Thanks to Robert and GreatWater 360 team for the quick repair of our minivan! We needed four new tires and they were able to replace them the same day. Vehicle was towed to them at 9am and work was done by 2pm. Received an estimate via a link and was able to speak with someone to revise. Fair prices and courteous service. Highly recommend!

Went in for a slow leak in my tire. The guys I spoke to in store were really nice. Quoted me $27 for the leak repair. Turns out the nail was too close to the sidewall for repair. Had to replace the tire. They offered same day service, but I couldn t make it. They got the tire and I went back the next day to have it changed. Changing the tire only took 30 minutes. Decent price. Great service. Bonus: they know how to work on Tesla cars. Apparently this isn t common. Some places I called wouldn t work on Tesla s at all.I have them bookmarked now as my go to for tire repairs.

I went in to get my car looked at before a long road trip and I have to say out of all the shops I've gone to this one made me feel right at home! As a younger female, I've had a lot a bad experiences w/ employees at repair shops. A lot of times they would talk down to me or give me some snarky remarks. But at greatwater they talk you through everything going on and the person at the desk was so social I completely forgot the dread that comes with going to an auto repair shop. Not only that, but I had a few things wrong with my car and they gave me so many different quotes and options to better suit my budget. They were also very patient as I tried to figure out what route I wanted to go. I will definitely be coming back and I've made sure to tell anyone I know about the great service I experienced.

The new owners of this location have made a couple of management changes over the past two years, and I think they ve finally found a winner in the new manager, Robert, and his team they re highly skilled, knowledgable, and friendly. They caught issues in my older vehicle that previously went unaddressed. And the pricing is reasonable and honest, and service is delivered on time as promised. I feel safe again driving my car, which handles better than it has in a long time. These guys run a great shop on time work, fair prices. They send a text with your full service report and offers with deals on future services. On time, clean. Nice people. Thumbs up.

Great water could not have been more accommodating to a traveler from out of town. After running over a curb the night before and then observing fluid running out from under the car, I was reluctant to get on the road the following day without having my car checked out. They immediately took the time to check my car out and I was on the road the following morning. I highly recommend them. Last week I went to the Butitta Auto Repair on Alpine Rd. in Rockford, Illinois. I can't express enough how great their service was. I also liked the way they texted and called regarding parts my car needed and why. They are a group that I would recommend highly, and I decided I won't see anybody else for handling my car needs. This shop was phenomenal to work with! I called and they fit me in immediately to do a tire repair. Tom was great to work with and made the entire experience a great one. I had a wonderful experience. Tom, the manager took great care of me and Tariq the head mechanic thoroughly checked my engine. I found him to be very knowledgeable. Both were very professional. Absolutely fantastic service! Matt was patient and very understanding. The job was done extremely quick (much earlier then expected) and Matt was happy to accommodate every need or concern I had regarding my vehicle. The pricing was competitive for Evanston and was definitely worth it! You will not be disappointed with Wil-Ridge Auto.

We had the tires replaced on our Jeep at Will Ridge. The service manager, Matt, does an excellent job. He recommended several sets of tires and did not try to promote the most expensive option. I've been using Wil-Ridge for well over 20 years. New owners have continued the delivery of great service! I got a nail in my tire late in the day while everyone was getting ready for the New Year holiday weekend. As they were about to close, manager Matt told me to come on in and they would patch me up! I called Wil-Ridge Auto in a near-panic when my car s back tire started making a hissing sound. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and told me I could come in right away. When I arrived, the same friendly man immediately took my car in and said he could already see there was a nail in the tire. Within literally about 5 minutes, he had the tire fixed, checked all my other tires, and refilled my washer fluid. Best service and best/easiest auto repair experience ever!!! I have been taking our cars to Wil ridge for about 9 years now. Very convenient because short walk home. They have always been very good. I heard there was change of ownership just when a car needed to be serviced. I was not happy about the news. A good car repair that you can trust is so pleasant.BUT the new owner was gracious with an unusual need. The staff was so positive.I hope the new owners well.sorry i am not sure what 5 stars means. i just know that service was very good.Services: Battery, Oil change

I've been taking our cars to Wil-Ridge for nearly 5 years. They never disappoint. They're friendly, know me by name, explain everything they do, and get the work done when promised. The price is always fair, and usually a lot less than at the dealer's repair shop. Now that the shop is under new management, we have been bringing all of our potential used car purchases here for PPIs. Matt is professional, courteous, great to work with with, and helped us from making some bad purchase decisions - saving us serious dough. Their follow up online reports are thorough with clear pictures and videos so we knew exactly what the mechanics were talking about instead of just taking someone s word for it.
