Since I moved here from NJ I have been taking my car there for regular maintenance and any issues that come up. The owner is amazing. I'm able to call in advance, then come in the morning, leave my car and pick it up when I come back from work.What I really appreciate is that he is an honest business owner, he tells me exactly what is wrong and charges me a fair price for it.I took my car here once thinking that I need new brakes, he took a look at it and told me that my brakes were still in good shape and no need to change them yet.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I needed a new clutch for my manual transmission. Another shop diagnosed the issue and wanted to charge me double what power king charged. The owner is genuine and takes care of his customers. I highly recommend this repair shop. I will be back in a few weeks to get brake work done. If your looking for quality repairs from a good person for a good price .go here! They gave me a price , ordered the parts and repaired it quickly.Service: Transmission

Mike is a great diagnostician. He quickly and efficiently solved a problem with my engine miss-firing. Would not go anywhere else to get my work done. He is careful to do the work properly and stands behind any warranty on work that he does. Very honest and his hourly rate are very reasonable.

One of the best shops I've ever been to! I took my car that's getting close to 19 years old to multiple mechanics, and Mike was by far the most helpful and friendly mechanic I've had look at my car. Great work and very affordable. Can't recommend enough.

I took my car for Power King Auto Repair and they did very excellent job. Really this is the best mechanic shop in Chicago (Quality + Price). I came all the way from Shorewood IL to fix my car here. I skipped so many shops on the way. THANK YOU MIKE. YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Mike is the best! I was recommended this place by a friend and I could not be happier with the service. Being new to the area, I was weary of being ripped off or having low quality work done, but Power King did great service extremely fast for a good price, and Mike is very responsive to messages and phone calls. I will definitely be going to him for all of my repairs.

I have been to Power King for several years and trust them with all my cars. Mike & the guys always do a great job, are respectful and finish work as promised. The estimates they give are always accurate, and if an unexpected cost comes up while repairing your car (very rare), they will call you to confirm the work/cost increase. My father & mother, brothers, me and my wife all take our cars there. I've had several times where I've asked for inspections and nothing wrong was found & I was not charged. A++

Mike is Honest, Trustworthy and Professional. I've worked with Mike for over 10 years. He serviced my small Limousine Fleet as well as my personal cars. I can count on his diagnosis. "Great guy".

Mike was at his place of business with one "client". No cars in ggarage.I had sensor replaced that I've had worked on twice in the past year. Ran a diagnostic that costed 150, then kept my car for two days for testing. Wouldn't call me with updates, but I called frequently. At least the car is running kinda normal. Gave me the bad sensor and suggested my "boyfriend" can check it, but it my car. I paid for quality work, I think that's what I got. Wish my receipt was itemized for warranty purposes

I met the owners at the nearby starbucks, and asked them if they could help me with my car. It's a 20-year old Buick, so has seen better days. But they were able to repair its ailments promptly and at a reasonable price.

The guys at power king did their best as fast as they could for my car. They also brought the price down as much as they could for me. glad they got my car running again!!! will come here again if needed

They tried to put an old transmission on our car and charge us as if it were new. A month after the "repair" another component in the engine broke.

I wish I would have know this place long time ago I used to go to different mechanic shops and I used to end up paying for the same problem I had with my car I spend $800 and I still have that problem and then I went to Power King it took them half an hour to figure out the problem and they charged me fifty bucks now my car is back to normal go there and try this place you're not going to lose nothing they're really good I'll give them 5
