Racisim is ALIVE and well I see...My mother and I walked in around 1:55pm and a lady and red haired guy were at the registers...no one greeted us or anything then another guy(caucasion) walked in behind us and the lady greeted him..the red haired guy looked annoyed that he didn't want to service us and sighed every time he had to ask me a question about my car then I asked could someone install the lights if I purchase them and he said no which isn't true but I just ok and left

Horrible customer service!! The store manager is not willing to answer questions. Literally ignore a question that was asked of him. He was irritated and refused to answer any more questions. My husband is blind and he make his decision on verbal inf

We went in for wipers this evening on July 7, 2021. Ray assisted us by providing excellent customer service with patience. He went through the steps to apply the wipers and made sure we understood. I was impressed with his work ethic and positive energy.

I came into this location April 4th because I needed to purchase something to pour my coolant and power steering fluid into my car. The gentleman who was working at the time knew I wasn t certain about what I was doing, so he ask ma am do you need help I replied no. I did not want to be a bother I think his name was Angel. He was nice, he said I don t mind helping, I was worried because I didn t have money to tip. He said ma am I don t want your money, I can still help and show you what to do. I am truly grateful for his assistance and it shows you can still receive great customer service, even in a pandemic it s great people out here working.

My shopping experience was great!!! There was a woman sales associate that was extremely helpful. Went out of her way to explain things and extremely nice. I wish I had gotten her name...she is worth mentioning to management. This will be my new home for purchasing auto parts.

Came in for a steering wheel club and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Walked in and the young lady at the register greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. She then directed me to the correct section and once I was ready to be rang up she mentioned they were having a sale on car air fresheners which I partook in because she was so nice. She even opened my club with a nearby pair of scissors. Just A1 customer service, I will definitely be returning.

I m shopping for wiper blades and asked the old guy at the register, why would I pay $36/blade, when I can pay $20? This guy says, it wipes the rain better! So I m approached by a young fella (19-23) and he quickly runs down the value prop of the rain-x blade and delivers with confidence. I responded, damn, I hope he s not your manager, he needs help! He responds, no, I m the manager (slight chuckle)! Then he rings me out and says, it s raining, is your car outside? I ll help you out then on! (Smile) Me: WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!?Incredible.Man, I m proud of this young dude!!!! 5-stars.

The associates at this store are great. They helped me find my wiper blades and installed them on my car. Even though I knocked down a whole display of car fresheners they were still pleasant...LOL

Raell helped me with windshield wipers yesterday and he did such a good job. he was super helpful and friendly and didn t have any problems with putting them on for me. i ll definitely be coming back.

I usually only shop at this store to avoid the ignorance and lack parts available that you get from other autozone stores but yesterday 4-28-2021 they had a representative that blew my mind. I called the store last 4-19-2021 to inquire about an alternator that I have that is going bad and under warranty and to see if they could order me another. Please keep in mind I have done this before at this same location with no problems or inquiries. I received a call from the store stating that my part had come in and yesterday I had an opportunity to pick it up the part. When I walked in a young black lady tells me I can step down to her for help, I immediately inform her that I am there to pick up a replacement part for an alternator that is under warranty and that I received a call telling me that my part was ready to be picked up. I am not sure what part she missed but she asks me for the year make and model of the vehicle and i am puzzled as to why she needs that information based on what I had just said to her. I give her the information she asks for and she says they no longer make that part for my car... again I am baffled because I just told her that I am there to pick up a part that is waiting for me to pick it up, please keep in mind she hasn t asked me my name or phone number yet to look up that info. She tells me that they have to order the part and it takes a few days forIt to come in. For the third time I state that I am there to pick the part up and that it has already been ordered. Now she has an attitude and asks me for my information like she should have in the first place. I provide it and she says I don t have anything for you under your name, then she sees an item that is waiting to be picked up but not paid for and cross references the numbers and wouldn t you know it s my alternator. She asks me who ordered this part for me and I tell her someone that works at the store. I didn t get a name just a nice person who did their job over the phone. She pulls it out of the box, Places it on the counter and says you want to look at it? I m thinking she is comparing it to verify fitment but no she s waiting on me to pick it up snd says that s it. No apology, no I misheard what you said, nothing. It was also raining snd there was no offer to put the alternator in a bag or another box. Worst parts exchange experience ever.

Just had a great experience this evening at the autozone in evergreen park. Was in the area doing some shopping when I noticed my battery light came on and I had no power steering on the Mercedes I was driving. Had just passed autozone and caught them before closing time. Alex was a great help. He got my belt and I was on my way. Great customer service.

I have had bad experience with all AutoZone I went to until this location actually gave hope to AutoZone again. I was looking for oil for my car and James an employee of AutoZone.Was so helpful he took his time to actually know what was I looking for and what I needed. He is a model for all the rest of employees. He was not on a rush to get the job done but actually to help the customer. The store it self was okay is the same as all AutoZone but what really made the difference was the attitude of James. If you need to come to this location ask for James you won t regret it.

The store was ok. Did not have exactly what I needed, but I found a suitable replacement. The staff was very nice, and got a rush of customers out quick!!!!!
