Super nice and honest guys. You can immediately tell they re good guys, not trying to upsell you, not trying to do anything that doesn t need to be done: just taking care of you with very fair pricing. Will be making this my only stop for anything my car needs.

QuickStop did a great job on my car when I most needed it done quickly. My 2003 Cadillac was brought in and fixed in one day. I really do appreciate the work these guys did.

Rick is the manager I've been going here for over 15 years and the service is always great. They have been repairing my entire family's cars for years. The price is fair and they never try to over charge you. If you're having car trouble, I highly recommend this place. They make you feel welcome and thoroughly explain what they are going to fix.

Yes. Rick does mean well he is a great guy. However some of the workers does not do the work that are to be completed on your vehicle. Like I had break job done on both sides and it was only one side done. I was charged for a compete break job in the rear. Of course I went back to let them know about the situation and rick did apologize and offered me a half refund but I refused it I just will not go back thtere if you go to this shop ask for your old parks.Service: Brakes

Great place to go for your brakes and many other automotive needs! Rick, Ed, and the whole staff are really helpful and accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable and they are true to their name. The repairs are done very fast. This is really a Quick Stop. I highly recommend this shop.

Rick was nice to deal with, although he experience some time delay and got the right parts for my truck that fit and was happy to know he went the extra mile, I diffinetly would recommend him

They took me right in I had a stolen Catalytic converter missing O2 Sensor just say someone just jacked me up had to replace my exhaust system GREAT JOB THANKS

This shop is a hidden jewel on the South Side of Chicago. They always give excellent friendly service. The owner Rick is very professional and knowledgeable about foreign and domestic cars. They did a wonderful job on my front and back brakes for a reasonable price. I was quoted a mortgage price from another shop. Quick stop was very professional and informative about the needsof my car. I will definitely go back.

My friends recommended these guys and they did not disappoint! They lived up to the other excellent reviews I've read. Just all around great guys. Ed took my information, and although you don't need an appointment, they were very busy, but Ed said they'd work me in. Dustin (manager) got my vehicle in a bay within 30 minutes. And my service technician Tom had me out the door shortly after. In and out under an hour. Fast, quality work and at a great price. No more dealerships for me anymore. Thanks, guys!

These guys were awesome! My car broke down a couple of weeks ago and I called around so many places and this was the only place that had any availability. I got my car towed to the place and it was fixed the next day! They even gave me a ride to the train station so I could get home, highly recommend!

This place is absolutely the best around. No matter what you need their work is top notch. Had my exhaust completely replaced and the work they did was a work of art. Actually took pictures of it I was so impressed. I can not Express just how good the quality of work they do

Magnificent! I am not afraid as a female that they are taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. They have taught me something new each time I need them. Reasonable prices. Great service. ALL employees are kind not only to me, but senior citizens of the neighborhood. I've been a customer for over 25 years. 4 cars-one shop. Thank you for your service!

Excellent Customer Service. Very honest people, I appreciate the help from these guys as a single working mom. They care for your safety instead of other places who would overcharge. This review is long over due. The absolute best car repair shop--period. I moved away from Evergreen Park and I will drive forty minutes plus back to this shop (if possible) for any major repairs I need on my car.Great group of guys. Very honest, very straightforward, always very fair on price.They won't ever hit you with anything that doesn't need to be done or try to scare you into getting unneeded repairs, unlike 90% of other car repair places on the road.An honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find, I thoroughly appreciate everything Quick Stop has done for me and all the people I've referred to them.

I took my vehicle to this shop because I was having a noise that was coming from my front passenger side. This shop diagnosed my car wrong and told me it was the front brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced and also reassured me that replacing them would have solved the problem. Guess what? The noise is still there and I'm out of $375! First and last time going there, I feel like I was robbed without a gun!!!Update: I needed a drive shaft replaced, instead of brakes and rotors ...

The Staff has never let me down. Unfortunately as soon as I got my car paid for,r things naturally started to fail. Quick Stop has been fair, honest and amazing. No one else will touch my cars.

I needed headlights replaced for my Yukon, even though the shop was busy, they managed to squeeze me in, which was greatly appreciated because I was scared I would get a ticket my lights are now clear and bright!!!
