Really cool people, who care about customer service and are experts in the business. I called to inquire about replacing tires and rim repair...by the end of the night I had a new set of tires and rims reasonably priced!Wheels look amazing, and even though I came right at the end of the business day, the staff was very patient, answered all my questions and didn't rush to finish. I received quality service and I was more than satisfied with my experience there. The facility is very clean and they are very accommodating while you wait.I highly recommend these guys, and I'll certainly be doing business with them again.

I ve been to a lot of tire shops, custom wheels stores, and vehicle service centers. Kingdom Kustom wheels has by far the most positive ambience and individual customer experience. Don t let the small edifice fool you. Russell and the crew will take care of you. And they have access to 8 different lenders to support those who need a little help with financing.One draw back is that they don t do wheel alignments when you get new wheels and tires (maybe they will add this at a future date). Another area of growth is that they don t provide any protection for the rims they sell (but there are road hazard warrantees available for tires). So, if your rim gets cracked, they will direct you to another place on 81st and Racine. You can also purchase replacement wheels with them at full cost.I have replaced the wheels and tires on both my BMWs here. So far, I ve had to use one road hazard warranty to replace a tire (I still paid about $120 for labor and replacement of the warranty so, keep that in mind). I ve also had to order one replacement rim after about 3-4 months of having my new set. Still, I m happy with the service that was provided.I like giving honest feedback, because that s the only way businesses improve. I m glad to have a reputable wheel shop on the Southside, and I look forward to doing business with Kingdom Kustom Wheels again when I get my Tesla CyberTruck.

Absolutely love this place. I was able to get black rims for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and have it put on the same day. They were very professional, nice, and worked very fast. The place is very clean. Best customer service ever.

5+ stars, highly recommend! I tried this place because of the glowing reviews and now I'm adding my own because it all rings true. I went for a tire repair recently. It was taken care of quickly. This business has a great vibe - nice, clean waiting area with wifi and inspirational music playing. Everyone was kind, pleasant and professional - even got a helpful phone response when I called ahead with questions. I can't believe I drove past this place for so long before going - definitely my loss. Impressive, excellent business to support! And I also appreciate that they actually monitor and respond to their reviews. That says a lot about how they value their customers!

I ve recently went to my local rim shop and thought the advice i was given regarding my project was true and went with his recommendations. To my surprise they weren t the right recommendations and I hated the rims I bought but after research I came across Kingdom and gave them a call. The lady on the phone encouraged me to stop by and see if they could help. I stopped in and met Russ and the everyone at the shop. Very welcoming place with ALOT of options in stock which helped me make a more better informed decision with the expertise of Russ and Kingdom. We got everything right and I left with my project looking better than I could of imagined. I really appreciate all the hard work and patience and I will let anyone know about the GREAT work these folks up here do.JG

I ve been dealing with Kingdom Kustom since they opened and been dealing with the guys here even longer... They always go out of their way to make sure they get the job done right and the prices are fair... I don t trust anyone else with my vehicles when it comes to rims and tires

Amazing service. You come here and you won't need to go anywhere else. I operate off of referrals, and Russ was highly recommended to me. Im excited about my purchase and looking forward to the new shoes for my jaguar. Prices are exceptional, too.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I was overwhelmed trying to get new tires for a good price and everything else that comes with it. I called on Wednesday and inquired and I never followed up. Cordell called me Thursday and Friday to get me in and insured me that he can help me and get me new tires. I decided to go in and I was able to finance tires, they were very friendly, fast and knowledgeable! The owner Russ and the workers makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and like family. Thank you so much for all your help!

Just brought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe and I came to Kingdom kustom to get new rims and tires. The process was very easy and the staff is very welcoming. Reasonable prices and an overall great experience

Disappointing when I asked about my package from Wish being returned I was informed after giving specific details that said my package would be returned on a certain date, Russell the owner informed me no worries my package would be there he never sends Wish packages back. Well low and behold went to get my package and it was SENT back and still have no refund from Wish! So now I have to fight with them to get my money, don't have a dress and will never ever have anything sent there. So unprofessional. NOW I have lost 79% of the money I paid for the item. Deceitfulness at it's finest.

Great shop. Workers are really cool and down to earth. Reasonable prices. Rims are off the chain. Great quality. Stoped there for brakes and roters, because I was having problems with sqeaking of the brakes. They fixed the problem. Was so happy to get back on the road without the irritating noise. I would definitely recommend. They know what their doing, and you would not be disapointed.

Beware....Bad place too shop...I brought a New Set of Run flat tires from kingdom Kustom...I went back because...I was having trouble with one of the tires holding air....The owner told me to continue to drive on it and come back when the air goes out because he couldn t find anything....he states it will be ok because they are Run Flats... I purchased new tires not to have a tire problem and stopping paying $1.50 for air...kingdom Kustom should ve returned the tire as defective to the manufacturer. I had too call the police....the incident escalate that bad!!! King Kustom are Selling New Tires with a (As is) Policy with a warranty ...if their is a warranty in place something should ve been done about the tire!!!!The Owner Called me a Devil and stated for me not too come back too his establishment...he is taking people money!!!!!
