If you want to get your car done and have some serious issues you gotta get fixed. This is the best place you can come to. Highly recommend. Will treat you with respect and not waste your time. If you know prices then you should know that these guys are very reasonable. I'll keep coming back and my mom was the one who told me about this place. Great guys working here.

So happy with their service. They always offer a fair price and do the repairs fast and on time. Never ever had a problem. I finally found a repair shop I trust. I had an issue with my Toyota Prius at another mechanic and was quoted thousands of dollars to replace the transmission. I took the car to Premier Motorwerks and asked Mohammad to take a look, and within 30 minutes Mohammad came back to me with another diagnosis and a much lower cost repair. He got the job done within a few hours and my car has been running like a dream ever since. I cannot thank Mohammad enough for saving me the thousands of dollars I was going to spend at the other mechanic, for being truthful about his findings and not cheating me when he knew what the other mechanic said, and the surprisingly quick turnaround time to have my car ready to go. I highly recommend Mohammad for all auto repair needs to anybody

Went in for an oil change and my mechanic approached me and stated I needed breaks- he was worried about the safety of myself and my kids once he seen how bad they were. So thankfully I ended up getting my breaks done as well. Once the parts arrived he had the job done in no time at a very fair price! Brought our 2014 Prius V in several times and always had a good experience. Most recently, I had a weird problem where the transmission wouldn't engage and the car wouldn't budge ("P lock malfunction"). Ultimately, they couldn't find anything wrong and the car seemed to heal itself so they didn't charge me a dime. Problem has not recurred so far. I don't know them or their friends/family...just came in randomly off the street, and I can't understand why others give them one star. Some people expect a lot in the customer service department. If you are one of those people, take your car to the dealer. I wouldn't have charged my worst enemy what they charged me$6,000 are you serious.When you sign the forms they can keep your truck or car till you pay the bill. Never ever again in my life will I trust another mechanic.

This place will lie to your face in order to save themselves. My friend had his oil changed here and within 20 minutes of leaving this place his drain plug fell out and blew his engine. They then tried to claim that he had a hole in the block and that is why his engine blew (how does that explain the drain plug falling off). They also claimed drum breaks were better than drilled and slotted rotors. Absolutely ridiculous.Service: Oil change

Beware these guys are very shady so go there at your own risk. I don t usually leave online reviews but people deserve to know the truth. they ll overcharged you and mess up your car. Please don t go there! They just scam people they did some work for me and charged me a lot of money and my car was still broken and funny story the same parts that they supposedly changed were the ones broken and I had to replace them again somewhere else. They did not care to even replace the parts or help us fix the problem. Just a bunch of scammers.

I was referred here by a friend of mine who used to live in the area. The reviews were good, so I decided to give them a try. I called them at 8am on a Wednesday morning and spoke to Moon. I let him know that my car was turning over, would run for a minute and then turned off. I had planned to have it towed in that afternoon before closing. The car was dropped off around 5pm on Wednesday afternoon and I was told that they would look at it in the morning.Thursday morning I did not hear from Moon. Early afternoon, I called and was told that they were very backed up and that they would get my car on the lift to look at next.Friday came and I tried calling multiple times through the day and was never able to get through to them. The phone would ring and ring and the voicemail was full. After work, I had my boyfriend take me over before closing to get a status update. Moon advised that he was very backed up and had one of his mechanics quit on him unexpectedly. He advised that he would give me a call tomorrow (Saturday) and would let me know what was going on with the car.Saturday around 2:30pm I get a voicemail from Moon advising that my car is done and ready to be picked up. I NEVER received a call to let me know what was wrong with my car and to approve that they do work on my car! I tried a few times the rest of the Saturday afternoon and again the phone would ring and ring and the voicemail was full.Come Monday (they are closed Sunday to my knowledge) I called first thing and was told that the car was fix and ready for pick up. I asked what the issue was with the car and Moon explained that it was a censor that needed to be replaced. I then asked what the total was and he replied that it was $450 for the censor replacement and the diagnostic testing to find out what was wrong with the car. I was taken aback by the high price and looked into what it should cost to get this censor replaced. I was advised by multiple reliable sources (online estimators, family who has been in used auto parts for many years, etc) that the censor is about $100 and takes maybe about 30 minutes to replace. The total on all of it should be $300 at maximum!I now felt like I had to pay them in order to get my car back despite the extremely high price and not asking me for authorization first! Upon arrival to the shop on Monday afternoon, I was handed an invoice that simply listed the censor fix and a price of $450. There was no break out of how much the part cost and how much labor was. In an effort to give Moon another chance, I asked for a break down of the parts and labor. He proceeded to show me a new censor that was $155 on the Auto Zone website. As I said, I had done my research and the part on the same website was only about $100. I then asked Moon about the labor. He advised that it took them 6 hours to figure out what was wrong with the car and that he was not charging my for all of that time. He also threw in that he was not going to charge me tax. At this point, I felt incredibly patronized and taken advantage of. I decided that if this is how this place does business that they clearly need the money more than I do. I paid Moon in full and decided that I learned my lesson and that I will not return.I have worked in customer service jobs my who life and am very understanding of a lot of things, but this situation had MANY issues. The lack of communication and customer service, combined with the extreme overpricing, is just completely ridiculous. I do not suggest that anyone take their car here!

BEWARE!!! I am writing to warn people to not do business with these mechanics. I went there in January for an oil change and seal 2 tires. 2 weeks later my car was smoking and the battery light came on.. I had it towed back there over a week ago with NO service done on my car. It sat in the back alley for 1 week. They don t answer the phone, I didn t have any updates on the status of my car, I called multiple times with no return calls. I finally went there and they gave me some excuse that they were sick a few days. I tried to be compassionate however by Monday the following week my car was STILL NOT serviced. They damaged my car when they did oil change and refused to service my car. They are shady and unethical. I had my car towed for a 2nd time to another mechanic- I wasted $120 in tows.. and over $160 a week in Lyfts getting to work and school for my child! Do not take your car here! They are horrible. These reveiws have to be friends or family. LIES!

In August of 2015, I took my car to get an oil change here. After picking up my car and driving for 20 minutes, my engine blew up. My cars drain plug had shot out while on the freeway. They REFUSED so compensate me for my engine and could not even own up to their mistake, which was obvious. If you don't mind the slight possibility these guys might screw you over and then be shysters about it if you find out, I would suggest getting a simple oil change done somewhere else.

Premier Motowerks is a place to go if you honestly need well skilled and dedicated people to take care of your vehicle be it tires, battery, oil change and other auto care with reasonable charges. This place is managed by this man called MOON, a very nice and honest person that will make sure you smile whenever you pick up your car after repairs. Keep the good work going Moon. Stay blessed.
