a few things we didn t even know we wanted! Thank you to Rollie and K&S for your continued service!

You have to call a week ahead of the time you want your car serviced, but being that busy proves they are doing something right. Reasonably priced and very friendly and reliable, what else can you ask for!

Couldn t be happier with the great treatment at K&S. Everyone was great, especially Rollie who found my parents the truck they wanted and handled everything in a casual low pressure environment. Highly recommend them, it was worth the 1 hour drive.

Outstanding service! Very happy with the purchase of my car. I have purchased several vehicles from K&S over the years and the staff has always been amazing. Also, the service department is great and dependable. Whenever you are in a need for a vehicle K&S is the place to go!!!!!!

The best car dealership I have ever been to. Staff was so kind and never pressured me to purchase. They made the buying process so easy...took only 45 minutes! The price of my car was much cheaper than the Kelly Blue Book value and they offered a fair amount for my trade in. I am one satisfied customer and will recommend them to any on my friends/family looking for a new car!

I found myself in the used car market while on a work trip to Indianapolis. While in Indy I was browsing on online sites to see what was available in that region (I'm from east central Iowa). I found a car like I was looking for at K and S Ford and Fairbury happened to be on my way home. I set up an appointment with Rollie and stopped by on my way home. It was exactly what I was looking for and decently priced. I told myself that if it was closer to home I wouldn't even have second thoughts. Rollie made the process seem like I was dealing with my hometown dealership. Great communication and follow through. Stress free and easy process, and he even arranged to meet half way (over 2 hours for him) to deliver. I appreciate him treating me like a local even though he probably assumed I would not be a repeat customer. After treatment like that, I will be sure to check them out next time I need a vehicle!

Extremely excellent service. K&S is very convenient for me, even more so in that they gave me a local ride to work and picked me up. Their service bay was clearly busy, clean and organized. Not the cheapest, but surprisingly reasonable. They fixed the brakes on my 2013 Nissan Altima, I asked for new rotors and those brakes are now smooth and quiet. They did a great job. Previously they changed my oil and rotated my tires. After they did that, the tire pressure readouts were perfectly symmetrical, so they didn't just fill the tires. I will be a repeat customer.

We found a great deal on 2008 ford F 150 online for our son to drive back and forth to college. We contacted the dealer and Kara responded and set up an appointment. We test drove the truck and it was as advertised. Kara was very helpful during the process and made it so easy. We would buy from them again if we ever needed another vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cant say enough about our experience at K & S Ford.

Had the privilege of working with Kara here while purchasing a vehicle. She went above and beyond to help us out over several days and she always addressed our concerns. She kept us informed almost daily with how our deal was progressing. She definitely deserves a raise, we have never had a car purchase go this smoothly. Ask for Kara, she's amazing!

Great customer service. I purchased a used truck for work. It had a/c issues that he said needed to be corrected before we could purchase the vehicle. As promised it was taken care of along with a few other issues that he noticed while driving around to make sure a/c was working properly. It was all done in a timely manner and he kept me posted on the progress. I will definitely see what they have to offer any time I need a vehicle in the future and highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Great experience buying 2017 Ford Fusion energy from K and S. Dave was very helpful with getting us a test drive set up and showing us the car. Kara was very helpful while filling out the paper work and showing us all the features before taking off. Would recommended to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have bought three vehicles from K and S ford , a new truck and a second Ford Edge . To say it best they are the small town dealership that cares and are willing to go the extra distance to make you happy !!! Nothing more can or needs to be said . Rollie and David both worked so hard to find just what we were looking for . It took several months and we had to change our search a little bit , but it all came together to get a truly one-of-a kind Edge . I would recommend them to anyone . The service department is top notch as well !

This is the first time I drove to Fairbury and check out a car at K&S Ford. Since we live in Morton it was about an hour drive. My wife and I were very pleased that we went. Dave who is the dealer principal was extremely nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. I certainly hope we can do business.

Drove a couple hours to get here to look at a specific vehicle. Salesman Rollie Foster was never pushy, but prompt with information and help and sent me pictures. Friendly non pushy small town....good deal on a used vehicle! Would go back!

Rollie Foster was very helpful in explaining the options available in the 2020 Ford Edge. This the second car I have purchased from K&S and I would recommend K&S to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Went to go see a Ford Escape... From the second I got there it felt very unprofessional. I was given the wrong keys to the vehicle, the dealer was unable to answer my questions and I felt my concerns were ignored. The brakes were shaky on the vehicle, the engine sounded weird and the car smelled horrible along with being dirty. When I brought up these concerns and said that I would like to get the car checked out at my mechanic the dealer replied saying he would allow it but first they needed to check the car in their shop because it hadn't been checked.... who sells a car is unaware of whats wrong with it and have not even checked? Along with all of these issues the dealer said he would not negotiate at all... Horrible experience and its places like this that give the car industry a bad rap.

This is one car dealership that gives Customer Service after purchasing a vehicle. They treat customers as if they want to buy your car back and give a good deal for the newer car you want to buy.
