I needed my wipers replaced and Shawn was super helpful and friendly. He went way beyond what was expected, opening up multiple wiper blades packages until he found the right one and he even fitted them onto my car. Best service I've ever gotten at an auto parts store by far.

Sadly, this location provided some of the worst customer service. I went to look for a part for a Toyota Camry. I was the only customer in the store when I walked in, and there were two representatives working at the time. It took several minutes for them to acknowledge me standing in front of them at the front counter.The first rep was talking to someone on the phone, and he didn't pay me any mind. The second rep walked around for a few minutes writing down something on a notepad. I understand that people are busy, but it's vital to at least acknowledge a client when they're standing right in front of you.Once they asked me what part I needed, the rep took over five minutes searching for the part on the computer aimlessly. Then, he answered the phone and walked away without resolving my customer need. At this point, I was one of two customers in the entire building. I left the store and haven't been back.

DO NOT GO HERE. All of the employees had their masks around their necks, even when I was trying to check out, no one bothered to pull it over their nose and mouth. It's a small, cramped store, not a lot of room to social distance, and none of the employees are interested in protecting themselves or their customers

Very impressed with the service! Ken went ahead and installed my wiper in the parking lot for me upon purchasing it. Saved me a headache that s for sure! Thanks again, I ll be back next time for any parts.

Well i must say i had a really bad day when i decided to visit This store..The guy named CARLOS.R WAS THE RUDEST GUY I HAVE EVER MET.. shocking is how this kinda person got hired for customer service!!!after reading reviews i felt im not the only one..so the Management should do something or just stay asleep..good night.

They were not able to sell me or order a lift support for my 2006 car. Very disappointing. I wanted to support a local business but they didn't have my part.

Do not purchase from this location especially the guy named Keith. For some reason he picks and chooses who to sell merchandise too. I will be calling the headquarters about this location.

I've been going to this store for years. I recently had a belt issue on my truck. The manager, Carlos, helped to resolve the problem very well! and my truck is purring like a kitten!
