The car service reps were courteous and answered all of my questions.My car was ready in about an hour and I also received a thorough diagnostic of any work that may be needed in the future. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.I now see why I had to wait almost 2 weeks for an oil change. This establishment stays busy.

Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Rhonda at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I had planned to just get an international driver's license, but while there asked if they could look at my car and they fit me in no problem. Truly a great place!

These guys should be ashamed of themselves. They took advantage of an 82 year old woman. She brought her car in for some bumper repairs and other items and they let her car go half fixed AND let it go with a major brake fluid leak from a caliper they replaced in the left rear. Not only that but the caliper was missing a mounting bolt. Luckily she stopped at our shop and we took care of her brake problem. Unreal.

Very pleasant experience. Front desk ladies were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I visited for my free passport photos as a plus member. I didn't know permitted drivers can be added to your membership for free.Thanks, Rhonda!!

Typical upcharge scam shop. Went in for front brake pads and they wouldn't swap them without replacing the calipers as well.I've been building vehicles and been repairing vehicles for over 20 years, engine swaps, performance mods, to entire suspension upgrades. I got lazy and decided to pay an "experienced" shop to do a simple MAINTENANCE repair. Thanks for reinforcing the reason I do my own work. SCAMMERS

I stopped in to obtain an International Driving Permit. The staff was extremely helpful. They were courteous, took my picture, and explained the process. It's a one-stop shop process. I walked out with the permit that day.

Had to get a battery replaced, they got me done in 2-3 hours. Made sure the batter was in stock before services took place. Will go back for sure.

Self service air machine is always supposedly down & some man name Clint is very rude & lazy and didn t want to put air in my tire or let me use theirs I get better service at Firestone or Sam s club auto which is close by.

Auto Shop - Scammers! Find another place! They make things up in terms of issues and needed repairs. Have caught them in several lies and will never step foot in there again.

I took my 2014 Dodge Caravan in to get the AC fixed and was quoted at $1,700. Five days later I picked my vehicle up and was told my final bill would be $2,500 instead!! The AC still didn t work!!I was livid and took it back since there is a 2 year warranty on the work. After another couple days my vehicle was ready. There was no a acknowledgment that $2500 is a lot of money!!I would not recommend AAA unless you don t mind paying an exorbitant price, being w/o your vehicle a week & a half, and having to take it back to make sure things were done properly.

I heard bad things about the AAA service center in North Riverside. I figured I would give this place a chance. NR tried charging me $246 for a coolant flush. This location tried charging me $169. Are you kidding me? Most places charge $140 max. I pay nearly $200 a year for premier AAA. I expected to at least get an affordable option for car services. Not only that the guy wasted my time on the phone for 10 minutes to arrange services only to tell me I can only make appointments for oil changes and other services are first come first serve only. I work a 9-5. Car services are supposed to be accessible to the working folk. This is not a doctor's office. My time and money is being disrespected. I ended up making an appointment with a local mechanic who did the coolant flush for $99 instead. This place is a joke, which is a shame because I love AAA overall.

I read the maintenance department and was referred to Brenda and it only got better from there !!!! I needed a battery replaced that was under warranty and everyone told me that they could not locate that battery but Brenda told me if I waited a while she would check with her Battery Man and see if she could not locate it and she did!!!! It took a minute but with do diligence she provided what I really needed. !!!! The warranty was honored the battery was replaced and I was blessed to be able to use my vehicle without fear of the breaking down because I needed a battery!!!! I would recommend her and her shop to anyone who needed service !!!#

Unprofessional staff with attitude out of this world. When I left after getting an oil change, a mechanic called me profusely and said he left his iPhone in my car and instructed me to check under the seats and around my car.(P.S. the phone wasn t in my car and why are you under my car seat when I need an oil change?)The workers are very unprofessional and have bad attitudes. But I hate to say that s expected when you go to the Southside for a simple service.

The team was nice about my concerns and looked my car over to determine what was causing the noise under my car. I only had to wait a couple of hours. Everyone was very pleasant and professional as always. I then was shown the problems with my car and time to decide what repair sneeded to be done. I have recommended this location to my family members.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very polite and communicative customer service, but it's hard to get in to get their cat maintenance services. Too hard, so I'll go somewhere else.

