William went above and beyond to change my battery when no other place could. I was in a tough spot and needed a battery right away because my car would die every time it shut off. He even went to another store to get the battery I needed because it wasn t in stock at this location. So grateful for him and the wonderful employees at this Autozone location!!

Although my purchase was minor for AZ (license plate holder and screws), it was a major help to me for the salesperson to offer to help me by putting the plate and holder on the front of my new used car...in the rain! She wouldn't even take a "tip" from me. I fractured the knee cap on my left knee a few weeks ago, and it has been a huge hassle for every step in registering my car. Thank you Auto Zone for making the last step manageable and even pleasant!

The manager here was absolutely phenomenal! He guided me in the right direction for what was needed for my car and it resolved my problem. The store is always in meticulous condition and the staff is extremely helpful!

The crew in here always seem to be rooting for the people willing to work on there own rigs. I like that very be when I m in a DIY mindset. It doesn t hurt either always getting discounts for just being an Auto Zone member.

I went here to have my battery replaced. Kristin was such a big help! He was personable and knowledgeable but not pushy. I felt like he was honest and not just trying to sell me. I ultimately chose a product diff from what he suggested but he didnt get rude or dismissive; he was still super pleasant and thorough. I'd highly recommend this location specifically if he's there.

Kristin was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. An excellent multitasker, extended his hands to other customers while doing amazon job with install a new battery and brake lights for us. Hands down one of the best retail experiences I have had in a very long time. I had to return a wiper blade that did not fit my car, so I went to Autozone to exchange the blade for the right size. I believe it was the store manager that was assisting me. He was incredibly helpful and quick. Haven't experienced customer service like this in a very long time. Highly recommend visiting this location.

Amazing.... kristin is just the best he knows his stuff. You need him to train everybody. His skills are incredible. He knows what he's doing and his great customers. Love this guy on the autozone I come to now .....this my store this my guy!!!!

Rewards program is generally useless. Spend $20, get 1 credit. Spend $200, and you still just get 1 credit. Only way to make use of this program is to break all of your purchases into $20-25 increments, and avoid any single item over $25, because you won't get anything more than just 1 credit. For larger purchases you might be better off going elsewhere.

Kristin, the store manager was literally the hero. We came in looking for a screw for my girlfriend s spare tire holder. He saw us struggling and stepped in. Went above and beyond.

Kevin was so kind and helpful. He tested my battery and realized the screws were pretty loose, and tightened them up for me! He answered all of my questions and had a genuine conversation with me that made me feel like he really cared about helping me learn and get my car issue fixed. Thank you!

I Really hope this message gets to the associates that assisted me. Before coming the location, I called and was helped by Dantasia. She helped me over the phone with discovering my warranty I had on my car battery. She was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I needed. She pulled up my account and explained my benefits of my policy. I really appreciate it. I think she went above and beyond in customer service. Upon my arrival, she knew who I was when I entered the store. This was another plus. While I was there, I assisted by another great associate, Oscar. He helped me with my battery and assisted me with the right tools I needed to exchange my battery. He was also kind and polite and answered my questions concerning replacement of my battery. He was very patience with me. I appreciate this. Both employees went above and beyond to help me. They did great because the store was just about to close and I was in an emergency situation which I needed to exchange my battery. Please tell both employees I say thank you for their above and beyond service. I ask that you reward them with some type of gift card, award service or lunch. They are very essential and very customer service prone. Thank you....

Great location. Helpful staff. AutoZone does so more than the other guys. They've got the tools and they aren't afraid to use or let you use them. AutoZone is the only place I go for batteries now. The battery test works. If you suspect you have a problem go find out. Only takes a minute.
