Not a review type person at all. Bought a vehicle from Sam Lehman Chev. in Eureka. Quality people, true professionals. I have bought vehicles at various dealers over the years, and no real standouts, mostly disappointments. Sales and Finance, know there product, give you options so you can make an informed decision, with no pressure. The way it should be. The Eureka store has my business in the future.

The owner of this dealership sold me a vehicle that had immediate brake failure (less than 3 weeks of ownership) and then refused to cover the entirety of the cost to fix the issue. I am a single mom to two young children and trusted that this dealership would put my family in a safe vehicle. I urge anyone browsing to take your business elsewhere. This dealership does not care about its customers whatsoever.

The 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV has been a complete nightmare, started having problems in the 14 mile trip home. No complaints with my salesperson, office staff.The service staff appears to have no interest whatsoever about the problems with this LEMON.

Zach was great to work with. He had everything ready when I arrived to pick up my new truck. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming as well. I especially appreciate the music they chose to play in the showroom. Although the dealership is a couple of hours from my home, I will definitely shop here again!

Walked in and waited more than 20 min. Didn't get any help. Went to Decatur and bought a truck over there. Was trying to keep the money local and in Bloomington but didn't feel the love over here. Got a Great Deal at Midwest Diesel Trucks in Decatur. Great clean trucks and they work with your budget. Ask for Noah.

Over priced on their used vehicles found the same truck I was looking at in another town which had 68,000 less miles for the same price which came with a warranty at no extra charge and Sam leman dealership couldn t price match

The attention from the dealer's staff was the best, they were very kind, definitely if I had to travel from NY to Chicago by another vehicle I would, Stephen Bertschi was the person who attended me and gave a service that I had never actually received from any dealer. They picked me up at the airport and I had all the documents ready, I definitely recommend them.

Josh was awesome to deal with very informative and patient. The atmosphere was very comfortable and very friendly. Unbelievable customer service! I am from Ohio and they had the truck I wanted. After a few emails and phone calls from their great, attentive salesman Brian Banwart I made a deposit for them to hold my truck.Wanting to only make the 325 mile trip once, to assure me, Brian sent extra photos of the truck without hesitation. This included crawling under the truck to obtain a view to show me an after market accessory I had a question about.Upon doing the usual "dance of negotiation" we agreed on a deal that I felt comfortable with to do over such a long distance. But then, a "glitch" came up. I wanted to pay for the truck with a Cashiers Check from my bank as I did not want to carry that much cash across three states or take a loan with them. Unfortunately, their company policy does not allow that with out of state customers because of fraud in the pastSo, being from the old school and use to doing business in this way I was not "happy". HOWEVER....after having a reassuring phone conversation with Sales Manager Stephen Bertschi,( we came to a mutual, long distance handshake deal. I was able to wire them the money directly to their bank with the assurance that if it was NOT the truck or something happened to the truck before I arrived, the money would be returned to my account in full. At that time I knew we had a deal.Upon arrival the truck was shined up and ready to go. Brian knew his product, even though it wasn't a GM vehicle.The Chevy dealer sales manager Stephen even proceeded to inform me that my "new" Ford truck had a heated tailgate. ...(so your hands didn't get cold pushing it home in the winter) And I proceeded to take his joke, hook, line and sinker. Great to business with friendly, fun people!If you are looking to do business with honest, hardworking and friendly people, whether it be from local or across several states, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!The only downside of dealing long distance is that I will not be able to have my service work done by them should the need arise. I know that I could trust them.GREAT JOB, TEAM LEMAN, EUREKA, ILLINOIS! Thanks for providing good old fashioned customer service!

Can I give zero stars? I am completely dissatisfied with this business. I told them I was coming straight there after work to buy a vehicle I had my heart set on and they completely sold it from under me!! I already had bank approval ready and was going to trade in my car for them! a 2020 for that matter for a 2011! I will never shop or recommend this place to anyone because I do not want them to experience what I went through.Green Chevy agreed to hold the vehicle for me this we agreed, and they honored that and I bought their vehicle... but no to Sam Leman of Eureka. Sorry for the rant but much needed to inform new buyers.

Service was performed right on scheduled appt time, done quickly. Oil change, tire rotation and free car wash completed within 30-40 min. Also happily cleaned my hard-to-reach interior windshield glass. Service dept is very courteous and efficient. Recently when I stopped in without appt due to very low tire pressure, service quickly took care of the issue.

Our check engine light came on and my husband called to check on that. They told him there was a recall on a part that they could repair. We set up an appointment to have that done. Took it in and waited for it. They had it fixed quickly and the service guy was friendly and helpful. They even gave my car a wash! Appreciate the ease and friendliness with which this repair was handled. Thank you!

First of all they kept my car for 3 weeks just to find out it was the starter which we had come that conclusion from day 1. But during the course of the time it there I was told that there were 20 lines to the starter and they had to checked one by one. And then when I asked could it be diagnostically I was told no. But I was sending a tow truck for my car they charged me $139 for a diagnostic check. I could have my car towed home without paying that. And to start my car would be almost $800 and that wasn t going to be the final price. I felt I was done unfairly and also an injustice and I believe it was all because I am woman. I will never do busy with Sam Leman. My car is still not running

I typically do not write reviews about any product, people and/or service, etc... but I feel as though this is one review I need to leave... First, if anyone reading this is looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend going to Sam Leman, in EUREKA. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Sam Leman in EUREKA!!!After a HORRIFIC truck buying experience, just in May (at a different location), it was refreshing to be able to work with honest people!! While looking for a trade, for my new, recently purchased truck, I explained to Elijah the circumstances surrounding the purchase. Elijah was very understanding of my situation and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for and at a FAIR price!!! I was able to trade in the truck, I recently purchased, while at the same time NOT be taken for a ride on the trade in value!!! From the start of my internet inquiry through to me driving off of the lot (in a truck that I absolutely LOVE), Elijah was very helpful and amazing to work with!! I must also add that it was a pleasure working with Buddy and meeting Stephen at the same time!! All-in-all, EVERYONE at Sam Leman, in EUREKA, is/was extremely nice, helpful, honest, and compassionate, throughout the entire process which made my truck buying experience as it should be!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE AND AMAZING TRUCK!!!! I will definitely buy from you guys again!!!

Great buying experience! Called ahead said I wanted to look at particular vehicle and they had it out front waiting for me. Worked with Leisa showed me some of the features that were unique to the car I was looking at and she was personable and easy to work with. Great price for the vehicle and little negotiating on trade gave me a fair offer right away and didn't low ball me. Buddy was a very down to Earth finance person. If you are looking for great buying experience give Sam Leman in Eureka a chance.

Very pleased with the service. I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but the service tech found that my air conditioner compressor was leaking. The service team helped me determine that the leak would be covered by the extended warranty that I purchased. So grateful that they were so helpful and although I had to return a few days later, the problem was fixed in a shorter time than they predicted and I was on my way.

I live about 45 minutes from the dealership. When I said I could bring my vehicle in on Saturday to have it serviced, that was no problem! They had a rental waiting for me. And not just any rental - I brought in an SUV to be looked at, and left with an SUV for the weekend. I was totally impressed. Also, they were fast, addressed every issue I had and were able to let me go completely satisfied. Thank you so very much to Dan and his service team!! I will be returning.
