Used fed ex drop off. Kid at register made me wait ten minutes to "drop off" a package He couldn't get the computer to work. Moved to another computer check out. Scanned it and said "looks like you're all good to go" I said "yes that's why I asked to DROP IT OFF" It is a "DROP OFF" location. Packages are all set to be "DROPPED OFF." Absolutely no reason to make a customer wait over ten minutes for a service that is self explanatory by definition.

Great place, great customer service if they don't have your part they will have it later that day or next morning I'm a local farmer and a motorcycle rider, so if you need plugs or oil they are there

I broke down on I74 at midnight and made it to the exit. I called the closest NAPA and they were able to get me the belt tensioner before 8am. It would have been an even longer morning without them. Thanks Matt!

Called today looking for a vacuum pump for a 7.3 l international diesel. We are from out of town and moving to AR, looking for a fast solution. Bob went out of his way to help me try to get one today, even suggesting other parts stores that may have on the shelf. Since I could only get a reman from the competition, I called back and Napa is able to get my part first thing in the morning. Bob also recommended a local shop, Sancken s, to get the old pulley off my pump and onto the new one so I could do the job myself with my available road trip tools. Napa is the best, always going the extra mile for customers.

I bought caliper bolts, struts, brakes, rotors, all of this from Napa. now, Napa is more expensive than the other places, but Napa is definitely a name I trust. I buy all my stuff here.