I bought my car to AAA because my check engine light was on and I needed to pass the emissions test. The repairs were done faster than I expected. However, my car was rejected a number of times because it was not ready . I was told by the air team techs I needed to drive the car through a number of cycles to get it ready. I went back for an emissions testing several more times until I had to bring documentation to prove the repairs that had been done. Each time I return to AAA and they gave me the repairs documentation I asked for and checked my car to make sure it was still good. However three of the times I brought the papers from AAA the emissions testing people asked for more. The fourth time Brenda was very specific on the documentation and I was able to pass the test. The AAA team on 91st and Western were amazing each and every time. They were understanding, kind and compassionate. I ll definitely go back and recommend others to go there.Service: Auto emissions testing

Horrible experience with AAA this time. My car went out on Saturdayand I had AAA tow it to the shop on 91st and Western. It was about 2:00 p.m. when it arrived so I thought the would at least look at it. I knew the were closed on Sunday so Monday I called and was told I was number 2 in lineBy Tuesday afternoon I was still number two in line with other cars in front of me. Huh!!??? Who can't count? Then I was told that I needed to understand that my car was not running and they would have to move several cars out of the way to push it inside. Duh!!! That's why it's in the shop it not running and pushing it is part of your job. I got my car out of that place and went somewhere else and they looked at it the same day. Evergreen park AAAe has got to do better

I had my 2018 Jeep Compass serviced for an oil change and tire rotation on 7-25-22 Monday afternoon. All went well no problems to report. All staff are great . I have no Complaints. And their prices are good . Whoowoo...

I went to the shop because of my AAA subscription and they provided a superb service. I got text updates about my vehicle's state and called when I wanted a fuller account. The staff was very nice and accommodating, Nathalie worked with me through my case and she was always open, honest and responsive to my needs.I needed to change the starter of my car and specifically asked not to get any further diagnostic (as I had strong suspicions that the problem was my starter which died). So they only charged me for the starter and the labor, but not any diagnostic fee. They changed the starter and the car worked, later it had a small issue for which it had trouble starting and although they had agreed to only change the starter as the car had initially moved and then it didn't (although the starter was turning on) they offered to re-install a different starter just to be sure that it was working. They were super responsive and open to assessing their work even going beyond what could have been expected. They changed the starter and the car worked and continued to be informative and open all throughout the process. My special thanks to Nathalie and the manager who were incredibly understanding and thoughtful about my situation. Also the mechanic was very nice and took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue and the step-by-step of what they were going to do.

Generally reliable & thorough service. It usually takes a week plus to get an appointment. With the oil change, they'll inspect fluids, filters and for other maintenance needs, or they used to. I just replaced my cabin filter that was HIDEOUS. I do believe they dropped the ball on that one because I can't recall when I last changed it. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the service. Not cheap but the service usually matches the rate.

Did not go because after I made an appointment, I was called and informed that the only appointments were minor services like oil changes. When I tried to make an appointment for an oil change last year, I was called and was told, the only appointments were for major services. That's why I made an appointment. I decided to go elsewhere for my service because they can't get it together and decide what type of services a customer can make an appointment for.

Ehhhhh.... I've had better luck at the AAA Skokie location. It seems as if they don't do as good a job here at evergreen park at diagnosing the issues. Three times I've gone there with an issue, three times that wasn't the issue. It's been a money pit.

Brenda from AAA is awesome! She is the facility manager and is more than insightful with letting you know what s going on with your car. She is honest and let s you know what you need and what they can and can t do. I feel like she always goes the extra mile when I need help with my car. Service from this facility is always great. Customer service is always above average which is rare at majority places you go to. I go here for all my car care needs. Try them out and see for yourself.

On 3-12-22 I took my car into AAA for service with an engine light on. I thought that everyone there was professional and helpful. Mr. Eugene was extremely professional when speaking to me. I would recommend that you take your car here for my service. My car started up like a charm.

I ve been coming here for the last couple years to get oil changes and other maintenance for my car. Always had amazing experiences. The place is always very clean and the staff is usually very helpful and nice. Until my most recent visit. I had a failing triple aaa battery in my car with a warranty so it shouldn t had been to hard to get replaced, correct? Wrong. This is probably my worst maintenance experience ever. Demetrick was extremely rude and unhelpful. The only people who were helpful were Mark and Nicole. I ve been a triple aaa member for over 10 years and I don t see myself spending another dime at this facility.
